Do not recommend, avoid if possible

The pool was big and spacious. The room was also big and spacious

The staff were not very customer-centric, they ignored us initially when we arrived (the place was empty), there is no wifi access accept for the lobby, the shower hardly worked (not enough pressure to wash your hair) and there is no access to food at the property - the nearest area to get food is a 15min walk away. They also do not have taxi’s and don’t offer airport transfers either

Disaster

"Kareem" at Sunset Pearl Pyramisa reception was very mature, very professional and very helpful. I wish pyramisa beach resort staff learn from him. Also big Mohammed the security at Sunset pearl main gate was very mature and polite.

Security at the main gate of Beach resort doesn't know the difference between Beach resort Pyramisa and Sunset pearl Pyramisa! Taxi dropped me at Reception at Pyramisa beach resort and the staff were very unfriendly and immature! they told me this is different reception, you must go to Pyramisa Sunset Pearl, and I asked them to show me the way and they ignored my request and told me "Go ask security, they will show you"! I had to walk around 500M through the desert in the dark with no light and no buggy, no golf cart, only on foot to reach sunset pearl reception! No breakfast was not included! no restaurant in the hotel, you must walk at least 1 k.m to reach nearest supermarket or cafe! although pyramisa throw tons of food in the garbage everyday and this considered waste of money and material, still 1 person breakfast was not included in my room rate! Unbelievable! Tea & coffee and sugar amenities was only for 1st night! second night i had to call reception beg them to send me tea bags and coffee and sugar! and F&B staff brought to my room hold all this in his sweaty hands and told me, tea&coffee only for 1st night! Unbelievable! there was a fully equipped GYM in the hotel but it was locked! the picture of the gym attached. Pyramisa was a big disappointment and failure and disgrace to Egyptian hospitality industry.

Good location and clean

The views and the location are perfect. Room cleaned every day.

The reception didn't have any entertainment, bars were not open, restaurant or snack bar wasn't open so knowwhere to eat or drink had to go out every day.

Only the size of the bedroom and the staff were really helpful and welcoming.

It looks like the rooms haven't been maintained in a long time. The bathroom was just terrible, the bathtub was all stained brown, we turned on the shower and water started to come out in brown color for about 5 minutes. We didn't have hot water when we arrived, the boiler was off, we had to take a cold shower because the hot water would only be available after 1 hour and we were already tired because we arrived late. The faucet in the sink was all rusty, as well as the drain in the bathroom was rotten. terrible. I would not return and would not recommend. It looks like the place has been abandoned. The only thing that saves is the service. The receptionist was very nice and solicitous, very friendly.

if you just want to have somewhere to stay and sleep, it’s ok.

the staff working there was nice the rooms are very spacious. Initially we had some problems with the cleaning, but after we reported it to the manager he was very kind and helpful and solved out immediately and then the room was indeed clean.

well it’s a bit far away if you want to do some activities outside the resort. The place where we stayed was not quite the type of resort you expect as in the photos. I was thinking we will have have a room with a view to the pool or similar, but actually we stayed in a building in behind of the resort (the apartments) with a view to nowhere. So be careful, the apartments are not quite part of what you see in the presentation photos. They are indeed 2 min away but it was a bit disappointing for me.

The location is not bad. 10 minutes walk to the beaches. Nice pool and pool area. Very calm place. Nice room and a lovely view

Not cleaned apartment. Very bad cleaned actually. Nothing to buy like soft drinks or anything else. Felt pretty weird. No toilets in the pool area.

Clean spacious Room ,quiet place , have access to beach , pool and aqua was so fun for kids , we really enjoyed our stay , and will sure come back ♥️

Very Valuable serviced apartment.

Very good studio area with all facilities and pool view. Staff are amazing specially Mr/ Ahmed El Said. Clean and calm place to take breathing and having a perfect relax vacation.

Studio in second floor with out elevator. The way to sea is far to take a walk and you have to go with your car.
