All in all we had a pleasant stay.

The room fit three people comfortably.

The room facilities felt a bit old but then again the room was quite clean.

令人满意的酒店！

1.位置交通：紧邻维多利亚港，荃湾线尖沙咀/尖东P2出口，步行到酒店10分钟左右。步行到K11需要大概15分钟，酒店旁边最方便的大巴终点站是尖沙咀（么地道），油麻地9路大巴，佐敦270A大巴的终点在这里（我们乘坐过的）。目前机场快线到这里的酒店穿梭巴士已经停运，但前往九龙站依旧是很方便。 2.周边餐饮：门店有一些酒吧餐厅，餐位摆放在街道上，傍晚人很多很热闹。再往前走右转有一条不大的美食街：富华冰室，大快活，麦当劳，鸡蛋仔，车仔面，大炸鸡排等等。 3.酒店设施：整体令人满意，打扫清洁也很迅速，房间内提供转换插头使用，也有雨伞以备不时之需。酒店的一次性用品都是绿色环保的，淋浴很舒适！ 4.服务：前台的工作人员Anita，很热情的帮我们办理了入驻，并给了我们想要的楼层，她的服务很专业并迅速。

Für das Geld hatten wir mehr erwartet und in anderen Hotels dieser Kette auch bekommen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Aussicht aufs Wasser und Hongkong Island war sehr schön.

Das Frühstück war zum Teil recht chaotisch. An zwei von vier Tagen war es nicht möglich einen Kaffee zu bekommen und am letzten Tag wurden die Leute vor den Fahrstühlen in eine Warteschlange gezwängt obwohl nur ein Drittel des Restaurants besetzt war. Vieles wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt obwohl es noch fast eine Stunde Buffet geben sollte und es gab auch jeden Tag dasselbe Essen. Unser Zimmer war für drei Personen gebucht. Wir haben aber nur zwei Handtücher bekommen.

Overall Fabulous stay …. Staff interaction in English with international guests can be improved

Clean room with view as promised, room service was prompt, room was spacious with all necessary amenities

1. Staff was not conversant in basic English which created problems in expressing simple things or queries (with the amount of international guest visit profile, at least basic English conversation training should be ensured among staffs) 2. Breakfast had almost same items over the 3-4 days of our stay, A little variety would improve the experience

This was a luxury hotel experience which ticked most boxes

Room was great with view as expected Finally a hotel providing a large number of coat hangers without you having to ask Staff in the club access we booked were friendly warm and clearly proud of their work

Surprisingly the TV regularly had signal problems The staff in the business centre which was being used as the temporary check in for the club while renovations are occurring were not as warm and friendly even though they were far less busy than the other staff we engaged in

stayed many times over 25 years. great location, very high standards, excellent food, breakfast buffet amazing.

being chased several times on my check out day to leave the room, despite being ambassador member with late checkout. felt under pressure and ended up leaving room earlier than planned and causing inconvenience to me.

Overall very good

Location was very good, room was not huge but very practical, excellent bathroom and shower and comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was excellent.

I had been asking for several weeks before travel if interlocking rooms could be confirmed, and was told before arrival that this could only be done at check-in. At check in was told this was not possible. It was only until I voiced my disappointment that the interlocking rooms became available. In the end we were well taken care of by the hotel which is the main thing, and would certainly go back - but do feel that this could have been handled better by the hotel. I also think that bookings.com should include the option for interlocking rooms.

직원 응대가 친절했으며, 호텔 셔틀 이용과 도보 5분 거리에 지하철 역이 있어 이동이 편리했습니다. 클럽라운지에서 조식과 티, 해피 아워 이용했으며 음식 퀄리티가 좋았습니다. 침구류 및 어매너티도 만족합니다. 가장 좋았던 것은 하버뷰를 객실에서 볼 수 있다는 것입니다.

시설 전반이 오래 되어 좀 낡았지만, 청결도는 좋았습니다. 이용하는 교통 시설에 따라 위치가 애매할 수 도 있지만 우리는 주로 지하철과 택시, 호텔 셔틀을 이용했기에 그다지 불편하지는 않았습니다. 하지만 지하철역까지 거리는 있습니다.

Well maintained, possible to have rooms with sea view which I recommend, staff very professional, special thanks to MIMI! Breakfast could be better, access to executive lounge worthes every penny, quality drinks and good breakfast, much better than the standard one.

Overall a good stay

Like the view from the room. Great harbour view.

The location is not exactly near transport. But its manageable and requires around 15mins walk to the nearest public transport.

This place is not representative of the standard and level of an Intercontinental hotel

I stayed in the Interconti in Hong Kong a few years back and enjoyed a great stay which was the main reason to return. But arriving at the hotel it turned out that it had actually moved to another building which was of a much lower standard, crowded and 'smelly'... We were really disappointed... Room was 'old' with dented paintwork, dirty curtains and very low ceiling - airco was smelly Also breakfast was over-crowded, food not fresh and had an overwhelming stench of cooking oil around the place - another disappointment

ハーバービュー目当てならとても良いホテル

ハーバービューの部屋を予約して、高層階をリクエストしました。全面にハーバーを望む11階の部屋にしてもらえ、眺望がとても素晴らしく、時間が経つのを忘れました。リクエストに対応してくれたフロントスタッフの対応も親切でした。ただし、私の部屋からはシンフォニー・オブ・ライツは角度的に見えませんでした。この部屋はバスタブ無しでしたが、同じタイプの部屋でも、低層階はバスタブ有るようでした。地下鉄から10分程度で、荷物あるとタクシーを使いたくなる距離でした。

食事のお味はいまいち。プールは壁に囲まれてて小さめ。

The guest should be given the option of paying the Service Charges. As it is not mandatory.

Location as expected overlooking the Victoria Bay was great. Room was big and comfortable. Did not opt for BF

The Hotel Service Charges as per all over the World is not mandatory, not even in Hong Kong. But at the Inter Continental Grand Hotel while checking out the Bill was presented after the total payment and at no given time the Receptionist spoke about the Service Charges which was 10%. of my total Bill. Also found people gambling very next to the Lobby Porch in the late evening..

Надо отрегулировать лифты, они старые но красивые и они закрываются очень резко и очень быстро… Могут причинить травму.

Мне не понравилось отношение персонала на завтраке. А именно, персонал пытался сам рассердить почитателей по наличии свободных мест. Если я вижу на завтраке свободный стол я хочу сесть именно за него а не за тот за который меня садит официант. Также заказывая кофе а я заказывал Латте его просто можно не дождаться. Но и еще одна проблема с которой я столкнулся первый раз в пятизвездочных отелях. Это постоянная проблема с кружками даже под чай. Их просто нет. Или мыть их не успевают или не хотят. Кружку под чай приходилось ждать минут по 15. На весь завтрак времени уходило меньше.
