Amazing location with great staff.

The room is located in the center of historic Quebec. Short walk to all locations. Next to La Bouche. Very popular restaurant.

Convenient location

Close to main attractions and staff were very friendly

The reception is not available after 9pm. One night the heat was on and we were so hot, we had to sleep with windows open to get cool air but traffic noise made it hard to sleep. They were very apologetic the following day.

Location was great. Staff was great and helpful.

The property was old and could use some update. Difficult to get up the stairs for a person with a disability . Room smells a little musky.(?) Toilet very low. Definitely difficult for a disabled person.( Need to let you know before you book.) Watch out in the shower, hot and cold difficult to regulate. Burst of hot and cold, and the hot was very hot. Will burn you! TV not working most of the time. Hotel management fixed it, but then it went out again.

Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay a

Big room with comfortable beds and very clean. Air conditioner worked well. The staff were very helpful.

Walls are paper thin so you can hear people clearly in the next room. Steep and wonky steps up to room (no elevator) which is knew before going.

the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable because of covid - despite the fact the city has policy as the pandemia is over- they do not clean the room unless the client requests it has no facilities as normal hotel. they just rent a room. i would recommend it for one or two nights stay

Great location for both upper and lower Old Quebec City. Close to attractions and Restaurants.

The staff were super friendly. The hotel had a fabulous location to the attractions and restaurants. Since our mode of trasportaion was by foot only it has a good location.

50 stairs up to our room. The lack of amenities - there wasn't even a chair to sit in. The cleaning staff offered to get us a chair on the last day however since there was only enough room to walk around the bed I'm not sure where we would have put it. Removing a night stand and replacing it with a chair would make the room more comfortable. With some physical limitations it was not the right fit for us.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The quirks will make this trip memorable.

The location was amazing. As we didn't have a car, it was nice to be able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

We booked a Superior Queen room. The pictures of our room that was on the website strategically omitted the fact that the shower was in the bedroom, not the bathroom. We were very disappointed to find this out. Also, the remote for the AC didn't work so every time we wanted to turn it on or off, we had to stand on a chair and hit the reset button.

Great location and wonderful experience

Enjoyed my stay here. Great location, a few minutes walk to Fairmont Hotel and other attractions. There are restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would stay there again!

Don't know if the room service is available every day. They seem only come to clean the bathroom not the guest's room even though I put the "room service needed" sign on the door.

Excellent, excellent, tres excellent!

If you have the chance, stay in Room 22. It was essentially a 2-room suite with 2 double beds. And the bathroom had 2 separate sinks. Would stay in the same room next time if given the chance!

Maybe have a microwave to heat up croissants from a nearby bakery!
