Impersonnel, climatisation très bruyante dans la chambre, salle de bains hors d’âge (fameux joint blanc sur joint blanc pour cacher la misère) mais propre, trop grand complexe, petit déjeuner exclusivement à l’intérieur (!!), idem autre client, résa pour 3 mais petit dej only pour 2.
Attention à votre heure d’arrivée, j’avais spécifié via booking ET via hôtel de notre arrivée en pleine nuit et ils avaient déjà débité une nuit pour « no show » avant même notre arrivée.

The breackfast was nice
Okay, here why I was super desappointed and I must put a bad note, I booked throught booking, on the main page, I booked for 3 adult, select 3 adults and breackfast included and when I arrived they said is included only for 2 so they were happy to make me payed that extra saying that is not there fault, 30 dollars per breackfast, it s booking but they should take responsability of the third party they are using to fill up there hotel !!!! He show me that in my confirmation, when I already paid that down there is mention breakfast only for 2 adults and two kids but the room was for 3 adults. It s scandalous ! they all mostly looked very rude. Last time for me !

Elevados costos de la comida. Precios muy inflados hasta para el plato más básico, 25 USD por unos huevos. Tienes que conseguir la comida por fuera si no quieres pagar estos precios.

Hôtel accueillant , personnel disponible et agréable, et chambre agréable et bien agencée. La piscine, la plage et la vue sont vraiment superbes, et nous avons apprécié autant le calme que les activités.
Climatisation très très forte dans les parties communes ce qui est sincèrement désagréable.
Chambre réservée pour 4 adultes via Booking, avec petits déjeuners, mais le package de l'hôtel ne comprends que 2 petits déjeuners adultes et 2 pour enfants (moins de 12 ans). Nous avons donc du régler 2 petits déjeuners adultes (pas seulement la différence de prix avec les PD enfant) quasi 1000 pesos et franchement le buffet ne justifie en rien ce prix. Nous avons déjeuné bien mieux et pour moins cher tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons demandé à emporter le petit déjeuner le deuxième jour ce qui a été refusé car nous souhaitions le récupérer après 6h30 (heure d'ouverture du restaurant) Enfin, rien ne peux être payé en cash, uniquement en carte, impossible d'utiliser nos derniers pesos. Donc nous avons mangé et déjeuné dehors à chaque fois.

La literie était très confortable. Les piscines étaient plaisantes et grandes. Hôtel proche de l’aéroport. Je recommande pr un séjour reposant proche de la mer.

Direkt am Strand. Strand war gut, genügend Strandliegen. Gepflegte schöne Anlage. Nähe zum Airport. Großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders nett war im Empfang Eliana.
Im Zimmer fehlte allerdings eine Sitzgelegenheit obwohl genügend Platz vorhanden war.

My greeting at the front desk was pleasantly welcoming. The next day I had a message from concierge and I spoke with a gentleman. He provided with information about sites to see. The price offer to tour (chichiniza) is expensive $400+ I was offer a discount if I attended share holder event. I decline. I got a map of the zone hotelera. Buses R1 R2 is your best. Use pesos to pay transportation for one person is 12 pesos or use dollars but you are better off paying in pesos. You can ask the drivers for local food- they know where is best. The place might look a bit off but I vouch the food is less expensive and tasty too. If you want to experience take a chance. The beach location is very colorful, tit has a few massages places with beach view. The hotel has a 7 pools the main is a heated pool and faces the sun rise and beach. The one that faces the sun set had a water surfing platform but it was not working. Breakfast is good - choose the buffet. Just in case if you decide too book a tour with third party the pick will be at the lobby but sometimes they are not allow to go in so keep and eye. I did my tour with Viator.
The DJ music could have been better. The selection was not good. Maybe mix it up a bit with some latin music. And turn up the volume.

Beach was perfect, no red tide (Feb 2024) and there were plenty of chairs at the beach and the pools. Location was easy to get to (~10 minutes from Cancun airport) and the food options were enough that we didn't need to leave the property if we didn't want to (4 night stay). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Closest restaurant is Navios (<10 minute walk), which was very good. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach, you can't do better in Cancun.
Favorite food options from bar: Ceviche, Chicken Quesadillas, Fish Tacos
(Nitpick alert!) This is not the hotel's fault, but we had to pay $80 USD to take a cab from the airport, a 10 minute ride, as there is no shuttle. We did not do so, but I highly recommend arranging some sort of transportation ahead of time. The nice restaurant on the property was not worth the cost in our opinion, the bar food was good enough. If you are looking for the stereotypical Cancun Spring Break spot, this is pretty far from the action.

Le lit était confortable et le personnel sympathique.
Les chambres mal isolées, nous étions mon conjoint et moi de passage à Cancun pour aller à l’aéroport et dans la nuit, aux alentours de 5h du matin, une cliente dans le même couloir s’est mise à crier sur son conjoint en tapant à sa porte de chambre, une fois dans sa chambre nous pouvions encore l’entendre crier. Le personnel également se ballade dans les couloirs aux mêmes horaires et peuvent parler fort.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel très cher également, pour un menu Méditerranéen correct mais selon moi, un peu cher pou rien.

I called the resort and they told me I absolutely could bring my service animal and did not say I needed a note from my doctor stating I needed a service animal. In fact they didnt tell me I needed any documentation at all. I cleared my service animal with tsa beforehand and made sure all of his shots were up to date. I went through and back through customs easily. We were refused our room and we were stranded.

Quarto com janelas fixas, o que deixa com cheiro forte e sem ar natural. Ar condicionado muito forte no prédio todo. No quarto era velho e barulhento. Tivemos que pedir para desligar porque vc não consegue fazer isso sozinho. Restaurante de pessima qualidade , a comida parecia ser congelada e os valores inadequados para a qualidade.

Clean rooms, beautiful beach.
The concierge and front desk staff were rude and arrogant. There is on-going construction near the pool that was loud and lasted through the morning to early afternoon everyday of the week. The breakfast was not good and the staff was not kind.

El precio, la comida y las bebidas fueron muy buenas, a la habitación no le hacía falta nada, el check-in fue muy rápido, el agua de cortesía se agradece, las cremas y shampoo huelen delicioso. Las camas son amplias y cómodas. El personal fue muy amable. Las habitaciones son silenciosas.
Que el check out fuera a las 10 am y que nos avisaran para asegurarse de dejar la habitación y la calidad del desayuno no fue buena para el precio. Las instalaciones del hotel pese a que se nota que han estado dando mantenimiento se le nota viejo. Está muy alejado de la zona hotelera y se pierde tiempo en los traslados. El mar estaba muy fuerte en esa zona.

Dette er et fint hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed i den sydlige del af hotellernes boulevarden i zona hotelera. Lækker strand lige udenfor døren. Desværre ingen indkøbsmulighed i nærheden af hotellet og butikken inde i hotellets område havde overprisede varer.
Hotellet var fint, men har brug for en kærlig hånd. Jeg har tidligere boet på andre Westin hoteller, som er af meget højere standard end dette.
Husk at drikkepenge-kultur eksisterer også i Mexico.

Location and beach were excellent. Stunning view and sunrise. Beautiful clean beach. Bus stop right outside. Very good buffet breakfast. Starbucks coffee shop great!
Property still needs a lot of repairs to be 4*. As Marriott Vacation Club owners we have been to a lot of Marriott-owned properties and this one is not to the same level as usual 4*. All room doors need changing and acoustics worked on in the corridors to absorb sound as it is a huge issue. There are no decorations or plants or anything to absorb sound. A la carte breakfast needs to be available from 7am at the restaurants. Wave Rider didn’t operate for whole 7 days we stayed much to the disappointment of our teens. Building 2 or D seemed a little forgotten and disconnected from the rest of the resort.
