The chalet was superb very modern and spacious.
The pool was lovely and also the surrounding gardens.
There was a kettle microwave mugs and glasses but no plates or cutlery.
There was a resteraunt on the estate but it wasn't open and only bookable for parties of more than 50!
There was no shop or cafe.
The breakfast room was under ground and the stairs were very steep. Not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

We LOVED the property & Junior suite with pool at your doorstep as it was very hot.
Gardens are amazing.
Easily reached from Bergamo town by D bus at Bergamo train station.
Near nice restaurants such as Osteria del Fiore, 10 mins walk
A little tender loving care is needed.
Pool floor needs painting, not much shampoo, no coffee, not even a spoon to make a coffee etc.
Extra payments of min €30 each for late checkout 4 hrs later, bit steep but nice to have the few extra hours.
You need to have your own food & drink supplies just in case as nothing on site on mini bar.

it was very private, lots of lovely gardens. Well laid out rooms giving privacy, good room size.
The check in was through the entry gate, we were given a map and a key and sent on our way. there was a hedge trimmer and lots of foliage all over our patio - I rang reception as we wanted to use the pool and patio - no answer. we walked back to reception and they agree to clear it - took about an hour.
We didn’t have enough towels, again couldn’t get an answer at reception, had to walk round again in the rain then take. to find the cleaners.
the rooms are rather run down, lack of upkeep, peeling and rotten floor.
Restaurant was also shut.
