Due to limited availability when we booked, we ended up booking a superior triple room which gave us plenty of space in the room. It was set out like a little apartment which was absolutely stunning right at the top floor therefore it was also very quiet. It had a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee machine, mini fridge, sink and utensils which was very useful when eating our takeaway. The TV moved around which was great when watchnig from the bed or from the dining table, and there was also a fan which was much appreciated during summer! Right opposite an ALDI and about a 20 minute walk to the city centre with bus stops outside it too. Would definitely stay here again!
On the first night I noticed quite a few hairs on the white duvet, when I got into bed I noticed even more hairs on the inside which made me quite uncomfortable resulting in me sleeping ontop of the duvet. First thing in the morning I sent them a message via Booking.com and not even 20 minutes later I received a phone call explaining that this has been a problem with the supplier and that the sheets are in fact clean, but regardless, a staff member came to my room to change the sheets for me and the situation was handled very professionally and the staff were very kind about it. The shower door had a little gap at the bottom which allowed a lot of water to escape and soak the floor. Maybe ask for an additional towel to dry it up.

It was very well presented and thought out. Has a microwave, sink, coffee maker and a kettle. In quite a large room with table and chairs. It is also opposite Aldi to get supplies.

Location, comfortable beds
Cups and glasses looked visibly dirty we couldn’t believe that they expected people to drink from them
Kitchen facilities insufficient, all tables and kitchen equipment is sticky and unkempt
It’s a shame that little things that can be easily mended are bringing the ratings down
