Pleasant stay but needs improvement.

Nice bathroom. Liked the bathroom fixtures, sliding door, and the shelf for placing toiletries. Comfortable bed. Quiet environment. Computer table was convenient. Couch was spacious and comfortable.

The safety lock on the door was jammed. Found a small piece of lunugo hair on the soap dish in the shower. A short strand of hair was found in between the folded hand towel.

La habitación fue cómoda y limpia, parqueadero gratuito y el desayuno estuvo bien. Me gustaron los waffles. Tiene buena ubicación cerca a Filadelfia.

Un dia no organizaron la habitación y no tenían jugo de naranja todos los días.

Nothing exceptional, but fine for a short stay.

Great location. Within a .5 mile from downtown night life. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard. Everything tasted fresh except the bananas.

Bench/couches in lobby were very uncomfortable for sitting and talking in the evening. Carpet in room made me wish I'd brought slippers. Front desk clerks were efficient, not friendly.

Just Ok

The room was dark and small. The AC shut itself off in the middle of the night was just blowing warm air. Also, the bed was facing the window, not the TV

Very nice stay. I would stay again if needed.

Breakfast was decent for the inclusion. Some Scrambled egg option, some meat option, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, toast/bagels/muffins, cereal, juice, hard boiled eggs some days. Room was clean and relaxing. I had some concerns about my shower head spraying erratically, and a built-in end table loose from the wall. They had maintenance fix it nest day. Room was clean, heat/cool worked great. Staff was great.

Hallway noise was heard in my room. One morning a guy was singing in hallway 5:20am. I did not appreciate that.

Disappointing

Breakfast was fine. Location was convenient, especially considering the lack of other hotels in the area. Staff were friendly.

Decor was stark and cheap-looking, not what we expect of a Hampton Inn. When we arrived the window shade had been pulled down too far. We called for maintenance, but all they did was clip it up. It was obviously broken and needed to be replaced.

Excellent nearby option to the airport. Way nicer than hotels at the airport.

Clean safe 15 mins from airport. New. Great bfast!

Definitely better than your average stay with exceptionally friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, very clean facility, and a decent breakfast.

The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken, and the room needed overhead lighting.

The breakfast was wonderful! I really appreciated the fact that they had turkey sausages! Very clean and spacious!

My curtains didn't work, so we had a dark weekend. They were electrical, the staff plugged them in to charge but that didn't work. The staff did everything they could to accommodate us.

Good hotel overall, a little pricey

Spacious room, comfortable bed, fairly clean, microwave and mini fridge in the room, complimentary coffee and tea at reception, free parking.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty, my white socks were completely black after walking around a bit. Breakfast could be improved. I very much appreciated the fresh fruit but that was the only healthy option (though I realise not a lot of people are after healthy options). A little pricey.

Was not cleaned properly. Hair in the tub (several). Bathroom was dirty. Sheets had hair on them also.

Wonderful location.

The location was amazing, walking distance to awesome shops and food. There is starbucks and ice cream less than a 3 minute walk away.

I liked everything.

pleasant, but not a good place for walking. very difficult to cross road.
