Bed -- bummer. Everything else -- fantastic.

The hotel was clean, the people who worked there were sweet and attentive, the pool was perfect for me to do aquatic therapy in, the breakfast was prepandemic (pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, rolls, bagels, juice, etc., etc., !) and all within a quick drive to the area attractions.

The bed was really uncomfortable! That was really the only problem .. but as staying at a hotel is primarily for sleeping, it was kind of a bummer.

Lovely hotel for an overnight trip!

The breakfast had lots of options but the pancake machine was out of order which is one of my favorite parts of hotel breakfasts. I enjoyed the coffee, juice, yoghurt, warm cinnamon rolls, bagels with cream cheese and mini muffins. There was also eggs, sausage and gravy but I don’t like those. Ice machines on each floor and coffee and tea available always.

The toilet was running and the room was extremely cold at first but that was easily adjusted with the room thermostat.

Staff was nice, room seemed clean enough.

Crib they gave us for our infant had urine stains on it and was very thin. The bed was much too firm and the pillows were awful.

Take your money somewhere else...

Breakfast and location were good

Bed sheets were not changed between last guest and my stay. Did not realize it until after sleeping on them. Then found more of whatever was on the sheets splashed into the underside of the bedside table. We were checked into the wrong room and front desk staff did not realize until after 9pm when my children were already sleeping so when they called to tell us that, my children were woken up. So that made for a miserable evening. Our draw fan in the bathroom was either none existent or was broken. After all 4 of us showered the room was humid and sticky.

Very Friendly & wonderfully accomodating staff (esp. Janice & GREGORY!!!>) & John, Amanda & Jessica/Desiree/Housekeeping!!!) GREAT FREE BREAKFAST!! Coffee bar avail 24/7! Super Comfy beds, LOTS OF PLUSH PILLOWS, Nice, Clean room & Very Quiet!

There is no freezer in the mini-fridge, Towels need some softening!

Clean hotel and perfect for our trip.

Easy access to highway, local roads, our destinations and tourist visits. Breakfast was good and a plus to not have to go out for breakfast

Very relaxing and convenient, complete stay. Only IGH ever to offer forgotten necessities like toiletries

The room was depressing. The remote controlled blind wasn't operational. When we mentioned this, the receptionist couldn't accommodate another room, but yet, knew the blind was broken. 4 days in a dark room was miserable.
