Nice stay to explore Quebec City.

Very convenient location, close to restaurants. We could walk to Chateau Frontenac Hotel. The room is clean. It's great with a tiny kitchen. Overall very good experience.

No parking but there is a large parking complex close by. Not a big concern.

Very Disappointing!

The location is in the old Quebec City walls, but it’s up a very steep hill and there are four sets of stairs.

The air con was located in the kitchen and it was very hot in the bedroom. We asked for a fan, and they said they would bring one, but they never did. The blinds were broken in the bedroom, so it was super bright in the bedroom in the morning. We had to hang towels on the window, but it was still uncomfortably bright. There was no coffee provided, and the coffee maker was old. We couldn’t open the windows and the air was stale. Once the sofa bed is pulled out there is not space in the front area to walk or move around. The apartment is up a very steep hill and there are two very heavy doors and four sets of stairs to get up. If you have any trouble walking, don’t book here. Overall, I was very disappointed in this stay. We paid almost $700 Canadian and it was not worth it. I have stayed in very nice accommodations for that price. I would never book with this company again. This is definitely a business for them.

Spacious apartment in centre-ville

Old town location, in charming old building, spacious 2 level unit, air conditioned,

Stairs to downstairs bedroom had no handrail, were very steep with shallow treads. Felt very unsafe especially when carrying luggage

No coffee was a big disappointment! Maybe have coffee instead of salt and pepper. No lotions, no body wash, terrible shower head, no shower door makes water go all over the floor. Would prefer a lobby and front desk over access codes.

Good location and a good apartment in cooler months.

Beautiful apartment in a historic building. Clean and well-stocked kitchen. Fantastic access to the old city of Quebec and downtown with many restaurants and cafes around the corner.

Windows do not open; not enough air circulation in the apartment (top floor). Air conditioning is adequate but very loud. It's alright for a couple, but you must keep the door open to the bedroom as the air conditioning unit is located in the main area of the apartment.

Quint and lovely.

I liked the fact that it was a suite. It gave us more room to spread out and relax. I also liked the location — right in the heart of old city.

I never received the passcodes to enter the building. Plus the fact that the room was on the second floor surprised me.

It was a very nice place to stay and I appreciated the kitchen facilities in the room. The tv was disappointing and the

very nice aesthetically, good location, really good kitchen with everything you could need, decent wifi, close to some cute convenience stores and to the main(ish) streets for shopping and touristing

Very limited tv channels, hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned when I arrived, very steep stairs to get in to the front door, only view from my windows was to brick walls of surrounding buildings. No storage or anywhere to put your stuff, I had to resort to a floor pile.

We had difficulty getting the code for the apartment. I spoke to 4 people before i finally received by text since email was not working for some reason

Our stay are very comfortable.

It’s was very clean and quiet and the bed is very comfortable. the little kitchen was very helpful. The location is very close to everything.

No elevator, there’s no air condition in all the unit.

Le Haute Ville is Lovely!

Super funky loft, great location. We had some issues on our first night as we didn't realize we were in the fourth floor, lots of stairs!! But we moved to the second floor and it was perfect!

They should let folks know that if they are staying in lofts 6 through 10 that there are a lot of stairs to climb.

Good

The studio accommodations were quaint, very clean and well appointed to meet all our needs. There were issues with our first assigned studio but the host quickly reassigned us to another studio to address the issues. The location was excellent for walking to restaurants and shops and some of the winter carnival events.

The building does not have an elevator and has very long,steep staircases between floors which was physically challenging for us in our late 60's, especially when carrying luggage. The entrance doors are very old and beautiful but exceedingly heavy so again very difficult to open and manage while bringing in luggage, etc. The bathroom was lovely but tub very slippery, my wife fell, but fortunately was not seriously injured.

Comfortable, great location and pleasant space!

This was the perfect location to see the city and to participate in Carnaval activities. The kitchen had the basic equipment that we needed and a good knife (this is rare in my experiences).

Just a recommendation to the company, it would be helpful to have a floor lamp by the couch upstairs, for reading, and ease of turning off the light if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed.

Great location but noisy in winter

The apartment was very clean and spacious. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the shower with great water pressure. The location was very good: all the attractions of Old Quebec were within a walking distance. The Youville parking was a few steps away.

I spent two nights there and during the second one I barely slept. It looks like the road that the apartment (and its bedroom) looks onto is a transit road for snowploughs. There were dozens of snowploughs passing next to the apartment late into the night.

If both units were like number 5, I would have rated excellent. However unit 8 needs a slight update and no hot water in the morning

Very nice stay for a very good price.

Property is easy to access and very central within the heart of Old Quebec. I expected to get a room, but it was in fact an entire apartment with a fully furnished kitchen. I also loved the view of the Parliament from the living room/kitchen.

Nothing negative, just to note that we couldn't find any mugs to have some tea, or coffee in, so we had to use the wine glasses. Perhaps we were not looking in the right place, but if there were none, that is one thing I would recommend to add to the kitchen in the future.

Communication need to be improved.

Good location.

According to Booking I was supposed to receive an e-mail with instructions to enter the apartement, but no message was received. Fortunatelly I managed to guess that an interphone could be used, and I got in touch with an attendant, who gave me the acess code. Then I asked to receive instructions by e-mail about how to use the TV, but again no messages. Communications seem to be a problem.

Parking. paid 30$ for parking only to find out we couldn’t stay the night and had to move and pay again. Found out later parking Youville is a short walk and was 18$ for overnight. Now we know

Great place to stay for walking around in old town Quebec City area.

Great location. Very clean and well appointed. Easy check-in with quick response to messages.

Sofa is not overly comfortable to sit on - maybe add a nice chair?

Bed was comfortable and bathroom recently renovated.

Very cramped for two people. Furniture tired and unappealing. View from two windows were of brick walls 6 feet away, so very uninviting. Fridge had lost it's freezer door so area over-freezing, required replacing. Door in cupboard in bathroom required adjusting which gave the area an unkempt appearance Stairs were very steep which make it difficult to negotiate the stairs with suitcases. The carpet stopped at first landing making it even harder to negotiate stairs with suitcases.

Great stay in the old city

Tastefully decorated, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Thick walls kept room quiet. Good bedding and ample supply of towels.

Nice sunlight in morning only--not so much light in the afternoon.
