The only criticism I have is the lighting is not bright enough to read maps. There were two elevators that worked on the weekend but during the week they only had one working. Usually not a problem but the cleaning staff was also in the elevator with you and people could not get off or on because if a few people and their cart were in elevator, no space for them to ride. It took a long time since only one elevator in operation to get one to the top floor. Otherwise, great hotel/

Clean hotel within walking distance to the heart of town. Clean room, bathtub (which is always a treat!), nice indoor pool, great outdoor hot tub, relaxing outdoor sitting area with Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit where right next to a stream.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable, the staff were nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The only thing I really didn't like was that no one came to clean our room for 4 days. One day we went out to explore the city around 11:30 in the morning and we saw the housekeeper working on our floor but nass the room was not cleaned, I had to bring my own towels, garbage bags and take out the garbage. The next day we asked the front desk for someone to clean our room but we heard that the housekeeper was finishing his work and they didn't know if she would want to come back to our room, it was around 1 p.m. It is very disappointing that hotels of this type do not pay attention to the work of their cleaning service. For me, such things are important, especially since I am a hotel manager in Colorado and I know how such things should function. I understand if it was a roadside motel and not the Hampton by Hilton

Loved the location of this hotel. Not right in the middle of a VERY BUSY town but a short easy walk to everything. We drive a big pickup truck and on site free parking was spacious & safe. Such comfortable beds & nice walkin shower and had a little balcony we didn’t use. Missed out on the lower level pool, hot tub area that had an outdoor lounge with a fire pit, tables & tv. Looked great!! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

The place was really clean I just did not like to always have to ask for more towels during my stay. Bed was really comfortable and breakfast was good.

We were only in town for 1 night but this was a great place to stay. Check in was very smooth, our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestion is you need better lighting. We arrived at night, and the lighting is very dim. There’s only lights by the bed so trying to find things in our luggage was very difficult, otherwise stay was great and rooms were clean. Self serve breakfast was nice. And it was walking distance to town.

Booked a Sunday night instead of a Saturday night through Hotels.com, four days before we were supposed to go I contacted hotel with no luck, Hotels.com made several attempts to contact management of the hotel with no response, never ended up even staying there, bad customer service.

Nice stay but careful two Hampton inn in gaitlinburg both very near each other one in the heart of town n another just slightly away. I’m at the latter property enjoying it plenty of parking n clean !

Everything at hotel was great, it just seems the price was inflated due to all events happening that weekend in Gatlinburg. I almost had to cancel the first night, so when I was looking to re-book 2 days prior, the daily rate was almost 30% cheaper for an even bigger room. Pricing should be cheaper for those who prepare in advance rather than those who wait till the last minute

Decent. Nothing special besides the outdoor area by the river was above average and location was good, not on strip just a 10 minute walk ( but uphill on way back, so don't shop too much) no awesome views, but could see some mountains from my room window. Beds ok, clean as it gets. Big shower..no tub.

Very nice and clean room. Our room #305 was very roomy. Super comfy beds and pillows. I absolutely love the brand of the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion and the full size bottles are great. I never have to worry about packing those things. Housekeeping just needs to make sure all bottles have plenty in them before check in. My lotion bottle only had enough to put on my hands once. I did have a problem with housekeeping one time. Checkout time is 11 am. At 10:03 am, housekeeping started knocking at our door and when we opened it, he just kept pointing at his paper that had our room number on it and pointing at his cleaning cart. I told him he can clean our room after checkout at 11:00 am.

Although the hotel was nice and staff was friendly I would NEVER stay again. The rooms are tiny. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was disgusting. It was hard to get anything (trays for food, trash bags, towels, etc.) and the pack and play they gave us for my daughter was unusable due to having a piece sticking up in the middle that wouldn’t go down. It was a very dissatisfying stay. My whole group left grumpy due to lack of sleep.

Check in was fast and easy.. room was old and had some chips on the furniture, floors were stained etc. Bed was clean though.. and so was the bathroom!

Service was great, fast, and friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. No fan in bathroom; therefore, mirror fogged up. Not enough lighting in bedroom area. Mattress were thin and uncomfortable.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel price include parking and continental breakfast. We had our 2 small dogs with us so we had to pay a $75 “pet fee”. The down sides: our bathroom had a sliding barn door that cannot secured with a lock mechanism, so our dogs were able to go in/out as they pleased. Front desk representatives are not as friendly as we are use to, but they got the job done.
