It’s a beautiful facility. Very new and very nice.

The service wasn’t as good as we are accustomed to. We typically stay at Palace resorts, and the service there is hands down better. Also, the drinks aren’t strong. Call me a conspiracy theorist… but we drink throughout the day, and never once got even tipsy. Is the alcohol diluted? When we left, we went to a different resort, and felt it after 2 drinks. Also, because of the sand bar (shallow water sand shelf) at the beach, and since all beaches in Cancun are public, it’s a place lots of locals come to hang out. Not a big deal… but it was never quiet or peaceful while laying on beach chairs.

I loved this place and will be returning sooner than later.

This property has a nice beach which is very clean and has an assortment of places to lounge around. It also has 21 bars and restaurants although some were closed when we got there so we didn’t get to experience them all. I did however loved their intercontinental buffet. The staff was friendly and the bar tenders gave great service. The rooms were really nice and clean. I loved how you can control the room with an iPad as well and not to mention the key is an app on your phone so you don’t have to carry a card around and lose it. You use the phone to get in and out of your room as well as the VIP bar.

What I didn’t like about the property was the check-in experience. The hotel does not offer day pass so no your friend can not come visit you unless she/he is on the reservation as well.

To sum it up Breathless Soul is the Best Resort EVER. FOOD FUN AND A TOTAL VIBE

This resort is Awesome. The ease of check in and out in the Exhale Lounge was definitely a bonus. I Love this Resort. The service, the food, the vibe exceeded my expectations.

Nice view but not worth the price

We had Xhale which give us pass for the rooftop pool which was super nice and beautiful view. Also delicious food. The other pool it’s where the dj is, super fun! If you want a cabana you do need to get a bottle champagne ($200) tequila ($400) we did a bottle of clase azul for us it was worth it-but just keep that in mind if you like cabanas. Breakfast at the silk city was ok, but it’s nice to go for the view it’s beautiful the lagoon so green. The food is very delicious for dinner. We didn’t go to the night club. The room view was super nice, the AC not very strong.

It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. Employees need serious costumer service training - I’m only talking about management and front desk. Everybody else was super nice bell guys, hostess, servers, bartenders. We got in early for check in, the front desk was chewing on her food and tried to hide while talking to me with her mouth full. They said they didn’t have room available because the cleaners would only arrive by 12pm(???). We asked for any room available until our room is ready so we could sleep, nothing available only if we were willing to pay $450. We get another reservation in an hotel close by, as we arrived at the hotel they call us saying our room was ready (8:30am) so how come come when we were there at 7 nothing was ready and they wanted to charge me $450 to sleep in another room for 1 hour??? Anyways I lost $100 for the reservation at the hotel across the street because they told me my room would only be available at 3pm. The smell of the hotel is awful, smells like mold everywhere specially in the hallways. It was my boyfriends birthday we didn’t get anything, I request a bottle of champagne to the room we never got it.

One of the nicest hotels i have stayed in, highly recommend

Clean, majority of the staff very friendly and helpful Rooftop pool was great - service from Hermilo, Jessica, Benjamin and Sergio was exceptionally good

Could not book the habachi table inside the asian restaurant, the lady taking the bookings refused to let us book, constantly changing the deadlines we had to book it

The food was very delicious and the staff extremely polite and helpful. Their day to day activity options and the excitement of the staff with these made it fun.

Staying at this beautiful resort was amazing! We wanted the Breathless experience, and we definitely got it!

Almost everything about the property was amazing, from the entertainment, food, bed comfort, pool , and my favorite, the shower!

The dress codes to enter some of the restaurants, and the sales presentation to buy into the club membership. The sales representative was very nice, but his boss displayed some disdain when we declined the offer. I thought that was very unprofessional on his end, especially if there’s “no pressure “ as they speak about in the beginning.

Very good

The views, most of the food, most of the staff, the hydrotherapy session. The bed was comfortable and the room was very nice and clean. Pools were beautiful and great temperature.

The pool bars and pools closed too early. The grills only had one food choice and closed too early. There was no where to get food between 5 and 6 o'clock. The showers leaked. Room service took hours.

Beautiful facilities plus the food is good! Love the energy and vibe of the resort! Would definitely recommend.

Something in the air gave me bad allergies that kept me inside for a portion of my stay. Not really their fault but I can only say so much because I could only experience so much of the amenities and activities during my stay. I would definitely go back armed with the right allergy meds!

Fun, relaxing, everything you need!

The rooms are so lovely, clean and have an amazing view! They have Bluetooth speaker built into the wall for music and a beautiful big shower in the middle of the room. We felt it was such good value for money- so many delicious food and drink options and the entertainment was great! Staff all very enthusiastic and helpful. We were a bit apprehensive to book an all inclusive resort and felt the options a bit overwhelming but breathless really exceeded our expectations

The rooms are beautiful and well designed. Very much enjoyed our space. The spa is also better than expected. Would highly recommend. Staff members across the property were great.

The food and especially the drinks were not as good as expected. They were good to mediocre.

The location and the staff service at restaurants

An unexpected‘storm’ during our stay, made the service at the Luxury rooftop not available and we couldn’t enjoy that pool or drinks there. And lights went off for about 2 hours in the whole hotel.

All the pools closed at 8pm, which made no sense. Right when the sun was starting to go down and it wasn't 3,000 degrees outside, the pools closed. They should have had night pool parties with lights and all kinds of stuff instead of shutting everything down.

Modern, upscale and worth every penny!!

This resort was absolutely gorgeous! Stunning views from all over. We came for our honeymoon and actually booked a different resort but when we got there, the other resort was terrible. We immediately booked this one and couldn't have been happier! There were 5 or 6 different restaurants and the food was outstanding. There were several pools to choose from but our favorite was the party pool with a live dj and an infinity pool over looking the ocean. They had a night club on site and the service was exceptional.

To be honest, we can't think of any negative thing that we thought could be better. We loved every minute of our stay ❤️

The food was very bad inspection to the breakfast buffet. The other restaurant food was nasty. We had to leave the resort to go get decent food. The staff only concern was to sell you some packages so the you can return back to the resort. Every day they wanna sell you something and it’s annoying. The room was very small not as advertised. Compared to other resorts I’ve stayed at in Cancun this was the worst. Drinks and food terrible and annoying staffs just trying to sell you something. I was very impressed.
