Never again will I stay at this property or any other Fairfield in.

The staff. Besides that !? Nothing !!!! Absolutely nothing !!

No water pressure in the shower. Beds are hard. Pool water was freezing and dirty. Just overall the hotel is horrible.

Disappointed

Friendly helpful staff, nice complimentary breakfast

poor water pressure in shower, odor in closet, only 2 clothes hangers for two people, only one chair in room, no iron in closet upon arrival (first replacement did not heat up, second replacement was functional), too much noise in Lobby on Saturday night (room was too close to Lobby), wanted a suite but none were available. In our opinion, not a good value at $219/night (price including tax) for a three night stay

Very pleased with it

The front desk staff was amazingly nice and accommodating. They provided bikes for the beautiful trail, great breakfast, great salt pool, great rooms.

That i didn't stay longer.

Staff, Location, Decor

Bed Mattresses are the ABSOLUTE WORSE. 2nd Time at a Fairfield Inn and NEVER again. Beds kill my back after a couple of hours of trying to get comfortable, I can barely get out of the bed without SEVERE PAIN due to the hard, Springy, Cheap Mattresses.

The room was modern and clean and the staff was so kind!

Breakfast wasn't super great but not horrible. We were close to the ice machine which was quite loud.

Location and the young man at the front desk were perks. No housekeeping was a huge issue for me.

I was there by 7:30 four days in a row and it was basically gone. I was never able to get anything except a bagel or yogurt the eggs were gone

No housekeeping. 3 towels for a 4 night stay. Had to take out my own garbage from room. The air unit is also extremely noisy even with the bathroom door shut

Comfy hideout for a quick trip

The location was lovely. The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was helpful.

Breakfast could have had a few more options. There wasn't a room service option that I saw, which would have been nice.

Amazing experience. Hotel exactly as it gave. Even had outside seating for gatherings with gas grill

Breakfast was great. Definitely the coffee is amazing. Our worker was incredible. Gave us great advice for all things that we did today. All customers around us early in the morning were amazing. All walks of life.

It was all great. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was decent. Would have liked to see some fresh fruit offered. Water was very refreshing after exploring all day.

they had a washing machine and the bed was comfortable

I hate using disposable plates and cutlery. there was no kettle or tea or milk in the room. There were no cafes or restaurants within walking distance

very nice but the pool wasn’t heated. very cold for an indoor pool and we were told it was heated

No pool open but lied to by booking.com

Clean floors, bedroom and lobby area.

They lied about the pool being open and I didn't appreciate the lies. They claim the booking company lied but it's gonna cost you customers.

It was quiet in our room. Sleep came easy. Drapes drawn kept out light. Quiet also because building is away from road and has a couple small lakes on one side. Bathroom was big and roomy...shower was too...had a good shelf in it to hold soaps and shampoos and the like. Also all was clean and welcoming. Wonderful breakfast and coffee... you will be well taken care of by Miss Gail...she is a true gem. The staff are great and a good team. They addressed well the fact I left a favorite sweater behind...the day warmed nicely and forgot need for sweater. I called the hotel and they found it and will be returned to me...thankfully. I definitely recommend and will stay there again when venturing that area in the future.
