Very good

Good wood stylei design, shower was nice. BBQ area was great for our group. Breakfast staff very nice.

No counters/shelves in bathroom, not enough space for suitcases, and hardly any countertops in kitchen. Parking was cramped.

Was great but shocked at all the changes around the lake. And parking charges at casinos .

We have stayed before here but you have really upgraded everything very nice facility and clean and staff very helpful with fulfilling requests like captioning on tv for hearing imparied.

We like a little softer bed and breakfast could be varied a little more we love donuts but not everyday.

Nice and cozy place to stay at Tahoe

Good place to stay while visiting Tahoe. Pretty big, warm and comfortable room with a lot of useful kitchen appliances. Spacious parking lot, there shouldn't be a problem with parking. Very friendly staff and smooth check-in/check-out process.

Breakfast was pretty average, during our stay there were only donuts, banana muffins, bananas and boiled eggs. Front door is not very soundproof, you will hear everything if somebody decides to have a conversation close to your room.

Beautiful large room, quite & comfortable.

Room was large, Bed was comfortable and large enough for a queen bed.Table and chairs to eat breakfast in room was nice.

2 fans in room took up space, so we had to relocate to make more room. they could be stored elsewhere til they are needed in summer.

Great location, would stay again for the extras.

The staff was friendly and they had fun activities! We has smores on Saturday night, so fun! The room was a good size and the kitchenette was great. Bathroom was also really nice. Continental breakfast was good. Had a small area to play in the snow. They had dvds, books and games to borrow which was great!

The sofa bed was an air mattress, which wasn't horrible but not what I was expecting. The room we were in must have been cooked in earlier that day because when we got there it still smelled of spices.

Finally found our perfect place to stay near Heavenly.

the room can be split in two by a heavy curtain. Complete kitchen. Nice decor. Easy late checkin. Friendly staff. Okay breakfast with fresh donuts. Popcorn in the office. Close to Heavenly California parking lot.

Room 326: Large well appointed room with kitchenette. Recently updated and very clean.

The TV in the bedroom had poor picture quality, however, there was another TV in the sitting room that worked fine.

Location is very close to the main 'Heavenly' area (5 to 10 min walk). Free laundry Free popcorn each afternoon Free DVDs to borrow

No A/C is the biggest issue in summer. Parking if you arrive late

The location is amazing- you can easily walk to downtown and the lake. They have many extra touches that make the stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are a nice size with kitchenette. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a great vacation and would visit and stay there again.

The breakfast was the minimum they could do to qualify as a breakfast

I didn’t like that our trash was never emptied and after 3 days we had to ask for towels. Also, while most of the staff was very nice the person who checked us in was bordering on rude, not what you hope for after driving 8 hours.

Homey motel in the woods of Lake Tahoe.

Love that they have a “secret garden” for dogs. Met nice guests and their canine companions there.

The breakfast was not my favorite. Doughnuts, toast, hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, cut bananas and oranges.

Room is really good, spacious and clean, The location is perfect for sight seeing and shopping as its very close to the stateline, room entertainment was also nice with 2 TV to relax, breakfast is kind of OK.

Kitchen area was really small and couldn't cook since most of the equipment like toaster, stove are really old and starts over heating. In the bathroom, the shower was attached, for this price I would expect it to be modern and removable.

Great location to walk into town where lots of restaurant and shopping. Clean hot tub and pool area. Suana also used for sore muscles.

Breakfast is not very good. Many unhealthy donuts which seems strnage to offer to people about to go skiing all day and but no healthier options like banana bread or breakfast muffins. Bananas and oranges were offered with just 2 types of bread for toasting. No meat or cheese. Just peNut butter, jam and honey. But rooms have kitchenettes so next time we know to bring some cereal and more fresh fruit.

The room was perfect for a family, has a full kitchen with a burner to cook I you want instead of going out to eat, the pull out sofa bed was easy to inflate with instructions that make sense . It was in a perfect location. Within 5 minutes of everything we needed. Will be staying here Everytime we come back to Tahoe

Excellent Value for money. Room was clean and the location is great. Able to walk to downtown and nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and bars no problem. Something as simple as an the extra towel that they provided by the door to prevent snow melt from equipment was a nice touch.

A port in a storm

The size and decor of the room were good. Managing to get a room on this particular night saved us from sleeping in our car.

We needed the sofa bed for our party of 3. The sofa bed had an inflatable mattress. However the location of inflation point was impossible to find without unmaking the bed. I understand that room prices adjust with demand and the night we stayed was exceptionally busy in S. Lake Tahoe. However, $250 was overpriced.

Amazing trip!

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and well organized, perfect location, they have bikes, which was very convenient for us. We really liked Americana Village. We will come back year.
