Nestled in Santa Barbara, this attractive house for $512 per night is a great option for your next break. Mykonos is a luxurious 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Santa Barbara vacation home perfect for a small family. The spacious interior can accommodate up to 4 guests, and don't forget to bring your pup along as Mykonos is pet friendly! Surrounded by white walls and fine furnishings, guests can get their Greek island fix without even leaving California. Enjoy sunny days on the many outdoor decks, or take a short bike ride down to the beach. Upon approaching this vacation rental guests will have access to a 1 car garage through the gated entry on the ground floor. he main level (3rd floor) of the home features a crisp white interior with blue coastal finishes. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating options placed around a gorgeous fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. After a day of exploring the city, light a fire and curl up on the couch to watch a movie. A DVD player and WIFI are provided for family entertainment. Continuing past the living room guests will find an open floor plan seamlessly connecting the kitchen and dining area. Laundry closet is located off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a generous amount of counter space. Anyone will love cooking their favorite dishes in here, some may even be tempted to try out some new recipes. When your meals are ready to be served have all guests take a seat at the dining table. The dining table has seating for six, so everyone can enjoy a home cooked meal together. The second floor holds the two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. At the end of the night when you are ready to receive a good night's rest, choose from the master and guest bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-size bed, TV, has a private deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom offers a tranquil morning - soak in the jacuzzi bathtub or enjoy the walk-in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom holds a Queen-size bed, TV, reading nook, and similarly has an ensuite bathroom. On the 4th floor, the rooftop terrace may be the best feature of this home. A variety of outdoor seating is sprawled along the deck. Settle down in front of the outdoor fireplace or fire up the grill to dine alfresco. While lounging in this area you are sure to witness some breathtaking sunsets as the sky transforms to pinks and golds. THINGS TO NOTE: - Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250 per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Spent the long weekend here with spouse and pup, and the place was just so lovely! Clean and comfortable and a walking distance to the beach, downtown and restaurants.
The only thing I would note is that there was a bar with a live band that starts in the evenings around the corner and the noise is pretty obvious. I had no time sleeping though, it doesn't go too late, and we had no difficulty watching TV. But the music is heard into the evenings.

House was well appointed, walking distance to all the state street and the funk zone have to answer. Great views from the rooftop. Loved the dumbwaiter, an added benefit of moving into and out of the condo. As an FYI to the manager, the deadbolt to the garage could use some WD-40.

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful condo. The outdoor spaces are very nice, and the rooftop patio has beautiful views at day and at night. The bedrooms are spacious and each has it's own bathroom. There is also a half bath. It's within walking distance to State St., the Warf and the Marina, with many top restaurants/bars close by. It also has bikes and beach chairs/toys. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay and this home very much! Townhouse was well appointed with all you would need in kitchen, towels, laundry detergent...etc. Great outdoor spaces with wonderful mountain views. We walked to breakfast and coffee each morning and loved being blocks from the water!

A spacious well located place to stay. Easy walks to restaurants and the waterfront. Our only challenge was it was a hot few days and no air conditioning. It was hard to cool off and sleep. They did have fans in the bedrooms. Coming from SW Florida we are used to central air everywhere. So we understand that’s not the usual in Santa Barbara.

Arroyo Beach was a fun place to let the dogs run off leash, plus they have a dog washing area. Really appreciated the garage parking, and the beach chairs, bikes, etc. Thanks for providing such a nice place to stay to enjoy the Santa Barbara area!

This property was just gorgeous and extremely clean! The location is perfect- about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We really appreciated the garage especially coming and going with limited street parking. We will definitely be booking this gem again in the future!

Beautiful Dog Friendly Townhouse
We loved staying at this beautiful Mykonos Pet Friendly Townhouse. It was nice having the single car gated garage parking. My friends were able to find street parking on the day we arrived and I drove us around so they didn’t need to worry about finding parking. The Townhouse was clean and we didn’t lack for anything. It was nice to have laundry available too! We all said we would stay here again!!! Thank you for our lovely stay!

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful condo conveniently located near State St. We especially enjoyed the rooftop fireplace in the evenings. We most definitely want to stay here again. Just be aware that it is multiple levels so there are stairs.

We had a wonderful time. The best part about staying at the condo is the location. We parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere! This condo is close to the ocean, pier, and State St. for shopping, Farmers Market and so much more. The walking trails along the water are beautiful! The condo itself was a pleasure to come home to.

Great location, luxurious condo, perfect stay!
The Mykonos is a lovely condo, walking distance to State Street, and beach.
The beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing after a relaxing day at the beach.
The kitchen is well stocked with spices (there is plenty of coffee filters so don't worry about purchasing). There is a nice little grocery store just around the corner for other items you might need for your stay. 4 minute walk.

Very comfortable with an amazing rooftop terrace
Overall this is a great property. Garage parking which is fantastic but a little tight. Fireplaces in each bedroom, the living room, and on the rooftop terrace. Beds really comfortable. All bathrooms on the bottom level which is a little strange but not a big deal. Probably time for a deep clean as the door frames and high traffic areas have accumulated dark spots from being touched - normal wear / grime from being lived in. Drain in the bathtub doesn't seal, so the water leaks out making that gorgeous jetted tub useless. Very easy to connect with property management if needed. All in all, it's a great property and we'd stay here again. The issues noted really are minor upkeep items.

Great Place!
The place was very spacious, clean, and nice decor. Access to the unit was easy. Having the bikes was great! the place is so close to the beach area and a short bike ride to State St. where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and it felt very safe.

My family loved it!
My daughter and grandchildren stayed there over the 4th of July week. They absolutely loved it! All agreed they'd like to live there if they could. The place was spacious, the bathrooms huge. They even got to watch the fireworks from the rooftop patio.
Their very favorite feature, though, might have been the dumbwaiter. They used it every day to shuttle things up and down from one floor to another.
Thank you for a great experience, and for a lovely place for my family to stay during their visit.

Mykonos Makes Santa Barbara Memorable
Staying at Mykonos was the best vacation decision we could have made. The property location was perfect for us and the design was impeccable. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Loved the rooftop view and all the lovely balconies. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with incredible detail were thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making this vacation one of the absolute best!
