Clean, inside & out. EXCELLENT variety at breakfast, pool was nice temperature & the shower there was wonderful, plenty of free parking; proximity to bus, bike paths (rental too), restaurant food great value & portions and Ute at reception was the best.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean. Booked a room without air conditioning beginning of September. Room was warm but ok with fan on. Fine for us. Book a room with air conditioning if you need it like North American homes in the summer. Staff were accommodating. Room was not large but more than adequate. We had booked a comfort room. Bus service was good from the train station. Take bus x201 or 292 direction Garching from the s station. Get off at Lustheim stop. You can pay for the bus ticket on the bus. Around 2.10 euro per person. You are in zone M1.About 170 meters to the hotel from the bus stop. Easy to get to from the airport.

Quaint part of Munich. The transportation was very close and easy to use to navigate into the city.
Air conditioning doesn’t seem to be a thing in Europe.

Friendly kind stuff(well English speaking)
Not so quiet room(noise comes from corridor and next door,maybe thin wall)
Room is small
Restaurant is not so good
Access is not good by public transportation
