Buena relación de confort y ubicación de hotel con el precio.

La ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno tipo buffet muy rico, aunque en esta ocasión NO estaba incluido en la reserva

La regadera le falta la mitad de la puerta de cristal, y por ende, el agua se sale al piso del baño. El flujo de agua caliente y fría se tarda en salir, de repente muy caliente ó de repente muy fría, un poco difícil de regular. Había un foco fundido. No hay toalla para secarse las manos, sólo hay 3 toallas, 1 pequeña para el piso al salir de la regadera, y las 2 para secarse el cuerpo después de bañarse. El precio del desayuno tipo buffet en Febrero 2023 estaba en $180 pesos, ahora en Febrero 2024 estaba en $250 pesos.

It was a great experience, and we felt comfortable staying here.

The reception staff, Bianca and Armando, are exceptional. They are extremely friendly and helpful for whatever you might need. The hotel is very fortunate to have such hardworking and loyal staff members. Additionally, the cleaning and maintenance staff do a wonderful job as well. Everything is kept neat and tidy. They are always cleaning and the place looks wonderful. I especially like the different towel arrangements on the bed each day. Very cute.

Great location nice staff and well priced

The property centrally located close to the ADO bus station and 5th Avenue with plenty of restaurants close by.

As mentioned and many of the other reviews, the rooms were quite humid and nothing you hung up was able to dry the water pressure and the shower was very weak. It also took about five minutes for the water and the shower to heat up. Also, the television did not work.

good stay in a central location

Room size and location was amazing

Pool was more a fountain...not really to sunbathe or swim. Rooms need a refurbishment as they are quite tired on furniture.

It was a clean hotel away from the tourist strip but still walking distance to anything you'd want to see. Not fabulous but a safe place to rest your head.

Parking lot is not safe even though there are security camaras around, my car was opened and my suitcases were stolen from golondrina’s parking lot. Worse experience in my life. I submitted a claim to see if I can have some compensation , but I heard from them yet. I don’t recommend you to stay in this property.

Good facilities but very bad service

The room was very good, clean and with a lot of space

when we arrive (9pm) the person in the front desk told us that the our rate include breakfast because we booked in Booking, and that we can use the pool from 8am to 9pm. The person in the front desk the next day told us that our breakfast was not included so i have to show him my booking app so he could let us eat. After that he didnt let us dive in the pool because the pool was available jnyil 9am not 8am as the person in the front desk told us last night. In the restauran the feed was bad, the waitress was playing with his celphone, I had to look for a spoon in the kitchen

WARNING: Never, ever pay for your reservation in advance. We arrived on site and were given only 3 rooms instead of the 5 we had booked. They refused to refund the overpayment and told to the booking portal that we had received the rooms. Normal Mexican scammers. Otherwise the hotel services quite below average, only the DELUXE rooms are usable, the others are poorly ventilated and smell bad. The cards to open the rooms normally don't work for several days. Wifi is also usually out of order. Unless you have a local sim card with data, you'll be offline all the time. The decision of whether to stay at this hotel is up to you.

Exceptional

We had such an amazing experience at this hotel. Although it started off rocky (they were having issues with their computer system and door locks, so we couldn't get into our room) they took care of it as fast as they could. Huge shout out to Diane for taking care of everything we needed including transport to our next resort destination. 100% would recommend and would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you again Diane!!!

Decent rooms, no laundry even though it's listed in their services and quite far from the beach.

Failry spacious room including a table and comfortable beds.

In the details of the hotel they say they offer laundry service, which they don't. this might not look like a big deal but when you travel for several months like i do and you pick hotels according to if they offer laundry service or not, it has quite an impact on your trip. The window of the room faces the hallway so if you want the window open you have zero privacy. The shower was very weak so after a day at the beach it's very hard to remove the sand from your hair. It's also a bit of a walk to get to the main area and quite far from the main beach.

amazing place especially for the price!

This place is great! Rooms are spacious and clean, the pool/courtyard area is beautiful. The beach and the 5th are super easy to walk to. It was a great price too.

Friendly staff but facility needs some work to fix a few issues. Not worth the price.

Breakfast was light and fresh. Staff were friendly but had a language barrier. Nice location, easy to get to. Close to bus station.

Ceiling fan was very loud, speed control was broken, shower head has a narrow uncomfortable spray, had people singing right out side the door by the pool and was loud in the room, sink took a while to drain, door key card lock was intermittent with opening.
