Easy going but limited

In general, facilities were good and lots of things were available in and around the hotel. The option to eat out in an a la cart restaurant was nice but having more options to do so would be great.

Food was too similar every time so we got bored with it. More live cooking stations would be beneficial. Would be nice if they give more options for eating in different restaurants with different menus. Swimming pool was a bit limited looking and water was too cold for swimming. Perhaps they could extend the heated pool a little later? Aqua park was nice but it needs a shuttle bus to get there. Water temperature in the Aqua Park could be warmer especially in the kids and slides area.

Repas variés, personnel sympa Plage superbe, personnel adorable, très pratique pour se baigner assez loin, sans ponton, ce qui n'est pas le cas partout Animation variées tous les jours

Manque des oléagineux au petit déjeuner Un poisson malodorant m'a rendu malade un soir Varier un peu plus les desserts, gâteaux et fruits surtout Proposer peut être autre chose que poulet, boeuf et poisson de temps en temps Manquait très souvent de transats à la grande piscine, certaines personnes mettant des serviettes dessus dès 8h30 sans y être spécifiquement toute la journée. Peut être ne pas trop forcer sur la participation aux animations, c'était un peu lourd et gênant quelquefois lorsqu'on n'avait pas envie de participer

Minden nagyon szép és jó!

Minden nagyon szép és jó, a személyzet rendkívül segítőkész, kedves, kifogástalan, gratulálok, csak így tovább! A szálloda felszereltsége, tisztasága, nem sorolom tovább, minden -minden nagyon jó! Korán reggel érkeztünk, hajnali 2 órakor, korai (reggel 6) becsekkolás szobánként 50 euróért korrektül működött! Az ételek, italok, medence, beach, minden szuper! Folyamatosan takarítanak, így gyönyörű a tisztaság. Stb.stb.stb... A kert rendezett és tiszta és fantasztikus!

Egy dolgot említenék, a medence körüljárója vadonatúj burkolatot kapott, nagyon szép lett, viszont rettenetesen csúszik!

Amazing!

We really enjoyed our 10 days stay in Jazz Oasis. Everything was great. The room was always clean and very cozy. The food was at a high level. The stuff was nice and friendly. Beach was very good with nice sand and beautiful lagoon. The water was a little bit cold in early March, but we still swam there few times. Pools were heated and very comfortable to swim in even in a windy days. There were great amenities in the hotel. We stayed with our 3 years old son and he had plenty things to do. Special thanks to Julia , kids club manager. She is very kind and very friendly with kids. Always entertained them with some activities. She fluently speaks English , Russian and German and could communicate with all international kids. The playground was good. Our son had many new friends there. P.S. I really recommend to take a horse riding tour. We enjoyed galloping in a desert to the beach on a beautiful Arabian horses. We even took this tour twice.

Rilassante e con tanto buon cibo

Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla struttura. Sempre molto pulita, cibo di buona qualità, buoni drink e personale gentilissimo.

I numerosi insetti (mosche per lo più) presenti in spiaggia ed in piscina, fastidiosi alla lunga.

The food was very nice. the resort area is beautiful. you get free drink everywhere. staffs are friendly.

the gym is not free, all water close after sunset, including pool. You have to walk about 10 mins to the beach.

The gym is very poor it needs to be equipped by new facilities even air conditioning is very bad there. Aqua park is very crowded popular The restaurant there is the worst restaurant I ever seen

It was good

The location of the hotel to the beach was great.

The internet was terrible. I had to work on this trip, and in order to do any work on my laptop, I had to go to the lobby which was very inconvenient. There were also mosquitos in the rooms at all times which meant we had to wear bug spray even in the room. I wish there were more options to eat that were included in the resort package. I'm not a fan of buffet style meals.

The resort is baby friendly and the staff is so nice and very responsive.Food was really nice and had a variety. Check in and out was so smooth and hassle free.

The room had many mosquitoes and butterflies, also the AC was so old and was so loud. They have a weird rule at the restaurant for Men only “Not wearing sleeveless, cap, slipper, shorts…” which was not previously mentioned or written on the website.

superb service, excellent food, clean rooms and clean facilities. very nice beach and pool. A lot of entertainment for kids and adults. All the staff are friendly and eager to keep you satisfied.

this one is more mixed. there is weak/spotty wifi at the rooms but after a couple of days I personally started liking being isolated from outside world which helped me sleep through the night uninterrupted.

Very cheerful professional welcoming staff, quite charming place for relaxing, very neat, had a great time.

Fresh orange juice is not included in the all inclusive rate. Varieties of snacks should be added.

Very good facilities, very good food and impressive resort.

We booked a twin room and we ended up with one bed despite the documents saying the opposite. When we contacted the reception, they told us they would come back to us but it never happened. They advertise 7 restaurants but you find out onsite that they are "a la carte" and you can only choose one for free. We never managed to book any by lack of space so only the main restaurant is available. Also, the service is quite short for the amount of people.

amazing and fabulous resort 👌

actually everything in resort was so perfect from front office (lobby) to waiters, stuff,chefs all employees there was so friendly, clean of room was amazing and pools so cleaning but not heated , restaurants was so variety of foods with amazing atmosphere with so many and tasty snacks at every bar , for the amazing sea ...actually should trying it again at next time....thanks jaz chain and special thanks to oasis stuff 👌💯💯👍

Hotel is very good, I would consider it the best you can get for price in Makadi Bay, comfortable rooms, great food selections & the best of all the staff are very friendly and they pay attention to all details especially those working in the restaurant and front desk.

The activities team working around swimming pool, they are annoying, they want people to play games like water polo and they insist in weird way (plus being noisy), I don't think they are adding something positive to the atmosphere. Not sure why I need to pay for either gym or sauna, it is usually available for guest in most hotels without extra charge. All in all, despite things I didn't like, I will still happily recommend it to friends and family, the good things are far more than things I didn't like.

The best hotel experience

I love the jazz group of hotels. There's a sense of hospitality that's unique. The resort looks as if it's just opened for the first time. The food is great, you'll definitely need to go on a diet after the trip
