About this condo rental
Located in Victoria, this charming condo for $174 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. VICTORIA EXECUTIVE SUITES present a 1 bdr condo on the 14th floor located in the Era building. The Era is nestled in the heart of downtown Victoria just blocks from the famous Empress Hotel, the Inner Harbor, Victoria Symphony, and the Royal BC Museum. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby. You can explore Victoria without a car if you like to leave it behind, a 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal for passengers from Seattle and Port Angeles. You can walk to everything or take the local transportation to Butchart Gardens. The unit comes well equipped with everything needed to cook in the unit if you so choose. We also include complimentary coffee, tea and sugar as well as laundry detergent and dish tabs. We have also setup netlflix on the TV for our guests to use. *Please note that all bed linens including the duvet cover are PROFESSIONALLY LAUNDERED after each stay. As you can see form our reviews we have always had a highly level of cleanliness and most suggested best practices we already had in place, such as sanitizing remote controls and other high touch areas and washing duvet covers after every guest. However, we have also implemented some further actions, and most importantly, our cleans are not time based, there are a list of required actions required by the highly trained cleaners and these are done each and every time. As our guests you can enter the unit and enjoy the space knowing that the entire condo has been first cleaned from top to bottom and then sanitized, including high touch areas like remotes, door handles, windows, kitchen cupboards, all appliances, countertops, etc. We also wash everything on a hot sanitary wash after every guest, everything from pillow case inserts, pillow shams, duvet cover, couch throw blankets , throw pillows on the couch, etc. All linens and pillow cases are also professionally laundered. Our guests can also rest assured that our cleaners have read suggested cleaning guidelines for covid and are wearing a mask during the clean and throughout the cleaning process they are changing their gloves on a regular/frequent basis

Our stay at this property was magical. Our view across the strait at the Olympic Mountain Range as well as the bay could not be beat. Cleanliness and communication by the property manager were exceptional. Safety in the building felt it was a number one priority too.

The condo was exactly as described in the website and it was perfect for our stay. We will stay there again next time we visit Victoria.

Downtown Vic is a busy city and with that can come some street noise though we found it not to be a problem. The BR does have AC so if you’re a light sleeper, or in bed by 8, you could close the window. We never had to; the noise ends by 10 ish and it’s not bar/band noise. All appliances were new and worked well. A perfect space for a couple. We are in our 70’s, walked everywhere all the time. Queen bed was comfy and bedding seemed new, as was the whole unit.

The location of this cozy 1br condo is among it's many assets. My wife and I love Victoria have visited many times and being within walking distances of Government St, the Inner Harbor and the BC Museum makes this a good place to stay. Additionally the location allows for easy access to venturing out of town to explore more of Vancouver Island. The condo is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen should one not want to dine out. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the condo allows a great panorama of the Strait. Also the onsite underground parking is a definite plus. We found the check/out procedure to be easy and Laura to be very accommodating and helpful with our questions and needs. We would recommend staying to anyone wishing to stay close to Downtown Victoria.

Great stay in downtown Victoria. Laura was great and quick to respond to all inquiries. Forget the rental car as this is the perfect location to walk to everything downtown. We visited our favorite stores, restaurants and pubs. The location allowed us to stop back in and recharge before heading out again. We would not hesitate to book this accommodation again.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a two week anniversary trip and it was a great location. We didn't want to rent a car and didn't need to. We could walk everywhere and when we wanted to go a little further out, we just caught a city bus for $2.50 each. The condo was small, but super efficient and had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay in the same place on our next trip to Victoria!

BEST LOCATION!

What a beautiful condo. This place is perfect for a stay in Victoria. It was perfect size for us and was clean and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed.
