Room was very spacious with an ocean view balcony.
Only negative was the restaurant reservation system. It was hard to make any kind of dinner reservation online, and we had to go to each restaurant in perdon to make a reservation.

As instalações do hotel são magníficas. As roupas de cama, quarto e restaurantes são ótimos. A variedade do cardápio principalmente no restaurante Vela é para se exaltar e sem falar do ótimo atendimento do Bartolo, garçom deste restaurante, ele é de mais !!!!
A reposição de itens e limpeza nos quartos deixaram em alguns momentos a desejar mas nada que invalide a estadia. Creio que pelo fato de ser um resort enorme All inclusive, os funcionários ficam muito sobrecarregados e em alguns momentos notei um certo “estresse” e grosseria por parte deles.

The whole place was nice and had ample areas for sunbathing, lounging and swimming. They have an adult only area which is a bonus if you want some time away from children. Bus stop to explore was directly outside the hotel on the main road. Five minute walk from the hotel lobby. The hotel has a coffee shop which was one of our favourite places to visit.
The room service was shocking in the sense for the first ten days they missed our room every single day and had to get reception to arrange for them to come back after we returned to our room after a day out. This was also the same for the bar refill in the room. On days they were actually on our floor but skipped our room, it got beyond a joke in the end and tiring when you then have to wait for your room to be changed and for fresh towels.

La playa, la ubicación y la comidas saben muy bien
Podria enumerar 10 o más pero tratare de ser breve:
Tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos en recepción para poder hacer el check in, había 9 familias o más en la misma situacion. Cuando fue el check in no recibimos la hospitalidad ni la amabilidad que hubieramos querido no nos explicaron cuantos restaurantes tiene el hotel, como habia que reservar para la cena, la ubicacion de los restaurantes, cero informacion.
Al llegar al restaurante Flama Steak a la hora de nuestra reservacion tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos para que nos pasaran a una mesa y 39 minutos mas para empezar a comer.
Ese mismo día en las televisiones del lobby pasaron la final del futbol mexicano que algunos huespedes estabamos viendo y al medio tiempo se instaló un Dj con musica a todo volumen haciendo que el segundo tiempo mejor lo fueramos a ver a otro lado.
El personal hace distinciones entre mexicanos y extranjeros, para poder ofrecer un servicio.
Mala calidad del internet nunca llegó el Wifi a la. Habitacion.
Se les marcó en un par de ocasiones para que rellenaran el refrigerador con agua y refrescos y nunca fueron.
Y asi podria enumerar mas malas experiencias, no vale la relacion calidad, precio, no volvería. .

Absolutely nothing was good.
Don’t get fooled by the “Excellent” reviews on Booking. The hotel isn’t excellent, it is actually BAD. The property is ugly, doesn’t look new despite the fact it is fairly new (2021). The rooms are ok- VERY basic and narrow. Also, rooms get very noisy at night. The pools are cold, but the kids little water park is freezing!!! Also, in the kids pool area, there is a huge bucket that fills up with water, and then it dumps all the water from high above into the pool on the kids, how is this safe for little ones? It looks dangerous and painful, no wonder why it was empty all the time. The food is bad, just like all inclusive basic fast food with low grade ingredients and products overall. Alcohol is basic and simple, no special liquor. Pool chair are cheap, towels are cheap and thin. The pool is not on the first line of the beach, it is in the middle pf the property, so that was disappointing. In order to get to the beach you have to take stairs or elevator. We even met another couple who stayed at the hotel and complained how bad it is, they were upset like us.
The service is nonexistent. No one cares, we looked for a sun-bed for 30 min, no assistance from staff. Check in receptionist super cold, short and rude. They also limit you to book your restaurant reservations until 5pm not a minute after. Not worth your money, time and effort. Horrible experience, never return.

The rooms are very good and comfortable. Great pool.
You have to wake early to save your spot in the pool area. The staff is awful. They are rough, serve badly. The service in the restaurants are terrible. You have to beg to get your food, which is not so good. I’ve been to this hotel before and it was so much better. Hilton destroyed it! And be ready for staying in line!!

Asian restaurant was not good. Sushi rice was very bad. Fish was okay. Italian restaurant was the worst of all restaurants. Simple pasta and neapolitana (basic red tomato sauce) sauce where not eatable. A simple sauce out of a glass would have been much better. The other restaurants where okay. Steak and Mexican restaurants where okay. However the buffet was therefore better than the individual restaurants and we tried all of the options available. What we missed was that there should be more national dishes instead of always serving Fries and burgers and chicken wings.
What was also not nice is that a reservation at a restaurant of 8 people (Family with kids) was not available in most cases before 8-9 pm which is too late if you have kids :(

Personal siempre monitoreando a los huéspedes que se encontraban en la playa puesto que hacía mucho aire en los días que estuvimos.
El personal es amable, se ve mayor prioridad hacia el turismo extranjero, situación que no afectó mi estancia, pero si quería comentarlo.
Efrén el mesero del Restaurante Vela súper atento en su servicio, gracias Efrén.

Overall very good, well run resort with huge pool, several restaurants serving various cuisines, all within the all-inclusive concept. Good size room with ocean view, comfortable bed. Gorgeous views from the balcony - the color of Caribbean sea is surreally beautiful. Very nice beach, although not swimmable due to big waves. Good entertainment program.
Due to the size the resort was rather crowded - those seeking seclusion and romance may struggle with that. Food at the buffet breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant was rather mediocre although variety was there. Service (this applies only to the main restaurant) was hit or miss - some waiters were excellent, others simply did not care. Same applies to room service. Overall, we got the feeling that all-inclusive concept was not really our thing.

Most of the food was great! Drinks were excellent as well. The youngest (9) spent most of her time in the pool with the slides she loved it.
Serve was excellent! They work so hard.
The system for booking the restaurants needs changed spots seem to book instantly for 6:00-7.
The "towel game" at the pool was pretty bad, don't hate the player hate the game lol... Hilton could remove some of the Bali beds that hardly anyone purchases and have more seating.

The buffet was very good as were the grill restaurant and tthe Italian. Our room was spacious and well appointed
Although the buffet was very good, the area/room was a typical 'canteen' atmosphere. Perhaps we were unlucky with the time of year, but an adults only section is sorely needed. The many children and young adults left quite a mess on the seating areas round the main lounge and cafe areas. These were not addressed quickly enough. Our room was not cleaned that well

The entertainment staff was amazing! They had so fun activities for all ages. Waitstaff was courteous (although slow at times). Food at specialty restaurants was great and there were many choices at the buffet on nights we didn’t have a reservation.
Front desk staff was unfriendly. Not a great first impression for service or last interaction when leaving. We traveled with our children so this doesn’t apply to us but for adults only travel I would go elsewhere, there were a LOT of kids and giant strollers in the way everywhere.

The room was comfy with a great view of the beach from our balcony. Top shelf liquors were available. The buffet was a reliable source of meals at all three mealtimes.
The steakhouse was mediocre and the Italian restaurant was down right terrible. The chef 'special' was linguini with bourbon. What was he thinking?? The 'tuna and prosciutto' was three rolls of very tough meat that looked like overdone roast beef. The 'tuna' was a flavorless white sauce.

The staff were fantastic and very attentive. The room and bathroom were both spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor areas were kept very tidy.
The shower tiles were slippery and the beds were a little stiff causing a sore back.

La infraestructura del hotel es hermosa, todas la habitaciones tienen vista al mar. Cómodas camas y baño, room service 24 hr. Sin duda lo mejor de los restaurantes a la carta el restauran de carnes Flama además Octavio que es el administrador y su equipo en nuestro caso Jaime hacen que sea una experiencia maravillosa. El check inn fue rápido, y aun mejor con el bar del lobby donde atiende Arturo, al igual que el cheak out. Las picinas, el bar en la piscina, la cafeteria también son increíbles. El equipo de entretencion junto a Cristian, Santos y Carlos hace muchas actividades que son divertidas. En general la comida del buffet es buena y varían todos los dias por lo que no se hace aburrido
Al igual que en la mayoria de los resort, si no te levantas muy temprano (7am o antes) te quedas sin reposera en la piscina o la playa. Lamentablemente muchos camareros o bartender basan sus servicios en las propinas (NO TODOS) que reciben y eso a veces molesta porque en algunos casos se siente la diferencia entre el que entrega 20 dolares de propina y el que entrega 5 o 3 dolares.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this hotel (we are not the all-inclusive type of people and this was our first). The facility is excellent and offers everything you need. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated with fantastic view to the sea (we were offered a room upgrade upon check-in to a seafront room at a good price).
The beach is beautiful, with plenty of comfortable sun-chairs, as well as the pool area with a pool bar. We properly relaxed with our kid during our stay. Re food, we came with the right expectations, you won’t eat the best meal of your life in an all-inclusive resort. However, the food was fine, we liked the breakfast buffet, the lunch at the pool bar, the Mexican and the steak restaurants the most.
Staff were very helpful and the service was mostly great.
The only thing I can complain about is that room service could be better, sometimes they didn’t clean our room the whole day, or didn’t refill the shower gel, handkerchiefs for days.

Un hotel muy cómodo con grandes instalaciones, las piscinas maravillosas. La cafeteria, los bares, los restaurantes temáticos y el buffet son de gran nivel y muy recomendables. En general nuestras necesidades siempre fueron atendidas.
Consideramos que el servicio del personal del buffet es regular, a veces se nota mucho el privilegiar la atención a turistas que dejan propinas por sobre los que no lo hacen, lo que parece mal al tratarse de un recinto all inclusive. Además es ineficiente el hecho de tener personal que te sirva los líquidos porque al demorarse tanto, no se puede disfrutar la comida.

Después de la piscina o playa, la familia llegábamos todos mojados y no existe lugar para dejar secar la ropa para después guardarlo.
La ubicación está un poco alejada de algunos lugares típicos.
En instantes daba la sensación de que no era un resort en Cancún, sino un hotel en Miami.
