Première fois à Québec

L emplacement de l hôtel, la chambre et literie très confortables. Chambre moderne. Personnel très accueillant

Salle petit déjeuner trop petite pour les coups de feu donc attente pour s installer. Personnel trop peu nombreux. Les plats se vident vite mais ne sont pas remplis assez rapidement. C est vraiment la seule remarque pour cet hôtel.

Lovely hotel in heart of Old Quebec

Lovely hotel in the heart of Old Quebec. Friendly staff, clean room. The heated floor in the bathroom is definitely a big plus.

Wish there was a hot tub. The perfume in the room is a bit too strong.

Nice hotel. Good pool area. Big room. Pretty good location.

Our room was not ready. The keys didn’t work to the new room and the new room was located directly above late night places. Since it was a family trip, the noise was not ideal. Lots of stairs and no real access to elevator is also not ideal. Some staff did not look up from computers to acknowledge guests and certainly did not offer local information unless asked and then it seemed like a bother. I would expect more for the price.

Great place to explore old Quebec City on foot

Great location, very comfortable room, staff very kind and efficient

On our second night the fire alarm went off at midnight. The evacuation procedures were not marked very well anywhere and things ended up a lot more chaotic than they should be under these circumstances. Neither were any instructions given over loudspeakers as to what to do nor explanation given to the guests when it appeared to be a false alarm. The following morning upon checking out we had expected some sort of apology or explanation but it was never talked about again.

The room and the restaurant were the best.

I liked it’s location, and the room were lovely. The attached restaurant was phenomenal. This restaurant for brunch and supper was truly a highlight.

The stairs up to the lobby are rather long. I would have appreciated a few more amenities in a four star hotel like a shower cap in the room. Too late to ask once I realized for a one night stay.

A fantastic stay

The Hotel Manoir Victoria was in an excellent location and very easy to find. The hotel staff were excellent and very welcoming. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. There was a large amount of space to store your clothes and suitcases which was another plus.

There were a large number of steps to get to the reception and it wasn't obvious that there was an elevator. Having a number of large cases to carry up these steps was a little difficult.

it was walking distance from the train station and super close to a bunch of restaurants and boutiques. The hotel is very nice :)

the pool is quite small and there’s no hot tub.

Excellent locations, with comfortable quiet rooms. Would definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

Central location to Carnival, lower old town sites, exploring, shopping and food. Cleanliness of the room was spectacular. We did not visit the restaurant or bakery, but both looked inviting. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Temperature controls in the room could allow for more variation as we found it a bit too warm during the night. Would like to be able to access lobby by stair instead of elevators - but not an issue.

We loved it, and if we return we’d stay at your hotel again!

it was beautiful, well located, comfortable, and the staff was outstanding!

Well, the entry stairs are beautiful, but maybe a little challenging to seniors!😉

I loved the hotel, and would come back as soon as they got the elevator from the entrance running.

I loved my room. It was excellent: clean, quiet, comfortable, good storage for clothes, and I lucked out with the view. The location was perfect too.

One problem was the stairs from the entrance to the lobby. There was an elevator, but no elevator service. This was bad for myself and other people in my party who had bad knees or hips.
