I would not stay here again. aT $250.00 PER NIGHT - it was not worth it.

The rooms are large and quiet.

This hotel is dark. The stairs are dark and poorly lit. The lobby is practically unlit. The keypad for both entrances is worn out. It necessitates standing in an unlit, outdoor corner and constantly trying to get the worn out keys to respond. The same is true for the keypad that enables access to the staircase. One of us had to take the elevator to the second floor, and then walk down to let the other person in. The coffee pot provides lukewarm water when it is not leaking. The refrigerator is tiny and will not hold a regular sized bottle. The room is also dark. The shower is decent. And of course there is no cable so you must fool arond with streaming services. The owners presume that everyone is 25 and does not care about light. It is a sublty ageist place. Maybe you think that is cool. We did not. We had to use a flashlight on the stairs. Also - the owners must have bought into the myth that Queen Village is completely crime free. It is not. So forcing guests to stand outside in an unlit cove, trying to get the keypad to work is simply wrong. Strangers - especially strangers to a busy, American city - may not understand that that is a vulnerable position for them. We live here - so we know it is not a wise move on Sonder's part.

Great neighborhood, nice stay! A bit too much noise coming from the street/restaurant below. It’s clean and conform

The location is really excellent! Lot’s a nice coffee and restaurants. The property is well equipped, straightforward and clean. The rooftop is nice!

Not good enough. Spent too much time calling to sort stuff out. And not smooth way to resolve them.

Too many small things wrong that would have been easy to fix before my stay.

Sehr schönes und toll gelegenes Hotel mit einem riesen Manko: dem Lärm (evtl nur auf einigen Zimmern)

Es ist ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage und einer super Ausstattung.

Es ist unerträglich auf einigen Zimmern, da die Ventilation des nebenanliegenden Restaurants mit dem Hotel verbunden ist. Ich konnte trotz Ohrstöpseln NICHT schlafen. Im Chat mit dem Hotelpersonal wurde ich lediglich darauf hingewiesen, wo die Quelle der Lautstärke zu finden sei.

Great room in an interesting area

Really great room; comfortable bed; plenty of light; quality fittings and quiet effective air conditioning. Queen Village is a fascinating neighborhood with hidden great dining options

Constantly needing to key in access code; impersonal feel since there are no staff on site.

I really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely consider staying at another Sonder when we travel.

The entire facility was extremely clean and I felt safe there.

We had to go to the basement to get an iron and ironing board, which was a little inconvenient.

Great spot and I really enjoyed myself. There was a hiccup with the coffee machine but they fixed it

There’s no breakfast, but I did enjoy the design and the stay. The coffee machine wasn’t working so very promptly they changed it after I told them. :) it was comfortable. :)

The curtains need to be fixed. The door in the washroom was beginning to have some bad cracks on top. The upper part of the door was beginning to break apart.(I think it has something to do with humidity?) but I did enjoy it. :)

Material selection is questionable. Shower floor material is extremely slippery. Walls and floor trims were dirty. Also fix the front door first wood step. It is loose.

Enjoyable, convinient, comfortable large room,

Modern, large room. Within 15 mins walk of Liberty hall

The surrounding area was dodgy at night time. The water filling stations on all floors was empty. The sheets on my bed were dirty. The bathroom had ‘hair’ in different places and needed a more thorough clean. The coffee machine spouts water everywhere and it flooded the side. I got locked out on the back stairs and the only way of getting back into the building was via the back alley, walking around the building and coming back into the front entrance, which, very early in the morning, was a bit scary and panicked me a little as I thought I was trapped. A pleasant place, but which needs a little more attention.

Location was awesome. The building was beautiful.

Bed was not super comfortable. Everything very basic... towels were wearing through... they raided a discount store for all textiles and deco.
