Beautiful View! I love the small balcony. It’s rounded so it seems as though you get more air flow. My only complaint was check in time.

We came at 4pm to check-in but the room is still not ready until 4:45pm. The clerk said that they only have one cleaning service that day. Check-in was pretty easy and the room was clean. Easy access to the beach but no mobility ramps only stairs.

Overall very enjoyable stay. Great view, comfortable bed and we loved the balcony. I did get a note from the hotel saying a noon checkout wouldn’t be a problem but then I had to negotiate a late checkout at the front desk. I also wish there was a policy about smoking on the balconies…but this probably is an issue at all hotels these days. The front desk did hold our bags and we loved the quick ride to the airport and easy access to the beach and nearby grocery store. Overall, a very relaxing weekend.

We tried to check in early, but rooms weren’t ready, which was understandable. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t ready until two hours after check in, making us very late for an event we were attending. Staff was polite, but it was a very frustrating experience.

felt like I was transported back to the 90s when I stepped into this hotel. The decor was straight out of a time warp, complete with faded wallpaper and musty carpets. The amenities were ancient relics, and don't even get me started on the bed - it felt like sleeping on a pile of rocks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this outdated nightmare of a hotel at all costs."

Arrived expecting to stay in discretion but no our room was located across the street from the hotel shown. A run down old two story motel, television did not work, tried to use room phone to call front desk across the street and that didn’t work. Only toiletries in room tiny single hand soap on vanity, called housekeeping advised that is all they have for toiletries. No ice bucket in room call desk advised have to cross road and come to desk for ice and it would be $2.00.

Was frustrated that all the reasons we booked this hotel were nonexistent during spring break because of new management. Ubers are hard for us because we have a kid in a car seat - so we booked a stay that had a shuttle, food and booze all on location and when we got there - none of it was running so we had to waste half a day walking to get the food and drinks we needed.

The hotel was actually better than what I was expecting. We always stay in condos but this time, only a few went so we didn’t need anything big. Check in was fast and easy and front desk staff is really great. They have complimentary coffee in the lobby. They also have snack and ice cream available for purchase. We was on the second floor but the view of the ocean and pool area was great. Pool and hot tub was clean and had plenty of chairs to sit around the area. Pool area is nic. The Walk to beach is really short, just right past pool area and your on sand. Which was great compared to some places that you have a long walk to even get to the sand. Room was one with a kitchen. Had all the stuff needed to cook. Bathtub is kinda narrow and water didn’t get warm the first day we was there but that was quickly fixed. The only thing I would change is the bed and pillows. Beds are not very comfortable and pillows are flat and hard. Hotel is about a 5 minute drive to pier park. There is also other stuff within walking distance closer to the hotel. Overall would stay again.

We had high hopes for this hotel because of the reviews but it went bad real quick. The only thing good was the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Our room wasn’t ready until 5, when we did get checked in and in our room it was dirty and the coffee that was in our room was open and used and no cream sugar etc when we asked front desk literally said don’t have it right now and walked to the back and the coffee maker was not cleaned either, in the indoor pool there was trash all over it we didn’t even go to it after that, when we went to get a shower there was no shower curtain or toiletries, and no iron either also the door latch to the front door was broken. We had heard really good things about this I’m assuming before it sold a few weeks ago. I’m hoping it’ll get better but even the staff that’s been there for years said it was not like before. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Great place to stay. I rarely stay in a hotel with less than an 8/10 rating so when I saw this one had an 8.8 with a good price I booked it hoping it was as expected. I always read reviews before staying as well. I was not disappointed and the reviews were accurate. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds on the ocean front. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The rooms have been updated from the pictures on the hotel website. The full size fridge was nice to have. The balcony on the beach front was amazing and the main reason I selected this hotel. You can watch the sunset from the balcony. The pool area was cleaned every morning. For the most part the noise from outside was not heard in the room if the TV was on. It was bike week and the bikers that like to rev their bikes were obnoxious and loud but that’s not the hotels fault. Also the people smoking on their balconies was a bit annoying as well but again not the hotels fault. I would recommend this hotel and stay again myself.

No shower curtain, didn’t notice till bed time. Tub wouldn’t drain the shower water out. Maintenance had to come the next morning but nasty water was backed up in tub. There was a sewer smell in room all night. I told the front desk the next morning and maintenance address the problem but no mention of a reduction in cost of stay.
