Läget var jättebra, nära till tunnelbana. Stort utrymme, generöst kök, fina badrum och helt okej sängar.
Jag älskade att det var så generösa utrymmen och att det fanns två badrum. Köket var också mycket bra med köksmaskiner av god kvalitet.
Golven var knappast dammsugna. Men alla övriga ytor var rena och det var inte ingrott smutsigt, det vill säga, kanske vi bara hade otur att städteamet just före vår vistelse inte gjorde sitt jobb. Det saknades lite porslin. En kökslucka satt inte fast ordentligt.

Der Hauseingang sah sehr heruntergekommen aus und erfolgt über das Hinterhaus. Durch Lage am Krankenhaus führte es zu häufigem Sirenengeheule .
Dreckige Gläser / Besteck, keine Geschirr-Tücher und Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden. Das Schlaf Sofa für zwei Personen kein Schlaf Sofa sondern viel zu klein. Das wäre ein Kinder Sofa. Es war definitiv für erwachsene Menschen definitiv zu kurz … .

Location was great and the apartment was great size plenty of room for the 5 of us and apartment had everything, we asked for extra towels and it wasn’t a bother was delivered to the apartment that day great service and communication with host. Would definitely return.

Good location & clean
The sofa bed was not as pictured and absolutely unsuitable for 2 grown adults resulting in 1 of our guests sleeping on the floor, also the taps did not work in the upstairs bathroom, a lot of money paid for security deposit when a few things were on the verge of breaking/already broken which made us very nervous, no tea towel/oven gloves/kitchen roll/washing sponges in kitchen which was not ideal at all. Extremely noisy as on main road! Not quiet or residential as advertised at all! Had to have windows open as was so hot but could not sleep due to noise of traffic and sirens! Alley behind apartment very dirty and smelt strongly of urine.

Good access to walk to central london
Expensive, could be better sofa and seating, worst problem was taps in en suit sink which are seized and hardly turn on and off and therefore damaged. Made it very difficult to use the sink! When windows open very noisy, alley way behind shops smelt of urine.

NOTHING
HOST COMMUNICATION:
In advance of arriving, we asked to leave our luggage slightly later than check-out time as our flight out was late. We were told they would let us know closer to the time. We asked again the day before arrival and received no reply.
ACCESS:
Keys are electronic, requiring you to download an app and receive an email to receive the keys and to be online to use them. The hosts tell you that if you require physical keys you can ask. Because 2 of our 4 guests were not going to have any internet connection or receive emails we requested physical keys. Our request was ignored. The response was "We have emailed you your keys". Less than helpful. you receive 2 different keys, but there are 3 doors (one gate, one door to the building and one key to the apartment). There are zero instructions on which keys to use for which doors. I ended up having to phone customer service to gain access.
POSITION:
Don't be fooled by the name "Soho House". This apartment is nowhere near Soho. It is on Edgeware road; in an awful area.
ACCESSIBILITY:
The apartment has 3 very long, steep, narrow stairways to navigate (2 to access the apartment and 1 within). This is not mentioned anywhere in the property description.
CLEANLINESS:
Access via a dirty alleyway with rubbish piled high outside the gate.

RESPONSIVENESS TO COMPLAINTS
We stayed in the apartment for 10 minutes - after which we searched hotels in the area and booked in elsewhere. We let the property know immediately and their response was that they were sorry to hear that; what was the problem? and pls note it was non-refundable. We replied with the list of the issues and they responded to just one (the rubbish was the neighbour's and the council's responsibility to remove). They reiterated that it was non-refundable.

Good location to access London sites
On arrival we had:
1. Issues accessing the property with the digital keys. The instructions weren’t clear enough and this method is not great if you don’t have roaming in your phone. It’s also unsafe in the side street at night for females if accessing the property is difficult.
2. Not enough towels on arrival for the number of guests
3. No kitchen towels
4. Not enough bed sheets for the number of guests.
The table in the living room needs fixing as it’s leaning quite badly.
Despite the above the lady who I spoke with was very good and attended to the issues raised.

Collecting the keys was a nightmare. Telling us to use an app to gain entry. When all our phones were on airplane mode. Took us over an hour trying to gain entry. Security was good within the property outside not a safe place for walking around on your own.
To many stairs. Most of the controls were not working. Blocked sink and all the floors were uneven. Dirty windows. And all the beds were noisy. Family felt unsafe and also very noisy at night. Photo's displayed on the web site were out of date. Furniture looked well warned.

Our favorite thing about this apartment was the location - it’s an easy walk from Paddington Station and also near the tube and a supermarket. Lots of great middle eastern restaurants too. It was large and really convenient to have two bathrooms.
It’s a little bit difficult to access since you go through the alley, then up two flights of stairs. The living room furniture was also not very comfortable.

Great location, very close to tube and shop. Enough space in apartment, it was great that we have 2 bathrooms. Good comunication between owner and us.
Dishwasher didn't wash very well the dishes..but this wasn't big problem for us...we just clean it with hands.

Few maintenance issues and hard to access via app but staff sorted quickly. lots of stairs and difficult with large suitcases. Limited towels and essentials (toilet paper) but overall very happy

Very good location. Across from Edgware Station with lines on Hammersmith, circle bakerloo. Apartment has everything needed, and space for a family. Kitchen appliances all Miele brand
and good quality. Staff on hand all the time to assist.
Fridge had a 'not used' smell of it. We put a lemon in it to help. Beds are metal framed, so a bit squeaky... Hallway could do with a lick of paint. But in saying all that, nothing to put me off using it again. Minor adjustments really!

The apartment is complete. Fully functioning kitchen with combined washer and dryer. Upstairs large ensuite bedroom was a real hit for my daughter who turned 17 during our stay. Across the road is M and S with food and about 400 feet away a Tesco 24 hour. Very close to Edgeware Rd tube and Paddington Tube and overland very close too. Close enough for a walk to Hyde Park. Was clean and made the last 3 nights in London perfect.
Not so much as what I did not like but more a warning for those expecting an elevator. There is one flight of widish stairs to the apartment. Once inside there is another to the lounge, kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom (with bath), main bedroom with ensuite is up another set of internal stairs. Having booked shortly before we walked into the property, it required my wife to call the host as ID had to be photographed and sent through booking.com and then a deposit for damage and the downloading of an app for use to get into the two doors, past the security gate. This took sometime as I phone reception was poor nearby.

Nice neighbourhood and great location, close to the underground av grocery stores. Very accessible hosts, easy to get in contact with. The flat is perfect for two families/ parties.
Upon arrival we discovered that there wasn´t enough bedlinnen and towels. We were 6 persons and there was only equipment for 4. But we contacted the host and they delivered the stuff missing later in the evening, so it was ok!

There’s a £250 deposit.
A lot of things in the apartment are quite fragile and at the verge of breaking.
examples:
1. most of the faucets are quite loose, the faucets upstairs of bathroom sink are extremely tight and non functional.
2. A couple o cabinets have broken hinges and are loose.
3. bar stools legs are extremely loose and when you sit on them feels like they will come apart any time.
4. the downstairs bathroom tub window pane that opens will sway right into the sink and break if you are not extremely careful ( quite a design error).
even though the apartment looks nice from distance these things make the stay very stressful specially as there is a 250£ deposit on the line.
Maintenance should be done properly if all faucets, cabinets, appliances and furniture.
the design flaws (bathroom) should be taken care of to make it more safe and family friendly.

Great location near Paddington Station/underground and Edgeware Rd Underground. Ample of restaurants, coffee shops and small supermarkets very close to the facility.
Perfect for a family or group of friends.
Facilities in the kitchen were good.
Fantastic communication with management company.
We were missing extra bedding for the sofa bed but this was resolved quickly.
Clean.
Apartment was quiet but remember you are in London road traffic but double glazing blocked it out well.
Would highly recommend.
Needed a smart phone for access (smart key). Ok for us but could be an issue if you do not have a smart phone for entry.
You needed to request additional keys from the management company (phone battery dies etc).

Great house, very spacious and accommodating for 5 people [if one doesn’t mind sleeping on the pull out couch]. Equiped with everything you might need, all the appliances were updated and worked great. The owner of the place were also quick with their response to our questions/request; for example, upon arrival the fire alarm kept going off. The next day they sent a maintenance worker to fix this problem.
As the apartment is located in the middle of Soho, the neighborhood is the furthest thing from quiet. The noise from the neighboring cafes, the 24//7 hustle and bustle but most importantly the traffic outside was so blaring that with the windows open it sometimes felt like you were in the middle of it all. One would think that closing the windows would do the trick, but unfortunately that didn’t help. Even with the windows closed you still have a front row seat to the noise. Another point of improvement was the availability for extra sheet. One of the beds is a pull out couch and when we wanted to use said couch, we couldn’t find any extra bedding for this bed. Though their reaction was swift when we pointed this out, we then received unclean sheets. We thankfully received clean ones the follwoing day. The location and it’s closeness to all our activity somewhat made up for the hickups we encountered.

Lovely spacious clean apartment, well set up with everything you need for a break. Ideal location, around the corner from the tube station. 2 bathrooms, ideal for us 5 females getting ready!
Not enough towels and bed sheets for a party of 5. Quickly rectified when we advised them though . Maybe should have spares in one of the many cupboards available. . 5 stars for prompt replenishment though.

Really spacious and well appointed maisonette in a great location for the museums, cafes & shopping. It was ideal for a family of four with comfy beds, big wardrobes and generous, clean, sleek bathrooms. The master bedroom is a standard double (not a king) but very comfortable. Not suitable for small children or anyone with mobility issues (lots of stairs).
The communication before hand was very long-winded. I received multiple lengthy emails. The owners have an ID verification process (even though Booking.com have our details) and we had to pay a £250 damage deposit which has not been refunded quickly. You also need to download an App to access the key code which felt quite unnecessary and frustrating to do on the day of travel. The flat needs some DIY attention (wobbly kitchen tap and light fittings) which wasn't a big problem but makes you nervous when there is a damage deposit in place.

Good location, spacious apartment.
We had asked for a highchair but there wasn’t one in the property. Difficulty checking in because there is a key box which they don’t provide you the number for on the information. Difficulty getting I touch with the property and they didn’t respond to my queries.

Great location directly across the road from the Edgware underground station.
The size of the apartment was a surprise for somewhere so central, bigger in person than from what you see in the pictures.
Could not use the shower in the second bedroom bathroom as it leaked through the ceiling onto the floor of the hall, this seemed like an existing/reoccurring issue as there was clear staining from water damage on the ceiling & the floorboards beneath the ceiling where the leak was coming were lifting.
Security deposit bit steep considering there doesn’t seem to be much maintenance to the apartment other than it being cleaned before someone else going into it (e.g. holes in walls, broken blinds etc).
Not easy to get in contact w/ a rep over the phone and emailing back and forward wasn’t great either and when you did get a reply were at very unsociable hours.

Great location as in cental so you can actually walk everywhere. Nice property with comfortable beds . Felt very safe , we had a job figuring out the keyless entry so there's no way any outsiders would manage !
The property could have been a bit cleaner , the floors were quite dusty. This can't be helped but I'm used to living in the county so I struggled to sleep as you can hear noise all night as its located by a busy road

Location very central - easy to get places.
We were a family of 5 and needed to use the sofa bed. Despite looking everywhere, we could not find any bed linen e.g. sheets, duvet cover etc. Not brilliant and no one to call at that time of night to sort.
