Sin quejas irracionales

La ubicación es muy tranquila y con facilidad de transporte para quien necesite ir a migración, hay lugares para comer muy cerca. La atención muy buena, es justo lo que te imaginas cuando buscas algo modesto, cómodo y tranquilo.

Un poco más de atención en la ropa de cama y para mí es un diez en su relación calidad precio.

Dobré místo na jednu noc

Dostačující místo ke strávení jedné noci. Blízko do centra. Pokud dojede z letiště už za tmy, doporučuji si vzít Uber až přímo tam, okolí je poněkud ošemetné. Milý nápomocný personál, teplá sprcha, pohodlná postel, ventilátor, zásuvka u postele. Atm je vzdálený asi 2 minuty chůze u autobusové stanice.

Ubytování nebylo úplně nejčistější a celkem hlučné. Hluk z chodby, jiných pokojů a zvonku (v noci se zavírá a je třeba zvonit). I přesto ale ideální na první noc v San José.

Cozy but needs some improvements.

Staff were

It wasn't clear that you needed to pay with cash and couldn't pay with card before I booked, which was confusing when I arrived. The facilities were cozy, and the staff were friendly, but there were cockroaches in the room, the toilet did not flush, and the shower was freezing. Overall, this place needs some significant improvements, but I think once those are made, it will be a lovely place to stay.

This pace should be removed from Booking .com .I expect the matter should be investigated.

"Hotel" Coto is the brothel used by local prostitutes .I did not know that at the time of booking. Every time I am in San Jose , Costa Rica I stay in Hotel El Maragato , but they been totally booked at the time of booking. The price was 58 US dollars I paid 60 and they wanted 2 dollars more ., that in colones would over 1..160 colones. Why three women yelling and screaming took from me over 6 thousand colones I really do not know. Place has 90 procent bad reviews.

It was very cheap

It was not clear from the listing that this is mostly a by the hour hotel, which is fine except the door had a very loud buzzer and people were coming in and out all night. The carbon monoxide alarm was dying in the hall and beeping every 20 seconds. The key had been filed down so much it was practically a fake key, the room did not feel secure.cl

The room was tiny and clean...

so so noisy there... a noise coming from a busy street, but somebody still coming in and ring the bell during the night... you can hear every word from next rooms...

Fine if you don't mind slumming it for a short time

The room was dated and very basic and was clearly in need of renovation. It looked as though it was once a prison with bars at the top of the wall.

The staff insisted on inspecting the room before check out. I found this quite a bizarre request given the state of the room and the hotel in general. No explanation was given for this and I did not encounter this in any of the other 7 hotels in which I stayed while visiting Costa Rica.

Hotel without water, awful staff - not recommended

Not much.

The hotel has no water - they won't tell you this when you check in, that after a very long journey there is no water to wash your hands, flush the toilet or take a shower. At 10pm they turned on the water which is rationed. I was barely able to have a shower, and could flush the toilet once during my stay. The bathroom wasn't clean. The attitude of the staff was awful. I asked to be refunded my stay so I could check in to another hotel but was denied. Awful experience after a long journey. The hotel is in a dangerous part of town too - avoid!

- sex Hotel - very very thin walls - cockroaches - toilet not clean - no windows - poor staff service - sketchy neighbourhood - got kicked out at 10:45 because "their clock is not at the same hour than us" Wouldn't recommend at all

They didnt know english but called someone who could answer my questions. That was nice of them.

Worst place I stayed in ever. This is a place people can book by the hour… Neighbourhood felt unsafe. Really thin walls and sounds from other rooms and the road outside was really noisy. Neighbours were banging in the wall and screamed all day and night. Floors were sticky, bed hard and squeaky. Only cold water in the shower. The ad on booking.com wasnt correct about the facilities. For example it said there would be a kettle and wardobe in the room but there wasnt.

Although it was cheap, it is still not worth staying here. This hotel is not meant for tourist.

The neighborhood looks very dangerous. The bathroom has almost no water pressure. Very poor sound proofing. Can hear next room's sexual activity very clearly. I think this is a sex motel. The rooms can be rented out by the hour.

It is a hotel that can be booked by the hour...

It was a friendly 24h reception and we were lucky to have one of the (very narrow!) parking places.

It also was an hour hotel. The rooms seem not to be sealed either. We basically heard the neighboring guests having sex at least 4 times as if they were lying in our bedroom. The beds are two small for two people and the mattress sagging...
