Super Lage in SFO

Super Lage - direkt ums Eck der bekannte Cable Car Turnaround, 5 min vom Union Square Zimmer war schön eingerichtet - tolle Betten und sehr sauber Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Loved it and would definitely come again!!

Breakfast was great. Staff were amazing. Really cool hotel.

We had an issue on check in regarding the hotel needing to keep a card on file. It declined so now my bank blocked the card as they said there was an attempt to take $840 USD on it. I called the hotel and they were very helpful, just hope I can get this resolved.

Waste of money

I tried to contact them over booking.com after weather delayed our arrival by 3 days. I was only answered by robot, and when I finally arrived they told me they had cancelled my booking after I didn't show up (even though I did message them that weather had delayed our train) so not only did I lose what I paid for 4 nights but I had to pay an additional 1 night so I had a place to stay. Terrible policy and communication.

A great value

The room is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The livingroom is cozy.

At checkin, it gave an option of higher floor with view. At the room, there is no view but the parking lot building outside the window.

The staff made my vacation! Especially props to jeffie! She was always ready to help out when needed

The staff was amazing. A specific thank you to Jeffie,aureilia(the one with the awesome cow tattoo on her arm),julian and Oscar!. They made my vacation!

That i couldnt stay any longer.... i had to fly back sadly. Oh and spotify in the room would be nice. Just to play music on spotify and not on youtube. It saves the stayer alot of effort and doesnt make a change for noise?

Schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal.

Super schöne Ausstattung und Sauber. Tolle Bar Lounge und gutes Frühstück.Das Personal und die Security war sehr nett.

Die Lager ist zwar super zentral aber grenzt direkt a Tenderloin. Am besten man nimmt ein Über oder Taxi vom Hotel weg.

Our stay was the most coziest and coolest place ever.

Jeffie was amazing!! She took care of us the entire trip & she was an amazing bartender. It took a while to get in contact with you guys regarding the birthday decorations for the room, but y’all made it happen and it was very heartwarming.

Hotel muito bem localizado e equipe de funcionários super atenciosa! O quarto é pequeno, ideal pra max um casal, mas é todo tech e controlado por um tablet. Café da manhã super gostoso também

It was good stay. Close to the place of Photonic West 2024 that I was attending.

Breakfast was good.

The choice of food in the evening was limited. Great vegetarian choices, but a bit of lack for other options.

Un hotel in cui vorrai ritornare

Struttura molto bella e moderna, posizione ottima. Camere pulite e una bellissima area comune in cui interagire e socializzare. Ma la cosa in assoluto migliore di questa struttura è lo staff. Davvero un’eccellenza nel servizio al cliente. Raramente ho trovato uno staff di cosí alto livello.

Perfecta opción de alojamiento en San Francisco

Es uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos conocido en nuestro viaje a por USA. En primer lugar, el personal que nos ha atendido en todo momento ha sido maravilloso, siempre atento y amable. La habitación donde estuvimos no era muy grande, pero la ventana tenía unas vistas fabulosas y el espacio está muy bien aprovechado con un diseño y tecnología muy moderna que merece la pena conocer. La ubicación es inmejorable para moverte por la ciudad y todo el proceso de check in y check out fue muy sencillo. Merece la pena conocer este alojamiento, tanto por su diseño y calidad/precio, así como el buen ambiente que hay en el hotel (en parte gracias a su staff). Todo ha hecho que si volvemos a SF...volveremos al Citizen.

I will be back!

I am becoming a big fan of citizenM hotels, and this is going to me my new go-to hotel for San Francisco. The rooms are small but extremely efficient and spotlessly clean. The bed and shower are great. The fitness center and breakfast were both above average.

Je recommande cet hôtel et je testerai d'autres M lors des mes prochains voyages sans hésiter.

J'ai adoré la déco de la chambre. Le lit est incroyable. La fenêtre qui offre un tableau sur la ville. Et la possibilité de personnaliser entièrement la lumière de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Ça ajoute un côté cocon très agréable.

Very cool hotel with great lobby and bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and innovative. Location is ideal, nearby parking and areas felt safe.

Definitely well kept hotel

I had never been in a smart room before it was pretty awesome and it was a good location close to the cable, car, trolleys and buses also, the staff was really nice we were checking out of a not so good hotel, and they were very welcoming to us.

Exceptional service that accomadates to my neeeds when requested

Room had almost everything I needed. There was an iPad to control the lights, television, music, temperature and curtains and was an interesting and fun addition. The staff also allowed me to store my baggage after my check-out to get my lunch and come back to then set off afterwards.

Cool, comfortable and safe.

I loved everything. The hotel is super unique and cool. I felt super safe as a solo female traveller. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was so comfortable. Loved the lighting.

Definitely will come back

Truly one of the best hotels in financial district. It has all of ghe amenities for solo/couple stay, great bar and lobby space. The staff is incredibly nice.

Not a bad thing, but more of a note that the rooms are great for no more than 2 people hanging out at once.
