A lovely hotel in a central location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Berlin Zoo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our apartment had air conditioning, which was a big plus. We had an apartment facing the street, so there was some traffic noise, but it was not more than we expected.
The only downside was that the sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Very central location and a lovely hotel. We had a loft apartment as we were two friends travelling to see our favourite band were playing Berlin but wanted to spend a few days in Berlin as well.
This place was right next to the Ku’damn U-bahn station as well as 5-6mons walk to Zoological Garten S-Bahn. Really easy to get anywhere in the city plus it was right next to the biggest shopping street in Berlin.
The hotel was beautiful, the loft apartment was well equipped and clean and service was impeccable from all staff we encountered.
Special mention for the breakfast, worth every penny and there was just so much choice!
Would definitely stay again.
The loft was fabulous but it would be weird for 2 couples to stay in as it’s a mezzanine style and the upper sleeping area is open in a balcony style over the lower sofa bed sleeping area so every sound can be heard.
Unfortunately my friend is a snorer so I wore ear plugs but it might be worth looking at putting in noise dampening curtains that can be pulled across the balcony in order to make it properly separate spaces.
