Tolle Wohnung mit super Blick

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Blick einfach traumhaft.

Ich hätte mir einen Staubsauger gewünscht, da die Wohnung direkt am Strand ist bringt man Unmengen an Sand mit in die Wohnung und der kleine Besen der zur Verfügung steht kann nichts!

Schönes Appartment, super Lage, super Aussicht, aber nichts für Leute die Ruhe suchen

Lage des Appartments ist super. Vermieter sehr nett und es hat alles unkompliziert funktioniert. Antwortet sehr schnell auf Nachrichten.

Unter dem Appartment ist ein Lokal, welches sehr laut war. Hat uns persönlich gestört, da wir gerne ein bisschen mehr Ruhe genossen hätten.

Exceptional

We had a late flight arrival and we were able to arrange a late check in super easily as well as a late check out on the last day! The apartment we stayed in had an extra bathroom on the back balcony which was a major plus on top of the great facilities included on the website! The location was absolutely amazing, with a balcony looking over the beach and the beach was literally about 10 ft away from the apartment front door.

The apartment is just beautiful! My friends and I stayed there and we loved everything about it, such a comfortable stay and the location is perfect!

Superb

The location was great and we had everything we needed. The terrace facing the beach is great and the one in the back, for drying clothes and towels is a very useful addition. We had the apartment on the upper floor and it was really spacious. The host was very responsive and we were able to collect the keys from a lock box. We rented a car and we were able to park it in the nearby streets at no fees.

Not a total dislike, which could influence the overall review, but the place was a bit dusty at check in (like a thin film of sand) and there was a weird smell from the kitchen area. Maybe it was cleaned a few days in advance and the dust was a consequence of its proximity to the beach. As a recommendation to improve the stay of the next visitors, could be good to have at least a small bar of soap included, to wash hands after the travel and before shopping all is needed for the stay.

Exceptional

Wonderful apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the port. Convenient location right on the beach, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, places for walking around. The apartment is very well equipped, has everything you need and even more! I was pleasantly surprised that even such nice little things as a beach umbrella and toys for the sandbox were thought of, we were happy to complete your collection of toys for future little visitors! Every room has air conditioning, good wi-fi, and even an iron and ironing board - it all made you feel at home, thank you very much, we definitely recommend your apartments for families with children and give you the highest rating!

Perfect winter weekend in Mallorca

We have been there for the second time. The location of the apartment ist just amazing. Beds are comfy. Internet is working well and the apartment is very spacious. Since we came in winter now, we can add that the heating is working well.

Compared to last time some of the kitchen and cleaning stuff were missing. Cooking would have been hard this time.

Superb

The host Manuel is very friendly and helpful. View from the front terrace is fantastic. Location is just between 2 beautiful beaches and you can reach easily from Colonia other interesting places including Palma. Apartment is spacious and well equipped.

The bed is very soft.

Perfect family vacation

The apartment is very spacious and the location is perfect. We found everything we needed to cook. Our kids also loved it - they could go down to the beach by themselves. Supermarkets, restaurants and other shops are just around the corner. Best thing was the beach Es Dolc in 5 minutes walking distance.

Unfortunately after 4 days there was a problem with the washing machine and the sewage system. Even though it was a Sunday someone came over to check it out right away but we had to change apartments.Luckily another apartment in the same building wasn't rented out so we could move directly. It was as nice but way noisier since it was directly next to a pub where people hang out until midnight and the cleaners start working at 6am. So not really calm. Otherwise all was fine.

Exceptional

It was a great vacation and I absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone who is thinking about going to Colonia. Manuel was very king and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was right at the beach and below us was a good restaurant and a souvenir shop. You won’t regret staying here :)

The dishwasher wasn’t cleaning dishes properly - the only problem here

Created many memories and complimented all the other things we did on holiday !

Perfect location …. The balcony served a picture postcard view A super little terrace at the back where you could hang yr washing on the rack If there were more guests ( just the two of us this time ) there’s a toilet and shower just off the terrace for guests by the second bedroom Lovely apartment … I could live there ! Unfortunately it’s booked up for same time next year but lucky for whoever has booked ! See you 2024 ☀️

Too stay for longer and have been able to book for next year !! ☀️

Lovely apartment by the beach

Great location, in the town centre with sea view. Apartment was comfortable and spacious, lovely balcony with view of he beach.

It would have been useful to have a few basics in the kitchen (kitchen cloth, a bit of salt and pepper for example)

lovely apartment!

very spacious modern apartment with everything you need, super comfy bed😁😁

nothing not to like, apartment is located on a little harbour stretch with lots of shops and restaurants outside. We enjoyed the fact it was quite busy (August/Sept) & you could pop downstairs for a cocktail or snack pretty much anytime of day/ night. only slight downside to the town in general is parking gets difficult locally when it’s busy. Manuel is a great host, really helpful & managed to understand all my requests in English, thank you!

Great accomodation, but a bit too many restaurants were closed.

Exceptional

We came to this unit on the very last weekend of the season on Mallorca and had a wonderful time! Even though it was slightly chilly at night, the days were warm enough to walk right out the front door to go to the beach. This would be a dream location for a summer beach vacation. The mini train goes all around the colonia and stops near to the apartment and another beautiful beach - platja des estany. The aquarium within walking distance of the apartment was so fun for our young children. The apartment is spacious, airy, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a grocery store is located within a short walk of the apartment. Great place to make memories!

Fab holiday ,fab place and fab apartment

The location was excellent couldnt of asked for any better,the view from the apartment was fab,especially at night watching the lights of the harbour.

The mosquitos,but that isnt a reflection on the apartment or area we live in Spain and know these are a problem everywhere
