I liked the staff, they were excellent, very friendly and willing to help and serve.
When we booked on Booking.com we weren't told it was a TUI hotel or that it's used as part of package holidays. I really dislike package holidays and always try to avoid places with lots of Brits, even though I'm British, I go on holiday to enjoy being part of the culture and being with mixed Europeans. It was an actual nightmare for me this hotel, too many kids, impossible to use the pool, so couldn't the whole time, completely full of British people. It was a shame as the hotel itself, the room and the staff were great. If I'd know it would have been a package holiday hotel for Brits I'd have avoided it.
The other thing that frustrated me is when I booked on Booking.com I booked a room with a double bed, not two singles. Myself and my fiancé ended up in separate beds not long before our wedding.

The food was a good selection especially as I am a vegetarian
Sun beds taken very early some where still unoccupied by 1pm very annoying, other places remove after 45 mins if not attended . We paid to stay and enjoy the pool but was unable to sit by it unless on a chair , which is not what you want on a holiday .

All staff were lovely and helpful. The view from the poolside rooms was super! The other side pleasant too.
Staff entertainment good to have from staff who were very energetic.
When we arrived the room was not clean so we were moved - the person on reception was great about it. However I also noticed in the room we did have, under the bed was disgustingly dusty and dirty from previous occupants!! The mattress was foam and indented, it felt old. The bed squeaked when I moved. There was only one pillow and I usually sleep on more. There are no poolside towels provided and only hand soap in the bathroom so remember to bring your own!
