الضيوف غير مرحب فيهم بالاوتيل

اعجبني في المكان موقعه

تعامل الموظفين كان سيئ للغاية بستثناء موظفة الاستقبال ياسمين تجربتي كانت سيئة معاهم ولا انصح بالحجز فيه لان الموظفين غير مدربين على استقبال الضيوف طلبت زيادة ماء في الغرفه ولم يوفروا لي طلبت مناشف زيادة و اخذ الوقت لإيصالها لم يستقبلني احد الموظفين لحمل الحقائب عند الدخول ذهبت للافطار في نفس الفندق وكانت موظفة الاستقبال عابسة و لم ترحب بي و عندما طلبت منها طاولة مطله قالت لي انتظري في الاستقبال مع العلم ان المطعم كان في مجال لاستقبالي و عندما لغيت الحجز قالت لي ممتاز انك لغيتي الضيوف غير مرحب فيهم بالاوتيل

We loved every second of it and can’t wait to come again!

Beautiful accommodations, modern, amazing view of the city! Staff very friendly and helpful! Spacious room, loved that the tv swivels out, easy check in and out process. The coffee maker in the room was great! Brunch was amazing! And finally the location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we needed to get to!

There was no microwave in the room, so we had some food that went to waste. Could not turn on individual lights, just all on or all off. Should have extra bathing towels in the room.

Comfortable stay but cleanliness needs to step up.

The mirrors were dirty, partially spot cleaned and dusty. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

Can you be in a place? Where is duty?

Beautiful and great location for Lumen, Pike and Westfield

Great location and staff. Very discrete- almost hard to find as we took train from airport. Would not recommend walk from train station. It’s very bumpy and uphill plus hotel is hard to find. Beautiful hotel and lobby. Amazing staff. Nice tea and nespresso in room.

They need to plan better for storage and space. We had 4pp in double room and there’s almost no space for luggage, clothes, bathroom stuff. One hook in the huge bathroom. Why? And no makeup area- it’s mood lighting even in bathroom. Two small wardrobes with weird huge hangers that are low. Two small drawers and a dresser that has another two small drawers. Very spacious empty space otherwise. Also room is not dark. Very odd that drapes don’t block out side lights. And loud outside outside road noise on 6th floor. Even w white noise.

It’s a unique hotel. Staff was amazing. I recommend.

Beautiful. Perfect location for what we needed.

There was a long wait for room service (an hour and forty minutes) so that was frustrating.

Very nice hotel but...

Nicely appointed room, great size, good view, very quiet. The bed and duvet were comfy. Large bathroom with a nice shower. Loved the Nespresso and tea selections.

For this price I would expect the room to be spotless, so although the tiling in the bathroom was beautiful, it did show where it hadn't been cleaned (could see toothpaste residue/water marks on the wall beside the sink). The table in the room also did not appear to have been wiped down. Besides these points it was otherwise very clean. The biggest issue and a real oversight was that there was absolutely terrible lighting for getting ready/doing makeup. Despite having mirrors everywhere, not one of them had even OK lighting to be able to actually see! Could not find a mirror that didn't cast weird shadows and no mirrors were located near the window to make use of the natural light.

Awesome views!

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel are amazing and the location is quite practical for tourists.

There was a weird noise in the middle of the first night that sounded like a water pump and woke me up a few times. Not sure what it was, but it was lower on the second day and didn't wake me up.

Superb

Was breakfast included? IF it was...I missed the memo. I was a little sticker shocked by the prefiixed % gratuity for the staff before the tip for the waiter.

See ABOVE.. The hallways are a little too dark. Room was immaculate but wished it had a mini fridge or even just a frid drawer.

Very comfortable, amazing bed/bedding

The room felt huge, loved the floor to ceiling windows, the bathroom was great, beautiful vanity. The bed was amazing, like sleeping on a cloud.

My partner and I were very excited for the sauna & steam room, however we ended up not using either because they’re separated by gender. I was also under the impression that our room would have a tub.

Mediocre and overpriced hotel with terrible night personnel and horrible front desk management. General lack of coordination and communication between staff. Hotel is completely unsafe, you can walk in and get onto any floor without anyone noticing, no key access in elevators. Doordash walked straight to our hotel room door.

Almost a Great Hotel

The hotel has the right elements, including good location, large rooms, comfortable beds, good wifi, nice common areas and fitness center, but it's not a 5-star experience.

Reception outside noisy nightclub-like restaurant and bar was jarring and unpleasant. There are also some inefficiencies this brings about with elevator operation, but that's a minor frustration.

Facility was clean and staff were accommodating and friendly.

Only one issue. The Turkey sandwich ordered at 1 a.m. when we arrived had stale bread and bacon.
