Located in Oak Island, this charming house for $255 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Direct Oceanfront without the adjacent homes being on top of each other. Walk off the deck and onto the Beach. It doesn't get better than this! "PAR Beach House" is waiting for you to enjoy your special time at the beach! Enjoy the beach area where scenes from numerous TV shows and movies have been filmed. House is like new - kept up and immaculate. 3 Bedrooms / 2.5 Baths. 1 King, 2 Queens, and 1 Queen Sofa-bed. 4 HD TV's with extended cable package (Living Room has a Big Screen Hi-Definition TV with Bose surround stereo system), 4 DVD players, VCR, and high-speed internet with WiFi. Fully-equipped kitchen with all amenities and all appliances recently upgraded and remodeled. Ceiling fans throughout and upgraded. New sectional sleeper in living room. Carpet or ceramic tile throughout. Large master suite with new luxurious Beautyrest Black king bed, sitting area, and newly renovated bath. Other baths are newly renovated as well. New queen beds in the two other bedrooms. Full-size Washer and Dryer just upgraded. HVAC systems recently upgraded. Deck w/new furniture and built-in umbrellas. Beach-Side Deck with chairs and loungers. Large enclosed outdoor shower and sink with both hot and cold water. Gas Grill on lower deck. Beautifully decorated home with great ocean and dune views. Privacy and minimal traffic on this secluded 2-block stretch of East Beach Drive. Lots of room for kids to play outside with no worries including large front yard. Large driveway so plenty of parking. House faces south - so you get to enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the back decks. Oak Island Lighthouse and Pier are also visible from the back decks. Close to both bridges for easy access on and off the island. If you're looking for a terrific house for family vacations, friend getaways, or a place to work or school virtually - "PAR Beach House" will be perfect for you. This is a very comfortable, clean home! If I could give it 10 stars I would! My husband and I have been coming to OKI for many years and this was our first time staying at this home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PAR House. It was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was especially well equipped and stocked with everything from spices and coffee to cleaning supplies.
We selected this home based on reviews and location. It did not disappoint! It is located on a nice, quiet section of the island where there is little street traffic with this oceanfront property. The weather was great and we enjoyed spending time on the deck as much as the beach. From coffee in the morning to stargazing at night, the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. Such a comfortable house located directly on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. My husband and I are our two adult children had a wonderful four night stay here. Having the beach right out the back door was such a treat.....we caught plenty of sunrises and sunsets on the beach! And the house was in the perfect location for our nephew's wedding in Southport as it was only a short drive away. And Matty was a very conscientious host! Would highly recommend staying at this property and if we ever get the opportunity to travel back to the area, you can bet we'll stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Par House. The location was perfect - beachfront, close to grocery and shopping, full of nature (turtle nests, deer and even gators!). The pictures didn't do this house justice - all of the recent renovations are beautiful. And the decor made us feel right at home. The house was clean and so well- stocked. We had everything we needed from dishes to beach supplies and laundry/cleaning. Matt was such a great host - he was always reachable, checked in on how things were going and accommodated all of our needs - including shipping some items we had forgotten after we left! The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer keyless entry vs working with keys, but that wasn't a major issue - just would remove anxiety of being locked out.

This was our second trip to Par and it proved to be a good choice. Weather was great and the house is the perfect size, equipped beautifully with all you need. The beach is steps away - with daily fly overs from squadrons of pelicans.

I have stayed at dozens of rental houses and this property was by far the cleanest and best equipped. Tastefully decorated and everything one needs to cook in the new kitchen. Great communication with the owner. All around a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing weekend stay.
