Wenen is een bijzonder rijke en sociale stad, zeker de moeite waard om het nog eens te bezoeken.

De kamers waren beter dan de foto's en zelfs de normale kamer was groot te noemen. De badkamers zijn mooi open zodat dat nog meer ruimte gevoel geeft. De locatie zo vlak bij de opera was perfect alles was op loop afstand. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en de bediening heel attent en Heel belangrijk lekkere koffie.

De bedlampen waren wat fel. Per bed kant hingen er meerdere en die hebben wij op één na uitgedraaid. En de tv was geen smart tv met een streamingdienst.

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage.

Gebucht wurde für den Aufenthalt in Wien die Deluxe Suite. Das Zimmer entsprach vollkommen meinen Erwartungen. Die Suite ist wirklich sehr schön und das Bett sehr komfortabel. Nachts mussten aber die Fenster geschlossen werden, da es doch sehr laut war und die Ausrichtung des Zimmers zur Straße ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Innenstadt, somit konnten wir auf U-Bahn oder S-Bahn verzichten und alles war zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist gut und auch die Auswahl ist gut. Könte jedoch noch etwas vielfältiger sein (mehr Obst beispielsweise).

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserer Hotelauswahl sehr zufrieden. Jedoch gab es auch einen negativen Punkt. Das Hotel wurde über Booking.com gebucht. In der Beschreibung stand, dass bei der Buchung der Suite ein Champagner zur Verfügung steht. Dieser ist jedoch nicht gratis sondern kostenpflichtig. Laut Rezeption standen uns weitere Leistungen nicht zur Verfügung, da ich über Booking.com gebucht habe und nicht über die Hotel-Homepage selbst (Champanger, täglicher Frei-Cocktail in der Bar Hannelore). Was ich etwas enttäuschend fande, dass hier unterschiede bei der Buchung gemacht werden.

very god experience in the hotel.

The location is great. Most of hot spots in the city center can be reached on foot. And the hotel provided a bottle of water everyday for free. The staffs are nice and helpful.

The cleaning can be managed better. When we went out and came back in the late afternoon, the room was still not cleaned. And on the last day right before we checked out, the room was cleaned, I felt sorry that I messed up again.

The hotel is set in a perfect location for a city break, close to the main attractions and transport. The Service was Excellent, All staff had a very positive attitude. The room had a great view.

excellent stay and I would use the hotel again

the location, cleanliness and reception staff. the hotel was quiet except for a bit of noise on the Friday night. it sounded like the night club..

we didn’t use the hotel for breakfast as it was expensive and lots of alternatives with walking distance. there was no pubic areas for you to relax in.

Superb

Superb location for exploring Vienna on foot. The room was small, but very clean and seemed newly renovated.

The hotel is in superb location (center of Vienna) which also means expose to more noisy environment.

Hotel stuff robbed us.

Unfortunatelly, hotel stuff robbed us, on the end of our stay, they charged us several times higher price for breakfast, than what is written in booking.com

fairly good value but I wish I had paid a bit more for a street facing room.

Excellent stay!

The location couldn’t be better. Just few steps away from the tram/bus stop, the Opera House, and an array of excellent restaurants, bars etc. I loved the interior decor. The bedroom is huge, comfortable, beautiful! Special thanks to Dominic and Shukran (I’m sorry, I know I got it completely wrong), both of them complimented the excellent stay I had.

Reception staff were always friendly & welcoming. Location is great within minutes walk from the City Centre. Rooms have a modern contemporary look & are very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, staff and Newly Refurbished. So all good

There was construction going on at the hotel. Which made it a little dusty and a bit of noise. Nothing major but the only real downside. No view from the room.
