We had a great time and everything was beyond our expectations.

We really liked everything about it. It was larger than I anticipated. There was everything we needed and more in the place for us to use. It was within walking distance of the Main Street in Gatlinburg, which was nice for me and the kids.

If I could change one thing about the property, I would want larger swimming pools so as not to feel like you were cramped in one space with so many other people.

The property was very conveniently located, it was a short walk to the parkway in Gatlinburg and there is even a trolley stop for the FREE town trolley right out front. the room was spacious and fit our needs perfectly.

When we arrived the room was dirty, we checked in after checkin time. We went from the check in office to the room, when we walked in there were cups on the counter packages of water on the floor the balcony door was wide open and beds were unmade. We immediately left feeling like we had just walked in someone else room. I called the number that was given to us in the welcome package. I am not sure what this place was but they could not figure out why I was calling them. After looking for the number to the front desk on the paperwork a little bit longer I was unable to locate it. I googled a number, the front desk was very helpful and immediately started looking into what was going on. They apologized and sent people to clean the room, this still left us standing on the outside walkway for about an hour in the heat waiting to take our stuff in the room. My other problem with the stay was that the listing said washer dryer in the unit, the washer and dryer were not in the unit. I did receive a message stating explaining the washer dryer being on the floor by the elevators, so this was something I could live with. Except the washers didn’t even get my small load of laundry all the way wet, even though I selected the more water option. I was willing to deal with that also, however out of the 3 dryers on floor 3, 2 of them never got warm and the third one seemed to get warm but just sweat so the close came out of the dryer more wet than they came out of the washer. I did laundry one night and ended up taking my laundry back to the room and hanging it around the unit to dry.

Beautiful and Cozy

The staff and check in/check out was quick and friendly. The room was clean and lovely. We had a small issue with one of the bathrooms, but the staff was extremely quick to resolve it.

The parking garage was incredibly tight, especially for our truck. There was a very small clearance between the roof and the roof of the truck, and going into the garage we had to pull our mirrors in on both sides. The spots were incredibly tight and it took a long time each time we moved the truck to find a spot that we could fit in. The other vehicle my family took was a mini van and it was so tight of spots my sister had to crawl out of the hatch lol. The property also faced another hotel and some of the neighbors during this stay made sitting on the balcony a bit rough at times. But that is all I can think of that we didn’t enjoy; overall this was an wonderful stay.

The room was very neat and clean.

The parking. The spaces were very small to fit a larger SUV or truck into. It was very tight getting in and out of the parking garage.
