We were in town for a family wedding. This was the perfect location, walking distance to the rehearsal dinner and the reception. Actually we walked around the beautiful neighborhood every day we were there. The house was large, well furnished and comfortable. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay close to shops and restaurants without being right down town.

We stayed here for the Blues this year with part of our annual weekend group and everyone loved the location, the lay out, and all the extras this amazing home provides. There is plenty of room for gathering. The high end kitchen is perfectly equipped and allowed us to easily entertain 14 friends and family members for dinner one evening with plenty of space to prepare, dine, and relax. The front porch and upper balconies were breezy and wonderful to unwind on. Afternoons at the shared pool area also relaxing and a great spot to catch up. Loved that the hosts supplied plenty of quality bath towels, linens, and pool towels. Loved having use of the two bikes and thoughtful beach items. The bedrooms were well separated and quiet. The beds were most comfortable, especially the master. Excellent pillows and linens and mattresses. The house is beautifully decorated lending the feel of staying at a resort. But located on a quiet dead end street just on the edge of all the bars and restaurants downtown. The historic neighborhood is upscale and charming - we felt safe walking day or night. The owners were helpful and responsive - great communication throughout the process and friendly to work with. You can tell they love owning and sharing this home through all the details and thoughtful provisions. Honestly, I can't believe we found such a wonderful home for this special weekend. I welcome the opportunity to stay here again when back in beautiful Pensacola!

We regularly visit Pensacola and stay in different places depending on who is with us and what is on our agenda. This is a nice spacious property downtown in an excellent location. There is a shared pool in the back. We did enjoy it one afternoon, but otherwise we were too busy running around doing other things to really enjoy it. One of our favorite things about staying downtown in Pensacola is ability to walk anywhere. We would enjoy a morning stroll through the downtown area and neighborhoods, then walk over to one of the many restaurants for lunch or dinner. We also discovered a couple new places we did not even know about. There is a very nice and spacious kitchen if you want to cook, but that is just not something we do on vacation. And once the 3 mile bridge reopens it will be very easy to get to the beach. We did have a little bit of a hiccup when we got there, but it was quickly attended to by the property owner. Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone else looking for a convenient location downtown.

We originally booked at the Hilton Pensacola Beach but right before we left we found out that the bridge connecting the beach to the city was closed which would have made the drive to my project 1.5 hours one way. Of course when talking to the hotel they never mentioned that tidbit of info! So we cancelled and found this house close to downtown and 15 min from my project site and booked it. When we went to bed the first night we were woken by very loud banging which started at 9:30 pm and went all night! I found out that they are driving the piles for the new bridge and wont be finished till March and the noise carried over the water to our front door! Of course nobody told us about that so we were stuck! All day and all night for three nights we heard the loud BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!!! NO SLEEP NO PEACE It was horrific!!! My advise is to find another place until that bridge opens back up.
