The food and service was excellent throughout my stay. A rather large comfy bed was just what the doctor ordered at the end of the day. The room was exceptionally quiet which aided sleep.
Check in was swift and easy. All the staff encountered during my stay were very warm, friendly and helpful.
The lift!! Very temperamental and odd. You have to press and hold the call button and hope the lift responds. Once inside you again have to hold the desired floor button throughout the journey to your floor.
Having said that, it was a novelty and once you get used to the quirks it was straightforward.

Clean and friendly staff.
The food in the restaurant. Wedding guests noisy. Had kettle but no milk, coffee or tea.
