Never again will I be ripped off by you again

You charged one man 150 to clean which was 10 dollars more than to sleep there If I’d of seen that charge I would not have rented it it’s ridiculous

It costs too much to clean a plate and a frying pan and a cup I feel it was a hidden fee designed to get you 300 bucks there should have been a place to get a seniors discount and a CAA discount as well

Location parking, we had 2 appartement.

We had 2 appartement, appartement 1 was loud because of airco system and was not cold enough. Appartement 2 was perfect with airco much cooler then 1. Appartement 1 badthroom would be better if the shower Head could move or with a host like appartement 2. Overall is was ok

Spotless hotel in a quiet but lively neighbourhood

The hotel was spotless and it is in a very good location if you are planning to attend an event in History. Very quiet but also lively neighbourhood. Also there is no parking fee. That is a really good bonus.

it's a apartment i'd happily live in if the oppurtunity arose

surprised that none of the fast food or conenience stores i saw on my walk along queen coming back from the concert venue were open. it was only about midnight.

Very good stay

Very good location and apartment was very clean and well equipped.

The stairs to access the apartment could be vacuumed. Also the is a whole in black door at entrance. It could be repaired given that the first impression counts. The noise of traffic at night.

Super clean, convenient location to downtown, will rent again!

The unit was super clean, convenient location for our purposes. Rental included parking, bbq, full fridge, stove and even laundry. Two full bedrooms and super functional layout. Highly recommend, couldn’t be happier!

Great Place, Excellent Value!

It was cozy and super clean! I loved it and highly recommend. As a flight attendant, I stay in hotels for a living, so I know cleanliness and a good value. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I was confused as to its location/entrance being in an alleyway and that was a little weird getting into, but the staff made it easy enough.

Nice place but rip off with cleaning fee

Location to History (concert venue)

$150 cleaning fee I work in hotels and that was way too much. I wanted to cancel when I saw the cost of cleaning but would lose the $230 I paid for the night. So expecting 230 and ended up being 380.

great stay, would definitely do this again, very close to the venue we planned on going to, and easy to get in and out.

parking was free and on the premises, clean and nice inside, spacious for a couple and maybe a third.

beautiful apartment, we felt warm and comfortable here and would definitely stay here again!

very nice place, I loved the layout and the esthetic. the way the room was layed out made great use of the space. the rooftop deck was fantastic, we wished we were staying in warmer weather to really use it!

explanation of parking was confusing but we did eventually figure it out and the Host was very helpful and responsive to my communications

Property location is in downtown Toronto and has a dedicated parking spot for a car.

Cleanliness of the property. All linens were used multiple times and were not washed. Hot water issues. Poor communication.
