The room wasn't clean other than beds were made. Mattresses were old & springy.
Ice maker was broken. Hair in bathrooms and shower. Trash behind the door. Glass sliding doors were very old & difficult to open.

Sheets were dirty and had holes in them, moved rooms sheets were dirty & had holes in them again. The place is extremely run down. Pools were dirty. Luckily they refunded me so we stayed elsewhere. I would avoid this place at all costs. Girls on the desk were apologetic but the standards in this place are horrendous. The cleaners should be sacked. It's like a Kennel not a hotel

Wasn't very thrilled with the motel once we arrived. Actual place nothing compared to online photos. Grounds were unkept. Pool and hot tub were dirty, hot tub didn't work. Room smelled musky and couldn't see ocean. Requested room change and they accommodated. Second room was better. No elevator, uneven halls and corridors, I fell stepping up the steps and badly bruised my arm.

I will never stay at a Wyndham property again! Smelled like weed the whole time, phone didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work. Hot tub was broke and moldy. Pool was dirty and not heated. Never got any toilet paper, bought my own! Dirty sheets with sand in the bed on our first night. Called twice to get our room cleaned. Left a day early and deserve a refund but I’ll never get it, just like I didn’t get it from mobile 2yrs ago when we immediately left that Wyndham crack motel!!

This place only cost me $79 and I was there for only one night so I can’t complain too much… This place is in dire need of a remodel as well as some cleanliness. The toilet paper holder did not have the roller so the TP was sitting on a shelf. The roll only had a little left and there was no backup. I had to go to front desk to get more. The coffee pot had a used coffee pod inside from a previous guest. There were no coffee cups, had to go to front desk to get some. The towels were thread bare and very small. Mold in the bathroom. This was not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, but it was definitely in the top three…

It started out bad. I had to go to another hotel to check in. No directions to the room were given. The room smelled like mold. The electric outlets were above the bed and were impossible to stay plugged in. The floor was so nasty that I had to lay towels down all over the room and tried to avoid walking on the floor. The hotel looked like it had been hit by a hurricane and they are only trying to make a minimum profit. It was discusting to stay at. I was actually worried about bedbugs. I didn't sleep any.

We waited until the time that we were told was check in which was 4pm cst. And got there at 4:40pm and were told that our room was not cleaned, there were no longer housekeepers there for the day, and there were no other available rooms. The receptuonist managed to get us a room at another property however that property(Beachcomber) had no hot water.

This hotel made me sick. It began with sneezing, then puffy and burning eyes and headache. I didn’t sleep well.
The hot water in the kitchen sink never heated up, burners on the stove didn’t work, the hot tub was inoperable, never could get the tv to work. These problems occurred after hours when the desk clerk was off duty so there was no one to contact. Since I was gone during much of the day, I wasn’t able to contact someone then either.

Booked a room for 2days. At check-in they said they didn't have a room available due to it not being clean, along with other rooms not clean. Receptionist said she had to turn away several guest due to this issue. On top of this is was storming. As a local housekeeper this was very disappointing.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! It’s filthy and outdated and gross. No elevator and no one to help. Spend a little extra and go anywhere else. Also not safe. No lights. Had to use our phone flashlights. Also the battery to the door lock died and had to wait to get into our room to get our stuff at checkout. The keys don’t work!! (And we were blamed for it…must have been too close to our phone or we weren’t doing it right. Horrible experience. REPEAT WITH URENCY…DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Check in ends at midnight but lobby is closed from 11pm until 7 am. So if you need anything, you can't get anyone and noone is there. Phone in room didn't work, sliding door was hard to open, mold in bathroom. View was great.

When we arrived, we were met by a nice young lady. She sent us to our room snd when we opened the door, the room was nothing like the pictures on the website. The floor was disgusting. You couldn’t shut the bathroom door or even open it the entire way bc the sink was in the way. When we walked to the living area, the couch had rips and tears in it and we couldn’t get the slider open at all. The free breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, and bengals, bananas, packaged cereal, milk and coffee. The pictures of the rooms and property were very deceiving. Will NEVER stay there again.

This place was filthy. Linens and towels were dirty, matress had what looked like mold. Everything was rusty. The complimentary soaps they had in the bathroom had been used and were sandy. Blood on the side of the bathtub and hair all over the floor. I can not say enough bad things about this place. The only appealing thing about this place was the fact that it was beachfront. The quality of this place for the price was ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE.

it was in really bad shape, the rooms were not very nice, looks like they haven't been updated in 30 years. The motel is being remodeled. The area that is being remodeled is not blocked off and invites danger. The bathrooms are really small and the toilets are very tiny. The doors to the room do not close well. The hot tub did not work. The front desk was not attended for extended periods of time. The breakfast was next to nothing and no coffee... DO not take your kids of family here....

this was the dirtiest disgusting place i have ever booked, i left within 30 miniutes of my stay, rust all over the lamp shades, huge nasty stains in carpet, glass door to balcony would not open, but we left when we saw the mouse running around. however, the manager i spoke with sat morning was awesome, she refunded my money for friday night and made sure i wasnt charged for sat. i would not recommend this place to anyone, and if you have children, stay away .

The desk clerk seemed annoyed with all the motorcyclists. The room was duscusting!! The door to get in look and seems as though it had been busted in not to mention it didnt lock!! I barely got sleep because i was afraid someone would come in our room! The couch in the room was literally falling apart. Our feet were black from walking on the filthy capret! They kept the rrom garbage at the bottom of the steps just outside our room so we could smell rotting food in our room! The kitchenette didnt have silverware, washcloths or dish soap. Definitely couldnt cook a meal for a family let alone for two people with what was there. Absolutely needs to be shut down intil many many items are fixed! I would add pictures but for some reason it wont let me

You get what you pay for….This place needs renovated and need to step up their cleaning process. We found trash in the hideaway bed, clothing tags from a store we didn’t go to under the bed. My sons feet were black from walking around the room in the evening. Our phone didn’t work, the air conditioner in the main room didn’t work and all staff said was “sorry.” There were 2 nights of the police being called due to disruptive behavior. The owner of this property needs to invest and stop using it as a cash cow. It’s a great location, beachfront, lots to do within walking distance, but brown stained mattresses with the springs coming through just make your stay exceptionally uncomfortable and you just feel dirty. Not something anyone should experience on vacation, just unacceptable.

The unit 209 needs some love. I had to screw on the tub spout before using. The tub is peeling. The kitchenet had broken or non existent cooking/eating utensils, there was no soap or kitchen towel.
The weekend staff needs a lot of training in customer relations. You do not book a bunch of college students on the top two/ three floors and leave your older guests to stay in the lower floors where the kids are outside until 4am. And the ownership needs to have supplies on hand for housekeeping and front desk! The breakfast provided was sad and there was no juice.

The hot tub was not hot. Maintenance needs to pick up all the dead tree branches and trim branches impeding the walk ways. The Trash does not belong at the bottom of the set of steps in the front of the hotel. There is a corner on the right side of the property that is much better suited for trash holding for pick up.

We were in a suite, only 2 electrical outlets worked. So charging phones and using any medical devices was very challenging.
Door card reader didn't function very well. Went thru a number of key cards during stay. Carpet was very dirty and sticky.
Very hazardous area at bottom of stairs in location of our room, water leaking from ice machine settles right in front of stairs causing very slippery painted concrete. Also tv in room was cracked in two places, had fizzy picture. Front desk was too bring replacement , they never did.
Just overall very unhappy with stay.
Pictures on website were very misleading.
With traveling with my elderly disabled mother this was a very challenging stay, they had no options. Or so we were told

The bathroom sink leaked from pipes underneath. Tub did not drain properly. The balcony door was extremely hard to open. Large hole in the wall covered by an oddly placed picture. Main door frame looked as if it had been kicked in before. Room next to ours had been kicked in and was still standing open with door frame splintered. Stairs were very unsafe, bottom stepped was slanted causing me to fall and twist my ankle badly. Weird set up. Our 2nd floor room was one floor down.?. No elevators.

This place is an absolute dump. There was what looked like blood on the wall. I spoke with 3 front desk people, ive never encountered such rudeness and unhelpfulness. We were a family with 2 rooms booked together, they put us on different floors at opposite ends of the building. There were piles of trash left sitting at the bottom of stairwells. I went and bought toliet paper, towels, and bedding rather than asking them for anything else. Soooo rude. Also, Ramada attempted to charge my credit card 4 times thruout the week for different amounts after i had paid in full.
