Sketcy on communication had to call to get entrances at 5:00 it says they will send you details 1hr before check in but I didn't get anything amd had to phone for room info. Other than that the room was very nice and the licaton was perfect for our stay.

Hotel has 24 x 7 reception desk. Rang ahead due to message that was confusing.
Otherwise great kitchen, fridge, bed, balcony, washing machine and dryer.

Lovely, Clean, Quiet, Cozy 2 Queen Bed Bedrooms 2 Baths (one with a tub and one ensuite with a glass enclosed shower) as advertised. Fully equipped; dishes, utensils, pots & pans, cutting board, knife block with scissors, cloth plate mats, oven mits, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, stove, oven and apartment size fridge/freezer. Coffee, coffee mate (powdered creamer), salt & pepper and sugar. Lots of towels, linens and toilet paper (bring your own paper towels and condiments). Shampoo, conditioner, hand and dish soap provided. Dishwasher with dishwasher pods provided. Comfortable beds and pillows with luscious duvets and a comfy couch that also pulls out into another Queen Bed. Roku TV and High Speed WiFi. Small Balcony with view of the CN tower and Ripley's Aquarium right across the street! Arrange to pay for underground parking with the host prior to check-in. You can pull in off of Front St. W. just west of the building and drive to the back and turn right to check-in. There is a small short term "unloading only" stopping area there, until you get access to the underground parking during check-in at the Concierge in the lobby (front desk), if pre-arranged with the host before check-in. Otherwise, there is a parking lot next door with in/out priviledges but it will cost you double. Fob with unit door key is required to operate the elevator. Host is very responsive.

Great place for a reasonable price

This is a scam. Do not book. You show up and there’s no reception. You are asked to pay via Whatsapp, huge red flag. You try calling customer service and they treat you like absolute crap, speaking another language and hanging up on you + lying to your face.

Had a greatbstay here. Communication was fast and friendly. So close to everything. Apartment was bright and clean. Will definitely book again the next time I'm in Toronto.

Check in was a mess. Conflicting information from Expedia and the host AND a very annoyed and unhelpful person on the front desk meant that it took an hour to check in.
Unit was clean and had all the amenities listed BUT: cigarette burns in the furniture and on the carpet, there was an oven but no pan to use with it, a dishwasher but no detergent, we were only given two towels (luckily a third was in the closet!) and the TV wouldn’t connect. I tried to contact the host for help but they never got back to us. Each morning we were woken by fire alarm tests, and on our checkout day there was no water. The only good thing about this stay was the location.

We booked and paid for this hotel stay months before our trip, but in the weeks before our arrival in TO, I was approached multiple times to pay again. Hotels.com staff intervened. The hotel turned out to be an unserviced condo and the unit was in need of repair and a decent clean. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. At least you'll avoid the cigarette burns in the carpet and in the furniture, an HVAC sytem that didn’t work, and a TV whose function appeared to be entirely decorative.

Internet didn’t work, TV didn’t work, room temp is 21c fixed can’t adjust

Nice area everything waa close together and easy to get to.

We liked the location. The unit was ok. It was clean but neither of the shower heads worked very well, the glass doors to enclose the 2nd bedroom were off the tracks so couldn’t be used. The plastics planets for the blinds were broken and missing so when you shut them there were holes and the check in people were not very helpful.

Not hot water, carpets were dirty . Nice area around

The unit was quite cute and it's convenient to have a kitchen. The tv didn't work and there were stains in the carpet. Not as clean as I would have liked it. They require you to pay your total plus $300 deposit before your stay, even if you selected to pay at check-in through Expedia. It is all online and they require a lot of personal information, in my opinion. To call, the number was to a Liquorade, which was concerning. I was nervous about it. Security was OK, I wouldn't say friendly. The building is close to the aquarium and about a 15 minute walk from Union. Overall, I wouldn't book here again.

Communication before hand was poor. Information was sent to “what’s app” when I don’t use it for communication. Previous contact was thru email. Room wad stains on the rug an burns in couch. No tv that worked

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Biggest scam. Asked me to pay $1600 extra even though I already paid in full. Tried to contact serval times, phone number provided didn’t work. Expedia attempted to contact serval times and number did not work. Never provided with check in information so we were unable to access the apartment. Ended up having to find other accommodation because we could not make contact with this accommodation at all. Do not book!!!!

Property was great. Communication with property was not clear, efficient or easy.

Parking became a concern. Communication regarding parking was incomplete/inaccurate.

Apartment was generally claen and inviting. We did however discover a bottle of medication below the bed. Location was great for CN Tower and Rogers Centre and a short distance to Union station. Communication before check in was terrible. No response to a number of enails or calls.

The view was beautiful, would love to come back.

The Worst communication ever. They only contacted me repeated for pre-payment when they advertised on expedia that no pre-payment is needed. After I made payment they ghosted me. I received messaged from 3 different numbers and after pleading to give me access to the room for which I had already paid for they finally gave me access 1 1/2 hours late. I was almost left stranded. Never book with RS boutique. you run the risk of them stealing your money . Also the contact number is dead and goes to a dummy line. It is almost like a foreign country scammer. They need to improve communication. It is a crime for expedia to let them advertise on their site!!!

Pros: The property was in the perfect location to enjoy downtown Toronto. The property was clean and had most of the ammenties we needed.
Cons: It was not equipped with enough towels/washclothes. 1 washcloth and 2 large towels, no hand towels for 2 people for 2 nights.

The check-in was delayed because my information hadnt been sent to the front desk reception. Then the room has one towel set. Internet DOESNT WORK and no one to fix it. Had to go outside to the lical starbucks to connect with people online.
Nice looking unit if you want to leave society.

Loved the property. Frustrating check in procedures.

Excellent location. Transportation is close by. Area attractions/ entertainment are within walking distance. Lots of restaurants around. Grocery options are close as well as LCBO. Very comfortable place to stay

The property itself is great. Walk to everything! The check in experience is terrible. Zero communication. I sent several messages through Expedia and called several times and no one responds. But once I got there and was given a number to call it worked out in about 15 minutes. After that it went great! I would never stay here if you are arriving late at night you won't get any help.

Parking entrance puts you at ease to park and find concierge. (Opposite side of Starbucks)
Very nice underground parking, elevators and room were easy to find. Nice building. Nice room!

Awesome location. Communication to enter the space was a but difficult as my email instructions to gain access were not sent over initially. Additionally the space did not have any wash cloths. Otherwise the unit was clean and safe.

The location was excellent. 5 minute walk to Roger Centre. We were going to two Blue Jays games. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and the use of the gym

I stayed here last week and had a great room and a pleasant experience. Today is quite different. I requested early check in, was charged for early check in, but did not receive info to check in until 4pm. I waited for 2 hours. I never received the check in email, but i got a text at 4 pm. I understand, sometimes you can’t get early checkin, but then you should not be charged. My room doesn’t have wash cloths or hand towels. I’ve been texting at the number I was told to text to get these items, but no response.
The bedroom blinds are broken/askew, so I can’t close them fully. As a result, I cannot turn on a bedroom light and still maintain privacy.
All this would be tolerable if the owner would simply text me and apologize and tell me they’re out of town and cleaning crew is gone.Something. But no response at all is just irresponsible. I looked in closets, drawers, etc., and found 1 washcloth in the dryer.
Really disappointing.

Just spectacular! The view, the convenience, the friendliness. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Was booked by office team. Was unaware this was not a hotel. It’s an apartment in a building. Front “desk” aka doorman wasn’t very aware of what to do. And minimal info on how to access the building. Inside was nice, but would prefer a proper hotel. Lifts are very slow.

The lodging itself was overall "good" and was very clean. The check-in was a bit unpleasant as the information received by email and the information the front desk had and (finally) the actual way to check in was quite distorted. As a result, we sat for hours waiting, then had to wait more until it was finally figured out (room is unlocked, key is inside!)...and even though it was a later check-in the room was still getting cleaned and laundry left in dryer. I happily folded and put these away. There was no information left for guests, so it was a good thing that the cleaner was still there to give us guidance. Attention to details were lacking for our unit, also, such as the bulb was too big for half the vanity light fixture in the bathroom, the light in shower did not work, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked in dust and did not work. The bed just had a fitted sheet and comforter (so I remade with top sheet), kitchen utensils are subpar quality & bare minimum, no coffee or essentials provided for week stay (except bag of sugar and filters), there was no hand soap, a lamp in living room is much needed plus an available outlet, the TV looks to be going out (fades to weird coloring often), and washing machine smelled heavy of mildew. It did look & feel clean overall.

What I didn’t like was the fact that our key was in a lock box on a random wooden bench across the st. Hard to find. And also kind of sketchy for the nice place you’re staying in! It’s too nice to recieve your key that way
