Doesn’t cost a fortune. It’s close to the boardwalk. The rooms are cute and parking is easy. It’s everything a OC hotel should be! It’s not a luxurious palace but that’s the point!

The room was decent for the price paid, said a hair dryer came with the room so I left mine home I got there surprise hair dryer! I requested bottom floor did not get that! Lightbulbs inside the room did not work which was fun. Also to have a two bed room apartment with one parking pass is ridiculous!

The first room they gave us was filthy. Beds not made. Sand in shower. The next room the one mattress needed replaced.

The property was great if you're just looking for a place close to the boardwalk! The location was a pebbles throw from the boardwalk & beach, and second floor rooms shared an outdoor patio with tables. There is a parking lot at the hotel, and you are given one parking pass per room. The kitchen had 0 utensils. No bowls/plates/cups/silverware, or paper towels. The hotel staff was not very helpful, but everything you could need is within a walking distance

As they say. You get what you pay for. The staff was very nice for sure. The room was clean. But it was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. It’s one of the older properties in OCMD so I wasn’t expecting it to be great. But having to carry our luggage so far up was very tiring lol. We had no cups but did have a coffee maker. It rained the whole weekend too so we were kinda stuck in the room a good bit. But made the best of it.

The old hotel needs a lot of updates and cleaning. There was black mold in a bathroom. And having a sink outside of the bathroom seems very dated.

The rooms are super old and the bed are super uncomfortable, it was horrible the air conditioning was a window unit that keep making noises and it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep at all. It was dirty I was afraid of bed bugs. Disgusting place

My shower did not wrk...and I wasn't provided any solutions, and was told by front desk clerk that if i wanted an adjustment on the rate i paid for room id have to call them myself

Dirty place with stained bed sheets that some has holes in them. Mold all over the bathroom . Rusty hallway doors. Security cameras that are not working and just hanging out from the ceiling.

We stayed there Aug 20th to the 23rd. The two young women at the check in desk were very friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel was very quaint it reminded me of a B & B but without the breakfast. It was close to the boardwalk. Room was nice and clean. Pool that was advertised was not on location but at a sister hotel a block away which wasnt so bad to walk over there. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

Liked the walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The rooms were small but OK, beds neat and clean. we did't mind that the pool was in another hotel, because we liked pool side bar and grill. I did't like that important things to me were missing in me and my daughter's room like light bulbs in lamp, cups for coffee pot. things were, stained worn or broke. Property poor but neat.

The door was broke in the room didn’t shut right. Room was so tiny and dirty. Tv didn’t work. Shower leaked. Never cleaned the room once while we were there we had to ask for towels. They was sand and dirty in the bed. The railing on the third floor was broken and someone could have gotten cut. The refrigerator in the room didn’t keep anything cold. When we showed up they said the room still wasn’t ready that they would call us. Never called me had to go back in and ask. Worst place every. Not worth your money.

This was a TERRIBLE place!! I ignored the bad reviews as there were some good ones and like everyone else I wanted a cheap option near the boardwalk. But with that we didn’t get what we paid for. We got there two hours after check in and the room was some how still not ready. We were patient and went to dinner an hour and a half later the room is still not ready. We went back to the lobby and the front desk didn’t have an update. I had to insist he ask someone and they didn’t even know we needed a room, then he said 10 minutes. The room was on the third floor no elevator which was on the site but the stairs were old wooden and looked/felt broken down with nails falling out. The bathroom is gross, peeling paint and hair in it. Water was either freezing or boiling no middle ground. The room had 3 light switches one to turn on the AC (didn’t blow cold air) one to turned on microwave and fridge. And one for the mirror light. I felt the hotel sites were misleading as the pool was at a different location a block away. Some high lights of the night were refusing to bathe my daughter in the constant dripping dirty tub and instead getting sand off her in the sink, the stained blankets and sheets on the floor as it was too hot with the temperature on the AC on high. This was the middle of the night my toddler covered in heat rash, and us so fed up we almost left at 2am. Nice location but bad place that had little concern for our stay and even worse maintenance.

Room was supposed to be ready at 4. It was not. Beds are very uncomfortable. Bathroom is very small. Sink is on the other side of the room. We were on the 3rd floor. Unaware when ordering the room. Never cleaned the room the second day. Asked for towels. Close to the beach

Stayed at the property for a Friday-Saturday night. First night was great. Room was clean beds not bad, only thing was pillows were terrible. No lines for the pull out sofa but we went to desk and they gave us two sheets no blanket. Ended up buying our own. Can back Saturday morning, and felt water drip on my shoulder this was from a leak in the room above us. You could see were they had spackled over several times. Went to desk to maintenance would be coming, waited 20 min. Went back down to tell them we were leaving the room, girl told me that maintenance was there. I said no asked for a manager, had to go to there other hotel. Manager was very nice and assured me that it would be fix. It was sort of when we returned. Next problem was the room next door you could here them like they were in the bedroom with us. So beware thin walls. Not sure if I would stay here again. Property definitely needs an update.

The pool is actually at a different hotel that we are allowed to use. Cleanliness was not great. We just needed a place to sleep for a night, it served its purpose.

The young woman at the front desk was not pleasant and short of being rude. Told us our room number but not how to get there. Didn’t say anything about the pool. She acted as if I interrupted her work. Otherwise I highly recommend this place to stay. Definitely didn’t let the receptionist rain on my vacation.

don’t stay here. take your money elsewhere. i booked this place despite reading the other bad reviews because i figured that those people were just mad, but i should have listened to my gut feeling. I HAD TO BUY AND HANG MY OWN FLY TRAPS. it wasn’t a fly or two. it was like 10 flys with an infestation of gnats as well- as soon as we walked in!! the pull out couch was paper thin and unable to be slept on. the other beds were slightly thicker but still awful. the lamps on the end tables didn’t even work only ceiling light. the toilet had black spots all over the ring. the shower didn’t have a lip to keep the water IN the shower, so we had to use a beach towel all vacation to prevent slipping on the flood. there was gross black stuff in the shower. the kitchen was missing the cabinet that covered the kitchen sink pipes- so the whole place stunk. there was 1 tiny trash can in the bathroom. the sink was falling off of the wall in there, too. we used our towels and washcloths on the first day. the second morning i asked if we could have new towels and i was told the house keeper is at a different property but she will drop them off. we went about our day and returned at 8pm- still no towels. when they came there were no washcloths. when i went back to ask for the washcloths i was met with severe attitude. it served its purpose, but my money was not well spent. again- I HAD TO BUY AND HANG FLY TAPE. IN A HOTEL!!!!

Not what I expected. Super small room. Light by the bed didn't work. TV remote was missing parts. Sink had standing water. And the water pressure was so high it actually hurt.

It has your basic necessities but yet its cozy and homey. Its old school but still nice. Floor needs to be replaced. I'd go back for sure. Its close to everything
