Had an awesome time over New Years 2024 holiday weekend . Walkable Property , centrally located to restaurants , theater , shopping & a block off of the bay . Well furnished with everything needed for an extended stay .We would definitely stay here again !

We stayed here for a long weekend with family and our baby and it was the perfect house for us. Very clean and spacious and loved having a full sized crib available for baby. The location was awesome and within walking distance of downtown area. Communication with property owners was great ahead of time and there was no need to communicate with them during our stay because everything was perfect!

We chose this home for our Daughter’s wedding weekend and it was perfect! Roomy, comfortable & loaded with amenities. I loved everything about it. Super convenient to downtown and to our wedding venue at Supposey. Our host was phenomenal to work with too!

The home and neighborhood were beautiful. The pictures and listing are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet. We were within walking distance of Seville Quarter and the Veterans Memorial Park. Only wish Mother Nature had been more cooperative.

My husband and I booked this house for our wedding weekend. The house was beautiful and in a great location with a view of the bay and very close to downtown. The only issue we had was the cleanliness. The floors were filthy and we could tell they were not swept or mopped before our stay. I give the place 4 stars because overall it was a great experience but I would recommend wearing socks if you dont want your feet to turn black.

We had a fantastic time at this house. It’s conveniently located to food, fun, and night life. The house clean and well taken care of with lots of amenities not normally available at a rental home. We were very please with our stay and would definitely come for a return visit.

The kitchen living area is large and although only 4 of us stayed overnight, we were able to host in town Pensacola family for a few meals and just visit time which was so precious! The house is close to everything; we walked down Government street to access the Seville Square and Palofax street. We took a ferry across the water to Ft Pickens and Pensacola beach. It was the perfect place to stay and we will stay here again! Very clean and comfortable. Loved the little pool out back too!

If you need three BR for up to 6 folks near everything n downtown Pensacola, this is your property! Conveniently 1 mile or less from downtown hospitallity district, McGuire's, and the Pensacola Bayfront Center. Walk to Bayfront, walk to Seville District and 3 great parks. All modern, updated amenities, we comfortably prepared a feast for a dozen folks in-house. Kids played in adjacent side yard on safe, dead-end street.

Beautiful house and great location for daughter’s wedding just down the street. Loved the open floor plan on first floor which was great for hanging out with family. Nice large master bedroom and bath as well. Highly recommend!

For a Pensacola visit you can't beat the location. It's quiet yet centrally located. It's on a charming street in a walkable neighborhood. And the house is well appointed and comfortable -- perfect for a family of four. Hope to return!

We enjoyed this house more than any (of several) we have rented in Pensacola. We visit an elderly relative and host lunch for area cousins while we are in town. We comfortably seated eight people at the large dining table. The large, modern kitchen made every day feel like home as we ate breakfast before heading out. Comfortable beds, washer and dryer, and ample seating for a group make the house perfect for our needs. It is located across the bridge to Pensacola Beach with a partial view of Pensacola Bay. The house sits in a beautiful neighborhood and is within walking distance to the many downtown restaurants and shops.

We had a family wedding in downtown Pensacola. The house was a great location for the wedding events as well as quick access to the beach when we had free time. The house was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to a great selection of restaurants, shops, museums and more. Easy drive to Pensacola Beach. Well stocked with anything you'll need if you choose to grocery shop and cook at home. Plenty of space for some epic Uno rounds and puzzling. We did not have a chance to use the pool, which looks to be shared among a few of the neighboring houses, but it was inviting.

My fiancé and I booked this house for my family coming in for our wedding. The location is absolutely gorgeous, it is close to all the Palafox action, but far enough away to be quiet at night. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Easily accommodated my family and communication with the hosts was easy and quick to respond! Would definitely book this place again in the future!

We had a perfect weekend and this lovely house contributed. It was the perfect location for a wedding at Old Christ Church and reception at the Museum of Commerce. The bridesmaids were able to get ready in the large downstairs area and dad got his first look on the balcony. The large kitchen area made a great place to gather as well. We were able to rock on the front porch as the girls were getting ready. It was easy to run back to the house when something was forgotten as well. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Just perfect!
