Dirty , Dingy & outdated.

The location was great. Minus the ridiculous speed bumps coming in.

Oh where does one begin? I walked in and gagged. The smell of seafood was so strong it was beyond offensive. Best part about that is it didn’t leave the place. Ever. It continuously smelled like rotten seafood even after I cleaned. I was told they cleaned the cabin lol no they didn’t. It was so gross the tiny bathroom floor was black when I washed it off. I scrubbed the shower and rinsed the leftover pubic hair down the drain. Cleaned the toilet and stripped the bed because I wasn’t sure it was cleaned. The dishwasher doesn’t work. The front burner of the stove doesn’t work. The kitchen sink doesn’t drain and the entire place is covered in dirt, dust & cobwebs. I’m so disappointed in this place and how much I paid. I’ve been to Gatlinburg 7 times. I’ve stayed in hotels , cabins & chalets. I’ve dealt with a lot Including a trip with bedbugs but never have I been this grossed out. I was tired from my travels and stayed and didn’t bother to argue with the booking company bc I figured I’d get nowhere. The staff I did talk to while getting the entry information however was friendly. Just wish this place would be cleaned properly and maybe slightly updated. That carpet needs to go. Positive that isn’t being vacuumed either. I don’t recommend this place at all and unfortunately due to it when I booked for my trip in November , I scrolled places when I saw they were here based on this experience alone.

We loved our stay here. The cabin is beautiful as cozy. It was a relaxing weekend and we can’t wait to come back.

The hot tub was overbearing with chlorine, we couldn’t use it the first day from it taking our breath away.

Cozy, warm and can’t wait until the next visit!

Really loved the small pond next to the cabin, loved seeing the 4 ducks while in hot tub. My husband loves the outdoors and hunting, so he was very happy.

No complaints, but would put up a sign near front door to be aware of bears during stay and while in hot tub.

It was great and would probably go back!

I loved the location and everything about the place! It was cozy and perfect for 2 people!

The only issue we had was construction went on a couple of mornings right next to the building so it was very loud and we ended up leaving earlier then wanted because it wasn’t stopping!

Our stay was wonderful.

The location was convenient. The cabin was comfortable. The communication from Smoky Vista was excellent.

Cabin didn’t have a back porch with rocking chairs. The road in front was busy. Several work trucks were parked by our cabin each day.

Been there, done that, won’t be back.

The location was great

The bed was old and uncomfortable. There were 3 dining room chairs and all were flimsy or broken. No one could sit in them. There were a couple of lightbulbs that were not working. The porch had 2 worn rockers with moldy cushions so you could not use them. The ceiling in the toilet room was molded. Having to figure out how to use multiple remotes for the television was frustrating.

Perfect cabin for a couple in love 😘

Well maintained and beautiful place.

No complaints about the property at all. My only concern was the speed of some of the other guests at other cabins that we’re driving way to fast up and down the hill in front of the cabin we stayed in.

Enjoyed our stay very much.

Very close to Gatlinburg (which we enjoyed ). Felt secluded, so much better than being in a hotel and away from traffic.

Every single thing ...will be back ...and have told friends and they plan to book as well

Spider webs with tiny spiders that hatched ...it's spring! but discussed with manager and she said they would send out an exterminator. So taken care of . Loved loved loved our stay. ! ❤️

not worth the money. cleaning fees are too high!

liked where it was, short trip to Gatlinburg.

only had a surface clean. most of the place was dusty and dirty. all the decorations looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. front windows dirty inside and outside. cobwebs in window frame. dishes were dirty, had to run everything in dishwasher before we could use them. upstairs bathroom had no soap or hand towel. TV’s remotes were not for the tv. and didn’t control or Spectrum properly. I would only give the place a 1 star. would be higher if cleaner. The owners really need to check out the condition of their property. .

It’s an amazingly beautiful cabin, and property!

The cabin was beautiful and had been well taken care of! Perfect size for a couple! Very clean!

I have absolutely no complaints about the property or the stay!

The location was nice

The description stated that it was a 1-2bedroom house. There is only 1 bedroom and a pull out sofa bed. The matresses are old and uncomfortable. No one slept well at all. The TV volume did not work, and the pool room upstairs was very hot.
