The Hilton London Canary Wharf was the perfect place to stay the night before The London Marathon.

Being London Marathon weekend, you could immediately tell there was a buzz of excitement the moment you walked into the hotel. The staff were kind and friendly. The rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you.

I am probably wasting my time even writing this, but what really annoys me about hotels in London the night before the marathon is the exorbitant prices. Especially when so many of the people staying are runners, raising money for charity. Wonderful charities. I appreciate it's business but some of the prices were frankly ridiculous. Then in the last couple of weeks I get emails asking me if I want to upgrade because there are so many rooms unsold. It's hardly surprising given the prices. This isn't a dig purely at The Hilton London Canary Wharf, it's all London hotels on the eve of the marathon. But I would kindly suggest they rethink their pricing strategy for Saturday 26th April 2025 and enter into the spirit of the London Marathon weekend. Thank you.

Stayed 5 nights & essentially room was quiet so we slept well.

Room view featured a derelict large, uncompleted building structure House-keeping failed to leave clean towels Shower in bath so difficult getting in & out

Good but expensive

Nice hotel but expensive for what you got. Booked hotel with breakfast and cancellation but got told to pay for breakfast as it wasn’t included. So £340 for 1 night stay in double room is ridiculous

Paid for breakfast for 2 people twice with no explanation from front desk about why it wasn’t included in booking. Shame because hotel was nice

The location was perfect for us, and with a request for early check in and upgrade on a room, we had a brilliant time

Only thing was that I wanted room service at 1am, but it would have been 40 minutes. My problem not theirs.

Amazing hotel.

Stayed here with my 2 daughters, Loved the area , close to the O2 as our trip was to attend the mamma Mia party, tube station about a 5 minute walk. The hotel was beautiful, it was my daughter's 17th birthday, in the room there were balloons, flower petals , a lovely decorated plate with cake 😍, truffles & a card , she was over the moon it was lovely 🥰 (thankyou so much). We stayed 2 nights had breakfast both mornings with complimentary bucks fizz 🍾 Rooms were beautiful & beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again & will recommend this hotel to family & friends. Thanks for an amazing stay. Xx

Spacious room, very polite and friendly staff, great location near multiple transport options within 5 minutes.

Very hard bed, very very soft pillows, cleared my breakfast table before we'd finished so had to get back up to go and restart, frustrating.

Very good hotel in a great location

Incredibly helpful staff, large room, warm, big bathtub, clean, everything as you would expect in a hotel this class. A foodtruck place right around the corner with good cheap food. Close to basic shops and underground.

The room furnishings seem a bit old and slightly weathered. The bathroom could use a slight renovation. You can hear the DLR rail right across the street. It's not bad, but noticeable. Entrance from a side street next to the trash cans is slightly odd for a four-star hotel and can be hard to find on the first visit.

Good location, watch the dodgy heating/aircon

Location was great for central London and a gig at the 02. Staff were friendly, everything was clean, and a glass of prosecco on arrival was unexpected! Breakfast had a good variety of food, and the curtain in the bedroom made it dark.

There was a bit of a wait for breakfast, but it was a Sunday. The heating/aircon in the bedroom reset itself to 28 degrees. We put it at 15 and 3 minutes later it had turned itself up to 19 and half hour later it was back at 28. Our only option not to die of heatstroke was to turn it off. The double bed was also hard, I'm used to memory foam so not my preference.
