The Space: This second floor gone fishing unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City! Spacious open floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is more than enough space for an enjoyable stay with friends or family. Kick back in the living room and input your own username into any of the streaming services to binge watch your favorite shows. ** NO LIVE CABLE. STREAMING SERVICES ONLY** Walk into the master bedroom where you will find a fish friendly queen sized bed (linens included) along with a walk in closet witch leads to an ensuite bathroom stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Walk into the guest bedroom where you will find another cozy queen bed (linens included) along with a walk in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants and favorite local hangouts. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, paper towel, dishwasher pods, dish soap, a Keurig). A few K-cups of coffee will be provided to get your vacation off on the right foot. Planning on staying a while? No worries there is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can wash your belongings. Some laundry pods will be provided. **Pack 'n Play and/or high chair available upon request** **If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. Gone Fishing was perfect for our stay. We were 2 couples doing some wine tasting in the region and the condo worked out perfect for us. Very clean, well appointed, good location.

The condo was lovely and in a very easy location for wineries and downtown. Walkable to downtown if you are open to a couple mile jaunt. There is a great walking/running/biking trail right off the parking lot! This is a 2nd floor unit and the elevator did go down for a portion of our stay so make sure you are with people who can handle stairs just in case! But we had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Our party of four spends a weekend in Traverse City every year in September to celebrate our anniversary month. We spend a lot of time researching our options as one member of our group has MS and limited mobility. We would not have rented a second floor unit if there was no elevator. Sadly, the elevator at Trailside 45 worked when we arrived and when we left for dinner, but upon returning later in the evening, we found the elevator closed and out of order. Hoping it would be fixed in the morning, the gentleman with MS painstakingly and dangerously made his way up the stairs with our assistance. We were advised late afternoon the next day that the elevator would not be fixed for a couple of days. Totally unacceptable and unsatisfactory experience! We want our money back!

We were very impressed with the unit and communication. We were able to get in to the unit early which was a huge bonus after traveling with little ones. The unit came stocked with all your basic needs in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a short drive to the local beach and Front Street. We enjoyed our stay!

I am a TC local but rented this for extra room for a girls weekend. Check-in & out process was easy and the location was great! The unit was clean and fully stocked with the basics (dishes, extra towels, bedding, etc). Absolutely recommend this place for anyone visiting TC from out of town as it is conveniently located to so many things and has plenty of room/accommodations for an extended stay.

My daughter and niece and I stayed here while competing at TCHS. It was not far from the riding facility and we loved its proximity to downtown Traverse City. The place is very clean and feels like a home away from home. We loved it and will definitely go back!
