Service level from the staffs can be more consistent.

Clean and comfortable, enough space to open up 2 large luggages. The temperature from the rain shower is easy to adjust. TV channels include HBO, which kept me entertained. Blackout curtains. Special call out to Albert who is friendly and offered advice on where to avoid, directed us to eateries and so on.

We were checked in by a straight face room manager. Quoted 2 nights instead of the 4 nights I was booked for. Didn’t double confirm my email address and needless to say, he got the address incorrectly, and I had to correct it with another staff member. Collected 400 for incidentals (probably because I stayed 4 nights). Valet parking is available at 85 for oversized vehicles. Feather pillow is too soft and we ask for another type which they sent over. Toilet is bright (though it has an auto off but not censor triggered ~ you have to switch it on when you go in again). The room is next to an elevator and is noisy. Asked for a replacement room and it was promptly exchanged.

Propre, moderne, a pied du centre commerçant

Le pdj est un peut cher et le service est « bizarre » on commande au comptoir certains article sont a venir cherd’autre sont servi a table… mais la qualité est bonne. Le quartier peut aussi choquer, pas mal de sans habits qui rodent, pas toujours rassurant… Pas de parking mais parking publique sure à proximité (- de 5 mn a pied) et valet parking disponible mais le tout rst en supplément.

Beautiful hotel. Great value. Would stay there again.

I was offered the o. The option to upgrade to a suite on a high floor for minimal cost. The suite was large, separate living room, dressing area and 3 closets! The Redwood Bar is a must!

Food options are limited but there's plenty in the area.

Excellent Hotel in a Central Location

Location in Central San Fran was perfect. Staff were excellent. Rooms were adequately sized, clean and comfortable. Main bar was a nice area to spend the evening.

Comforable space

The room is lovely. Beautiful, large comfortable bed. The bathroom is well equipped, large space and shower. The water pressure was very low and took a long time to warm up.

I didn't like the pressure from staff to upgrade.

It was great! The bed and linens were wonderful, the suite was spacious and the view was FAB!

When we were underwhelmed by our first room we were offered a 'holiday special' upgrade from our executive King to a one bedroom suite for $50. It was TOTALLY worth it! The view from our original room was just meh. The suite was on the 13th floor and the view was fabulous!

I had breakfast alone at Fredrick's (their restaurant) our first morning at the hotel and I was horrified to pay $44 (inc. tax + tip) for one of the worst breakfasts I've ever eaten!! Terrible scrambled eggs, flavorless potatoes, fatty/undercooked bacon and a latte. The staff was lovely, but I wouldn't spend a dime in this restaurant (at least for breakfast) if you can avoid it.

Great stay in the heart of San Fransisco

Great hotel. Room was clean, spacious, modern, comfortable. It was in a great central location and had a wonderful bar/restaurant. It was also great value for money compared to many others in the area.

Zentrale Lage, alles in Ordnung

Die Lage war sehr gut. Frühstück war üblich in Kalifornien nicht in die Kirchen. Zugehörige Frühstücksrestaurant war sehr gut, wenn auch etwas teuer.

Wir mussten unser Zimmer wechseln und haben Upgrade in Anspruch genommen, weil das überschwänglich gebuchte Standard Zimmer sehr abgenutzt war und nach kaltem Rauch roch.

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor San Francisco!

Locatie is mooi centraal, goed verzorgde kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Hebben op verzoek een rustige kamer aangeboden, wat ook zo bleek te zijn, heel fijn!

In de buurt van de locatie regelmatig daklozen gezien, al is dit natuurlijk eerder een probleem van de stad. Overigens geen last van gehad. In de badkamer was alleen een vaste douchekop, maar ook een flexibele was handiger geweest.

Great hotel for a getaway

Staff were very friendly and super accommodating. Nicest hotel staff we've experienced in a while. Bar was relaxing and classy atmosphere. Bed was comfortable. Good location, 3 blocks to heart of Union Square and also to BART and streetcar. Restaurants within walking distance.

'Small' king room is small, but we knew that going in and was cozy for the 2 of us. A little noisy, but what hotel isn't?

Hotel moderno y bien ubicado

la decoración muy moderna, el ambiente muy agradable. La ubicación cerca de Union Square muy buena. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un early check in.

no hay servicios de ningún tipo y no hay limpieza en las habitaciones por el problema Covid. También reservamos un transporte privado al aeropuerto, luego cambiamos el horario y pedimos que avisaran al chofer, pero no le avisaron y nos hizo sentir mal por hacer venir al chofer mas temprano que el horario convenido.

La ubicación, el lobby y su fachada

El closet era grande pero solo tenía para colgar sin estanterías por lo cual no había dónde dejar la ropa. El baño tampoco tenía estantería para dejar las cosas fe tocador. No daban pantuflas ni gorra de baño. El desayuno era caro.
