Family able to stay together privately. Easy to find and plenty of parking.
Outdoor bins full. Indoor bins dirty. In need of a few repairs and a good clean.

The property was adequate but basic, a few improvements needed.
Location was main reason for booking as it was 10 minutes' walk from our daughter's wedding venue. Good towels provided for each guest. Beds were comfortable. Wifi provided. Off-road parking.
Loose carpet at entrance to bedroom door on first floor, very dangerous trip hazard. No wine glasses. No cereal bowls, limited crockery, saucepans well worn. A clean/new dishcloth or scourer would have been appreciated. Only half a toilet roll provided on arrival, no hand wash in bathroom or kitchen. No bin liners. Property felt grubby - e.g. dirty finger marks around door handles and light switches.

Pleasant
It was a good value stay as we were working in the area for the week.
It was a good trek to anywhere to get something to eat. The bathroom really needs updating.

Family Break to see Bristol
The location is excellent for the zoo and Cabot shopping centre. Both easy and quick to drive to Swivel chairs in lounge are very comfy Shower is excellent and bath deep to enjoy good soak.
The property is listed as being able to accommodate 7 people. This would be very cramped. There are beds for 7 people but sitting room is only suitable for 5 at most The sofa suitable to sit 3 people and there are 2 swivel chairs. The dinning table has 4 chairs only It is also listed as 2 bathrooms This is not true There is one room with a toilet only and not a sink to wash hands There is bathroom next to it with bath and sink but no toilet. Both these are upstairs. Ensure you take your own toiletries, even hand wash is needed

City break
Spacious, clean, large garden, very quiet location, bus stop to city centre 50yrds down rd, comfortable, it was like being home from home!
No toiletries, no drop in pavement for drive and perhaps an additional sofa would be good for the amount of people it can sleep?

Little family break.
We cake as a group of 4 adults and 3 children, plus a small dog. Basic but clean home. Location is very close to the m5 so we only used it as a base to get to and from places which was perfect. Area felt a little dodgy but I think the price is reflective of that so can't complain. One bedroom is assessed through the kitchen and has a double bed. Then upstairs you have 2 rooms each with 2 single beds and a smaller room with 1 single bed. Not the comfiest but can't expect too much for such a great price. Some reviews here mentioned that there were no cutlery or crockery. We found that wasn't the case so the host must have restocked prior to our arrival. Fridge is clean. There's a washer and dryer though we didn't use it but it's good to know there is one. Overall, it was a good stay.
Not that much to be unhappy with. The locks on the wc and bathroom are not the best but nothing worth moaning about. The Kettle was faulty and the bedroom blinds are abit pants for keeping the light out. We were all up by 6am as a result but it just meant we could get ready for an early start. The carpet on the stairs is a tad thin so wear footwear going up and down as we occasionally felt a pin prick underfoot as we came downstairs. Though its dog friendly with a back garden there is no secure gate so just make sure your dog is on a leash if it's likely to wander off. Other than that, it's good value for money.
