location and price (if you manage to get it cheap)
The first time I stayed I was given a decent room this time around despite giving a previous good review they decide to give me a tiny box room. Bed was uncomfortable, arial cable broken and walls are thin could hear the c##t next door as if he was in the room and having a coughing fit and snoring all night long.

Would recommend
The room was tidy, bed extremely comfortable, came with an ensuite even though we did not pay extra for one. The room was big and allowed for free movement. Shower worked well. Some reviews mention the frount door being unlocked and this is true but security for rooms is good. Yes, there is no member of staff to check in, but as a couple who came quite late it was a nice convenience. Room had tea and coffee facilities, and was overall very clean. Would recommend
My friend also stayed at the hotel, but in a different room, which also came with a surprise ensuite but the layout of the room was odd. The frount door leading to sort of closet which had doors to the bathroom and bed room. Their bed also was hard in the middle-

Awful
Nothing it was a awful hotel
1. It was so dated and looked like it hadn’t been updated for about 20 years. 2. Greeted by a guy smoking on the door step, who I assume was the owner 3. Broken banisters, and paint all over the carpet 4. Room was awful, carpet looked like it had been fitted by a blind person. 4. No lock on the bathroom. 5. Was two single beds not a double, then when moved the beds together it was dirty under bed. 6. Bed was rock solid 7. Window was broken and wouldn’t shut so kept blowing the bathroom room and banging all night. 8. It has the smallest bathroom, well it’s not a bathroom it’s a cupboard with a toilet and shower, if your tall or a bigger person you would struggle to sit on the toilet, 9. The shower is tiny, and the water pressure was awful. Just awful, the only good thing was it was close to where we where going, it was like staying in a bed sit

Won’t visit again due to no staff on site and unreliable entry due to wrong passwords for entry.
The location was perfect for the occasion
The property was a little run down but not dirty. The passwords to enter the property were all incorrect so we were locked out for just over an hour.

So disappointed
Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean.
We couldnt use the shower because there was no hot water & the cold water that did come out smelt so bad like sewage, really bad. There was a piece of material over the window that was meant to be a curtain. The material didn't even cover the window, it was about a foot too short to meet the side. It was also nailed at the top to the rail so we couldn't move the curtain over to try and shut it a bit more. So people would be able yo see in the window and the light was coming in as soon as it got light. Although the bedding seemed clean the floor was not, the laminate had bits all over it so we had to walk around in our shoes. TV also didn't work The hotel was unmanned so there was no-one we could talk to about the issues. The room we booked was meant to be a deluxe so I'd hate to see what a standard room looks like.
