Great Honeymoon Stay

Cozy and clean condo with nice view off porch. Great communication with owners from booking through departure. Great location to strip despite steep hill to climb

There is a steep hill to walk up on the way back to condo from downtown. Must be in good shape to walk from this location. Parking spots were not easy to come by near entrance- though there seems to be some construction for lower lot.

the location and view was great and it’s a very comfortable place.

the door frame was busted where the chain lock is - this was the only issue we had. everything else was awesome.

Nothing but amazing!

We had a great time here. The location is perfect, the pictures look the same, and the amenities are great. The communication from before and after out stay was amazing and definitely that personal touch that is lacking at other places. The owners have taken the time and created a binder with all kinds of activities in and around the area as well as places to eat. We definitely will be looking back into staying here our next trip.

Very cozy and welcoming. It was even decorated so cute for Christmas, had a Christmas tree! i was so worried my 7 year old would be upset about not having a tree for Christmas morning and when we walked in and seen a tree I was so relieved.

We had an awesome time and felt very comfortable there.

Located in a convenient location, the maintenance team were very helpful when we needed towels. The local bear paid us a visit which was a treat to see.

Floors were a little dirty. Plumbing had some issues.

Nice view, great location

The condo is very cute, located in a great location and has a pretty good view. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room size is decent. Being on the first floor was a plus.

The bathrooms are very cramped and need updated. The master bath/closet area was poorly designed. The door swings into the tub so you have no choice but to squeeze around and close it to get to the shower/ tub combo. Parking passes are a great idea, but there were many cars parked without them! We couldn't find a parking space anywhere one night, so my husband dropped us off, parked somewhere else and walked to the room. Very inconvenient

Awesome location, Walking distance to Downtown

Very convenient to all the action in downtown Gatlinburg. We walked from our place everywhere and wasn’t bad as you pretty much have to walk downtown anyway. Also would not be worth to drive into town as parking is a flat $20 rate where ever you park. The rooms were nice, comfy, bathrooms were fine. kitchen was small but enough for our short stay.

Not a big deal but a few of the lights didn’t work in our unit, one of the bedroom lamps and one of the living lights. Also one of the blinds were missing in the bedroom we were in, but had a curtain to cover.

I enjoyed sitting outside on the patio early in the morning.

The couch bed had no bedding, so we couldn't use the bed, and we needed it. Also parking.

Cute, cozy condo close to city center

Cute, cozy, close to downtown. Much better than motel.

Needs some repairs and deeper cleaning. All outlets don’t work. Closets and drawers used for storage by owner, cutting into space for guests.

Air con in main bedroom non existent. Couch uncomfortable and hard to get 4 in living room comfortably. TV in main bed very confusing. Handle on microwave broken when we arrived.
