Will not recommend this property if you are traveling with children.

Location was perfect. Parking was never an issue.

Property very old and outdated. Mold around the windows. No locks on the windows. At times did not feel save. Need more security doors. Anyone can walk on property and use the pool or get into the buildings.

They have done a great job revamping an older hotel into a modern, inviting space. The location to the Gondola can’t be beat, and the breakfast and wine hour were major bonuses. The hot tub was nice and we appreciated free parking. We got upgraded to a suite (major bonus!) that was decadently luxurious - “this is practically the size of my apartment” said our Bay Area friend. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Price was a little higher than we hoped for but the free parking and giant breakfast made up for it.

Hotel aconchegante e com localização excepcional.

Localização principalmente, perto da Gôndola e de vários restaurantes e lojas. O fato dos quartos serem externos, os tornam mais fáceis de acessar com equipamentos de Snowboard e brinquedos das crianças. A jacuzzi externa também foi um detalhe muito especial, apesar de estar sempre bastante movimentada. O café da manhã é bem saboroso e atendeu as expectativas.

Por ser um hotel um pouco antigo, tive alguns problemas na chegada, minhas chaves não abriam as portas da garagem e estava muito frio neste dia. Porém fui bem atendido pelo funcionário da manutenção. O atendimento na recepção foi um pouco mais difícil, fiquei com a impressão de estar incomodando a funcionária quando solicitei alguns favores, como agendamento de transporte para meus pais, que não falam inglês. Achei que era melhor resolver sozinho mesmo. E não procurei ajuda na recepção novamente. Como disse acima, o fato de não precisar passar pela recepção para acessar os quartos, acabou sendo algo positivo. Nada disso me impediria de me hospedar novamente. O hotel vale pela localização e conforto. E também é muito procurado. Conversando com outros hóspedes, durante minha estadia, notei que a maioria estava repetindo a hospedagem, percebi que quem conhece este hotel acaba voltando. Eu pretendo voltar também.

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and was reassured maintenance was happening this spring.

Really enjoyed the location. Would stay here again.

Location was great. Walking distance to our favorite Pizza place in Tahoe. Great hiking trails behind the Inn. Staff was nice. Had a bar b q by the pool. Free breakfast was a bonus. Bacon was good quality.

The only thing is housekeeping didn't clean at the time they said they would. When we returned to our room and saw that nothing had been cleaned we called and they made sure were taken care of.

Fabulous.

The location was ideal and the receptionist was very helpful. Wished we could have stayed longer to make use of the swimming pool. It was lovely to have breakfast included whuch we enjoyed. Would recommend this property.

walking distance to heavenly village. the room was large and family friendly.

room “updating” was painting over the tile in kitchen and bathrooms. heater left something to be desired as it didn’t heat the bedrooms very well.

An okay stay, not worth the money.

Breakfast was uninspiring, pretty much a basic motel breakfast.

Room was dated, furniture falling apart, TV stations limited, fitness room was small, old equipment, no housekeeping during our stay. Not sure what the resort fee covered.

Adequate spot for a stay in Lake Tahoe but not great value.

Location was good (although it seems the gondola often does not run which takes away from this quite a bit). Room was fine, spacious enough.

Staff was very blah, not outright rude just disinterested. Several references that we were just in a "standard" room so maybe if you're in a suite they treat you better. Worst "hot" tub we've ever been in, barely luke warm. Breakfast was ok but very crowded and took a long time to get served.

great location and amenities but rooms cold on winter with single pain windows and floors ice cold.

the location was great and the staff. I really liked the hot breakfast and choices. the refrigerator great size.

the hot tubs a little cool and bubbles in hot tub not very forceful. the floor in room was freezing cold.

Passable

The location of the hotel was perfect and they accept dogs no weight/breed restrictions. The room was spacious. Staff was friendly.

The location of our room was not the best. We were right next to a door that led to the lobby and every time someone walked through it slammed and shook the wall and windows. The sliding door leaked water and froze over. The room did not look anything like the photos which was fine. The walls/ceiling are very thin as the room above us was very loud till all hours.

Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Very close to heavenly and easy access to almost everything. I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and I think the price is worth it for that big of space.

They have the tiniest elevator. Only 1 person can fit if you are bringing all your baggage using the trolley. And the trolley is very hard to maneuver and scary not to be able to get out of the elevator. They serve the same breakfast menu for the rest of my 2 day stay. You should widen the menu for the price of the stay.
