Comfortable kind and upgraded stay.

The hotel and room were super. The front desk and staff so friendly and pleasant. The only problem was the air conditioning would kick on and it would wake us all up it was too loud...maybe it's broken? Or just too loud for us. Thanks we will be back.

Идеально всё. Понравился завтрак. Всё свежее, хороший выбор. В номере всё белоснежное как и положено. Идеально белые полотенца и постельное белье. Всё бельё чистое с легким приятным ароматом. Везде где есть ковровые покрытия, они чистые без лишнего запаха. Приветливый персонал. В отеле работает бар и снекбар. Месторасположения в самом центре, рчень удобно, рядом озеро, все кафе и инфраструктура. Вернемся еще не раз с удовольствием.

Clean and family friendly!

The location was convenient to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe, and restaurants in the area. We expected an older, run down inn; but, were pleasantly surprised that this was up to Hilton standards with a clean, modern gym, modern lobby, breakfast area, and room. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot jacuzzi as well as the fresh fruit, scones, scrambled/hard boiled egg options, wheat/white bread options, sausages, bacon, waffles, nuts, granola, and yogurt for breakfast.

Pool towels should be larger; they were the size of gym towels. Our first night we had noisy kids stomping back and forth across the floor above us all night. These may have been the same elementary school age kids chasing each other and crawling on the floor, playing in the breakfast area. Parents: PLEASE teach your kids good manners in public places so that everyone can enjoy their stay. The hotel remedied the noise situation after that first night, thank you staff; but, they should not have to do so. Non-fat yogurt options would be a plus as well as a bit of greens in the breakfast.

Horrible couldn’t relax not even for one night

When I first got to the hotel, the lady treated me really rude. Did even know I was a member that she made a common saying that booking did not give him any confirmation. I waited for more than 10 minutes just trying to get me a room which they told me that they don’t have a confirmation through booking very flustered long drive then she opened up her computer again and refreshed it, and I kept showing to her that I had the confirmation number on my phone then she suggested oh I did get the confirmation number because booking just gave it to me then told me that my room won’t be ready until after 12 which is fine but my other room won’t be ready until later got back to the hotel got my room and then charged me two times for a transaction which was kind of weird never had the experience of a horrible time at that hotel

Wonderful and comfortable!

Clean, value for money and well designed. We love that it’s pet friendly. Free breakfast and with indoor pool! Great location too! Close to Heavenly!

Decent for short stay

Property is right on the main road. Lots of nearby options to buy and eat. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is cordial . Front desk staff were helpful .

Room size was not as big as expected or as seen in the photos. Breakfast area is crowded. There is a chance that you may not get a table to sit also during peak time. Breakfast is decent, but not quite great

Best place to stay

Our highlight was the heated an indoor pool for the winter and the hot jacuzzi

Can't complain the staff for breakfast was beyond amazing loved the white lady forgot her name but she's phenomenal 👌

Would I recommend this place?? not sure, my experience and how it was handle felt unwelcoming.

Room was nice, the set up of the beds and dresser was nice.

I didn't like the slide farm door from the bathroom, no privacy at all. Our night was horrible, I believe there was a family that check in at midnight and their kids were running, jumping and using the stairs. The door stairs were slammed. We call the front desk and nothing was done. it kept going for about 2 hours and right at 6 am the people woke up and woke us too. We made a hotel reservation to rest and make it a lot easier for my husband since we had a long way home. When I spoke to the front desk to give them feed back I was told I would get a call back from the supervisor. Its been a month and I have not received a call for anyone.

Clean and Pleasant Rooms. Good value.

Very clean facility, has a hot tub, good breakfast. This is a nice clean hotel for a reasonable price. Hot tub was nice to have. Friendly staff.

Didn't like barn-doors on the bathroom since they are not very private -- a regular pocket door would work better or else re-fit the barn doors to close gaps. Hot tub could be cleaner

Comfortable beds, decent breakfast

Beware the rip off “parking charges” of $15/day. These are not highlighted at check in and are taken as unauthorised deductions from the cards. They also are not itemised on the final invoice provided

Modern and nice facility

Room could be dusty. I and my daughter sneezed and had runny nose during our stay. Staff could be friendlier. This is a rare time which the staff from front desk to the cleaning crew did not actively greet the guests. We greeted them, but their response could be better.

A great hotel that is recommended.

Great location, huge rooms, good facilities and really helpful staff. Easy access to some great places. Nice pool, constant free coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

The breakfast was exceptionally busy and food was okay.

The location is good and pretty much close to the center and other tourist spots. I liked the outdoor seating areas. Of course, since the hotel is new, everything was very clean, cozy, and modern. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast options and as well as the availability of around-the-clock free coffee and tea.

I did not like the design of the bathroom door (slide door). There is a large gap between the door and the doorway, through which everything is heard and even clearly visible what is happening inside. It was a big discomfort. Also, a big discomfort was poor soundproofing. All four nights my family could not sleep well because of the noise from above our room, from the hall, and through the window from a nearby pool.

My room was almost perfect, has some water damage above window on left corner behind the wallpaper, might have some mold, would recommend you take care of that
