The hotel was located close to an underground station and train station. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was great for a family of 4. All the receptionists we encountered were very friendly and helpful

The hotel was lovely, calm, quiet and clean. The staff were phenomenal particularly Francoise.

Close to Ubahn, cinemas.
Too many steps to get to check-in.

A lovely hotel in a central location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Berlin Zoo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our apartment had air conditioning, which was a big plus. We had an apartment facing the street, so there was some traffic noise, but it was not more than we expected.
The only downside was that the sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable.
