Location was excellent. We were there to support a friend running in the marathon.
There were electric sockets on only one side of the bed meaning it was impossible for both sides of the bed to charge electrical equipment.
The shower door was broken.
The plug in the sink was broken.
The TV channels were extremely limited and did not even include a free to air news channel.
There was no coffee machine.

Breakfast was in the VIP lounge but the standard breakfast room had so much more to offer so we felt a little disappointed and most of the food was just warm and starting to get over cooked. The bed in the room was really comfortable but i believe the receptionist said it was a superior king room LOL no it was just a standard room with use of the vip breakfast lounge

bed wasn’t very comfortable and was on wheels so moved whenever you sit on it. was a very basic room. my partner was coming a little later due to work, they asked me to sign a form for another card but called the room anyway which seemed a little strange

Zentrale Lage. U-Bahnstation Tower Hill in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten maximal 30min Fahrt bzw. zu Tower Bridge, Tower London zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Aussicht von der Dachterrasse im 12 Stock!!!!
Geldwechseln ist nicht notwendig weil alles mit Debit bzw Kreditkarte zahlbar ist. Genial....

The staff were always helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms are kept clean and tidy although they may not get done until later in the afternoon. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide choice available and very pleasant staff ready to help.
We left towels hanging up as there is a sign saying they then won’t be changed. They were changed daily regardless. Perhaps new staff.

Great location and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked the Hilton Honours lounge, perfect quiet place to plan the day.

Small rooms, outdated. Was told I’d been upgraded to executive suite, was small - tv didn’t work.

The location of the hotel was convenient. Apart from that the ambience of the rooftop bar was magnificent.
The team member at the front desk during check-in was lacking courtesy. No greetings, no smile, no enthusiasm.
On the 2nd night called to order a dessert at 9:49pm which is 11 minutes before kitchen closing time advertised in the room for the guests, however, I was informed by the staff in the room service that their kitchen closes at 9:50pm (10 mins before advertised time, which was shocking!) and I could look to order desserts from a “food delivery app”!
I was promised at the time of checkout that this issue will be taken up, and I hope it was.
Apart from the gentleman who I think was the chief concierge (he was doing a great job), the whole essence of hospitality was missing from the team at this hotel.

Told guest relations she didn’t care just said that’s what you get if you book with booking.com and not Hilton honors :( very un interested patronising and didn’t show any care - breakfast was very empty all areas of food- nothing like last time

Schlecht geschultes Personal beim Check-In/Schimmel
Habe gedacht ein Double Tree/Hilton unterscheidet sich stark von einer Übernachtung bei z.B. Travelodge. Da ist aber wenig Unterschied. Und einen so katastrophalen Check-in wie beim Double Tree habe ich bislang bei keiner Hotelkette erlebt, selbst nicht bei Low cost. Have zwei Mal hin und her laufen müssen da das Personal es nicht hinbekam mir die richtige Schlüsselkarte zu geben bzw. diese ordentlich zu programmieren. Wenn man spät in der Nacht ankommt ist das sehr nervig.
Außerdem gab es Schimmel im Bad an der Decke (Foto). Habe mehr von einem Hilton erwartet

Gesamtes Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekt organisierte Kofferaufbewahrung. Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt was nach einem Theater/Musical/Konzertbesuch sehr angenehm ist!
Leckeres Frühstück, Teekocher und Bademäntel im Zimmer, ...wir kommen wieder:)!
Keine Erklärung wie der Lift funktioniert! Wie kommt man in die Skybar am Dach wenn der Lift nur in dem Stockwerk des eigenen Zimmers hält??

Advised to come back after dropping bags at hotel for 2-3pm to check in. Arrived back at 14:40pm & told room was not ready and didn’t end up getting room until 4pm. Poor service

Bom pequeno almoço, muito variado, vale a pena incluir no preço da reserva. Excelente localização, perto de estação de metro e locais de interesse turístico. Quartos confortáveis.
Funcionamento da receção. Éramos um grupo com vários quartos reservados numa só reserva, o que gerou muita confusão e demora no check in, pagamentos e distribuição dos quartos. No entanto, o gerente procurou intervir e solucionar o problema.

Lo mejor del hotel era la ubicación. El desayuno y el personal que lo atendía estuvo bien aunque caro para lo que era
Al llegar ( de madrugada) la persona de recepción no nos quería dar las habitaciones porque era una reserva hecha desde una cuenta de Booking a favor de otras personas ( y asi estaba especificado). La persona en concreto llegó a alzar la voz y tratarnos de forma maleducada. De las dos habitaciones que reservamos, una estaba bien pero la otra era lamentable ( sin espacio de armario y una ducha que dejaba mucho que desear).
Pedimos servicio de habitaciones, y nos dieron de mala manera una caja con una pizza sin cubiertos, servilletas, unos vasos.... lo mínimo para poder cenar.
