Situated in Nantucket, this attractive house for $1,221 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. We just finished renovating and furnishing this old beach house right near the famed “Children’s” Beach with band shell, walking distance from the Steamship Ferry and right in downtown. We are right near the edge of the Brant Point area closest to town. Stroll home from dinner and cocktails. We are less than a block from the harbor and beach. We are doors away from the great buffets of the White Elephant Hotel and renowned sushi of Lola 41. The yard of our cute 3 bedroom two bathroom house is surrounded by privet hedges and feels quite private. We have one parking space in the small driveway. The house has central air conditioning. Our yard yard has a gas grill, table and chairs a swing and an outdoor shower so you can leave the beach behind! We think you'll love our cute house and especially the location! Lastly, we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.

We came to the place based on the listing but found that the pictures did not do it justice. The owners were nice and respectable, and the property was just right. It's in a quiet part of the town, away from the hustle and bustle but less than five minutes walk from downtown. You couldn't ask for more. I believe we will be back.

This was an adorable beach house- within walking distance to downtown, the beach (Jetties/Childrens) and some great restaurants (LoLa 41). The property manager was very responsive on any questions/issues we had. We stayed off season (end of October) and were very comfortable.

What a great little cottage. Very nicely updated and fit my family perfectly. It was great having an off street parking space on the property, but at the same time, it is so close to downtown, it is also a very easy walk to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This was a quick holiday trip to island to celebrate holidays with family and friends. It was Absolutely Perfect. Location, amenities, easy jaunt to town, perfect for running routes along waterfront down town, no car needed! The hosts were absolutely available, (though I didn’t need a thing!) and just a terrific property all around. Many thanks♥️

House was clean, a little drafty but the heating worked great and they had an electric fireplace that actually put heat out. Upstairs was cozy, bedroom downstairs was great. Property manager communicated great! Literal walking distance from beach and down town restaurants and bars. Will definitely keep it on the list for our next visit.

Ideal location being downtown!! We could walk to everything, except Cisco Brewery (and even with that there is a free shuttle on Saturday and Sundays.). The property was small and quaint. Ideal for two couples on a getaway weekend.

We greatly enjoyed this nice, updated home. It is located within a short walking distance to the heart of town. The early morning street noise is doable for most, but maybe tough for a light sleeper.

Home is in a perfect, walkable location to town and beaches. Home worked well for our needs (2 couples, 1 infant) with 2 bedrooms / bath up and 1 bed / bath down and a nice little outdoor space and functional kitchen. I would only note the downstairs bedroom is a little awkward with the back door opening into the bedroom, but we largely used the front entry after collecting the key so no big deal. Ceilings upstairs have a serious slant with the roof line, so just watch your head. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great place to spend a couple nights if planning on dining out and walking around town. Considering the location, spacious enough and kept tidy - bedrooms are comfortable and main floor is open, nice area to relax. Front yard is small, but we enjoyed sitting outside and watching traffic in/ out of town. Look forward to staying again.

My family of 6 stayed here for a week in July - we have 4 kids. The cottage location is wonderful in terms of being in walking distance of the town and Children's Beach, etc. For our first time visiting Nantucket that was a positive. However, the listing doesn't convey how 'cozy' the cottage is in my opinion. It does have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs but the bedrooms are very tight with vaulted ceilings that we kept hitting our heads on. There isn't a lot of space for spreading out with 6 people staying there. The master bathroom on the main floor is tiny as well. There isn't a powder room or a half bath so everyone either needs to use the upstairs bathroom or go through the master to get to the master bathroom. The house provides ample convenience but not but not much space. The owner was very responsive to questions we had during our stay, and the house was clean and had plenty of towels etc. I would recommend for fewer than 6 people personally.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for the Elin Hilderbrand Bucketlist weekend because the Nantucket Hotel was sold out. We are so glad we did! It was so nice to have space to spread out yet only be a half block away from the hotel. The owners were so very accommodating. Those of you who know what it’s like traveling to ACK in the winter know that the weather can change in a split second making it hard to get on or off island. The owners were so kind about letting us get in early! Plus, it was a pleasure meeting Sam. I definitely plan to use one of their rental properties in the future!
