awesome!

The service was excellent. And the decoration of this whole hotel was amazing, it was the most beautiful hotel that I lived in my trip to Spain.

I love almost everything about this hotel, but the only thing is its location is a little bit far away from the downtown. And it is relatively hard to call taxi, but luckily the frontdesk helped us out!

Cosy, private and quiet 🌸 definitely going to come back

The hotel is in good area, you have very good connection to other parts of the city. Room was clean and cosy. The stuff is the biggest highlight - everyone was super nice and helpful - I definitely reccommend staying here :)

Wonderful stay, exceptional service!

Location was great with nice restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed walking around the residential neighborhood. Beautiful, quiet hotel. Gorgeous, spacious rooms with lovely views of the city. Lovely turn down service each night. The staff were phenomenal and friendly and made our stay exceptional. They helped us with train tickets, taxis, reservations, etc. Thank you to Julian, Alberto, and all the staff at Heritage Hotel!

We were a little too far to easily walk to the main tourist sites, but we were close to the subway and taxis were easy to get as well.

Excellent and friendly staff who really surpassed my expectations, really taking their time to help & always greeting us with brilliant happy smiles.

Shame that there isn’t a pool, but otherwise excellent.

Absolutely incredible hotel

It was an excellent experience. I travel a lot for work and vacation and this hotel was very elegant and at the same time made us feel right at home. Excellent staff and management. Highly recommend.

It's not the first time I stay at this hotel. I see that it is no longer new. Rooms NEED RENOVATION there are problems with plumbing but it is still expensive. Value for money not very good

First Class Welcoming and accommodation by the Hotel Manager!

Amazing personal attention from the manager! Second stay. He accommodated us, giving us a room to change and rest while our room was ready. Very clean. Love that they offer you bottled water at the front desk and the little details like the chocolate on your bed at night and the pain relief foot gel on the night stand. Great location!

A beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. not a single detail was overlooked. It is a lovely Property and a nice location. Hotel was quiet yet close to popular restaurants and shops. From the bellman to housekeeping I would rate it 10 out of 10. The breakfast was exceptional. The general manager and his staff were the best.
